Best place to wash. Anyone interested in detailing their vehicle should know that this is the place to go, instead of the Automated washes. It has the added benefit of a touchless wash that wont leave swirl marks on the clear coat. The stalls are clean, the pressure is great, theres all kinds of different wash settings to choose from (including some for engine bay cleaning/detailing), and the vacuums are some of the best around. The owner takes great care of the property and is a pleasure to meet and have a conversation with, if you get the chance to. Ill be back again and will recommend others to come here as well.

Nice clean bays... I go during the week when everyone is working as I like to use my own soap and hand wash. They make money on the water and save on product. It is tucked away after a 25 minute drive, but worth it. Everything worked. Except CC machine is hard to read. It does Auto shutoff after awhile so who ever said it kept charging them is wrong.. Hihly recommend

I love taking my truck to Plaza Self Service Wash for a detailed cleaning! This facility is taken very good care of and you can’t beat the prices they offer on the timed deposit stations at each bay. The vacuums actually work (unlike most places)and offer two power modes for a deep interior cleaning. 😁

This is hands down the best self service car wash in town. The owner is a stand up guy who takes it upon himself to make sure all your needs are met. I drive far out of my way just to come here (there is a self service car wash literally 100 feet from my apartment) and I still chose to come to this one. Never had an issue with low pressure, things taking awhile to switch over etc. have been coming here for years and will be coming back for many more

Just started going here to clean an F350. The bays are always clean and well maintained. Great pressure and fast response to changing options. Very easy to get in and out even with a large truck.

I have been here time and time again and it has always made my vehicle perfect. He has some of the best chemicals around. Always like having the vending machine around to get cleaning supplies if need be. Best place around

I like this car wash a lot, but have been overcharged on the credit card machine more than once. Today I was there and card reader was somewhere below $5. I check my credit card statemenet and it is $9.09. Maybe double charged. This has happened a few times, but not every time..?? If not for the credit card trouble, probably a 5 star....

A very good self service car wash. I’ve been coming here for many years. The owner keeps the bays clean except for the occasional muddy truck or maintenance vehicle that has left behind a mess without cleaning it off. Owner also keeps the lights working well. A big plus since I stop in usually after sunset when it’s less likely to be busy and because I don’t want to hold up another customer since I bring my own bucket and supplies to wash by hand (if someone is waiting, then I move). Thanks to the owner for keeping the place well maintained.

This place is clean and has the best sudsy brush of all the places I use but Im only giving it 2 stars because the spot-free rinse is apparently not working (that selection is blanked out). And after a minute of using the Rinse setting there was still some soap coming out so Im guaranteed spots. Plus a $4 minimum for a credit card is steep. I understand there are credit card fees, and I often spend more than that when Im giving the car a thorough washing, but sometimes I just want ta quick wash to get the dust off. For a $1 more I can go to Martian and get a full service wash (with spot free rinse), free vacuums, and a mat washer. Its hard to justify doing it myself for that difference.

New favorite car wash. Was looking for a new car wash to go to considering the one near my house closed down not to long ago and I prefer a self service car wash. Wonderful car bay, all of the hoses, brushes and foam sprayers worked exceptionally well. Not only does it have soap, foam, and rinsing but it also has tire cleaner and a clear coat protectant as well. Spoke to the owner breifly and had an overall very pleasant experience. Definitely my new go-to car wash

Great car wash!- only one where you wash it yourself in West County I know of. Some times you want to wash your bike yourself - and this is the one!Card readers are handy - good products with the options. Met owner Tim today - had a small issue with the soap - he took care of it and went out of his way to make it a good day.

Great place to go! Tough to find but worth it. Met the owner and really nice guy. People don’t realize all the constant upkeep and costs when running a place like this. If it was easy and made a lot of money there would be a lot more of them around. He keeps things running as best as he can but people have to realize between electronics getting wet all day long and people vandalizing, things break and take time to repair. I thanked him for keeping it running and hope he does for a long time to come!

Clean; Well kept; a bargain for an 8 dollar maximum charge on your credit card.... Good pressure and lots of foam when soaping... multiple setting for the wand which was comfortable and flexible to reach into wheel wells and on the roof...... a bargain !!!

Update 1.25.2021Ive went back dozens of times and have had a positive experience every time since my first review. Which was mostly positive. All systems are working and I like supporting a local small business. Recommended!!!10.2016So for some reason Ive found it difficult to find a self serve car wash around here so, I guess this one will be graded on a scale. First the debit card reader at my stall was broken, then the dollar reader stole my dollar and wouldnt take any more, luckily the change machine was working, so I used quarters. Each change of spray (soap to rinse) took like 30 seconds (a long time!) to finally start coming out. Then the spot free rinse was worthless, spitting and sputtering with lots of air in the line, and finally it just went to air, so no doubt Ill have water spots. Now, on to the good. You get 2 min for $1, which isnt too bad. The place is well lit (I went at night). It did have good pressure (except the spot free which had no water at all), there was even a fancy foam sprayer there, and of course a brush too. All in all, I will go back, but mostly because its the only one around.

This car wash is horrible, right from the start, it’s difficult to find. The water pressure is pathetic. The credit card machine didn’t work. The car vacuum I tried to use ate my quarters. Don’t waste your time.

Quick, clean and easy. Nothing super special about this place or what it offers. I think they just recently installed card readers though.

Overcharged on a basic $4 wash due to unclear instructions.Manager got back to me after his vacation and was very friendly and helpful.The carwash itself is more than serviceable. Doing a thorough wash of my vehicle ended up costing around $4.15.* manager reached out to fix the overcharge* The spot free rinse was never fixed, this has been a multi year problem.

Been using this carwash for years. There is always an open bay and is always stocked with soap/foam. Customer service number listed on the machine is also extremely prompt and friendly when dealing with any issues I have ever had. Definitely a great stress free place to wash your car in peace.

This place is best if you are looking to get self service car wash and vacuum done, I did manual car wash for the first time and Tim(owner) was very helpful and guided me on how to do it.

This place sucks. None of the vacuums work. They wont accept any money. The one positive is at least they didnt steal my money.Dont waste your gas driving to this place.

Easy to use no interaction required

I got more dirt on my car then before I washed it, scrub brushes are not cleaned, soap/washing product is not of decent quality, Im washing my car at my house and Ill buy the stuff myself, it would benefit you to do the same. Dont waste the $5.

Clean, safe, well it, well maintained facility. Owner is present often and is willing to help you anyway you may need. It is natural and normal for some parts of a self serv car wash to malfunction from time to time. That is a rare case at plaza but the VERY FEW times I have experienced a malfunction, it was minor and repaired right away. Good soap foam, great warm water with great pressure, quality clean brushes that are replaced if they get worn and neat little unexpected features like the air dry gun. Also able to accommodate larger vehicles. Vacuums are a great value with SuPER suction and the ends are not broken off like many other car washes I have visited. Previous review was wrong and doesnt know how to use a card reader at a self-serv car wash. The readers work fine. There is a minimum charge that is stated when you activate the wash. It will also shut off after a certain amount so as not to charge you if you forget to shut it off. Prices are fair when compared to other self serv places in the area. This gentleman/family that owns the facility has been in business in this area, in this industry for quite some time and is very professional and cares about providing great service at a great value. I will use Plaza as long as it is around and I live in the area. Keep up the good work guys!!

I have been using this car wash for years and have never been disapointed. The stalls are always clean and function perfectly most of the time. I have spoken with the owner and he is a genuinly good person who has his customers on the top of his priority list.

The wash is well lit and the owner (who you will occasionally see) will take the time to talk to you and make sure you are taken care of. Clean car wash that gets the job done.

Been going here since i was a child they have done some updating the bays now take credit cards, not all of the wash selections work but most and the place was pretty clean

There was no shampoo in all of the vacuum stations, no soap in the tri foam, there was a weird smell near the vacuum. Not planning on coming here again.
