Wow! These guys are miracle workers! I took my work truck in to have lettering removed after 10 years. They let me know that it might take a couple of steps and communicated everything they were planning. My neglected interior was shampooed and steam cleaned back to life.

They did a great job on my Buick Envision. In addition to fully cleaning the interior exterior they also helped with following (1) Fully cleaned the grim off the leather seats without any damage (2) Removed some surface paint that got transferred when I rubbed against the garage door 😂 (3) they also graciously helped with installing some car seat covers that I bought.

Good experience overall. My wheels were covered in brake dust and they got those looking great. But, the windows and mirrors had a lot of water spots and they missed cleaning behind the door handles on the outside. I wish I had noticed before I got home because Im sure they would have fixed it. But, if youre paying hundreds for a car detail, things like that shouldnt be missed.

I had to write this review. I have severe medical conditions regarding sensitivity to chemicals. I landed a vehicle that was coated inside with fragrance and many chemicals. I was lied to by the seller of the car regarding the harmful chemical use. When the car was delivered I drove it right away to the detail pros with the windows down!Victor and Tommy were very responsive and were concerned with my health status and got me out of the car ASAP!They did whatever they could to rid the vehicle of the chemicals and I cannot express enough here how attentive they were. The car was saved and most of all these men really showed compassion! I’m now able to drive the vehicles and I owe it to this company.Victor is a true professional and knows customer service.

I am very pleased with the detailing work that they did on the interior of a car I recently bought. There was a heavy musty odor in it and I absolutely needed to have that removed. When I picked up the car everything had been shampooed and cleaned as I asked and the result was that it smelled great, just like a new car. I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend this company. I worked with Victor.

Victor did an amazing job. My truck had scratches all over it from tree branches and dogs, and he was able to buff all of them out to get my truck looking like new. Highly recommend.

They did an amazing job getting the stains out of all the seats in my car, i bought the car from a dog owner and it smelled terrible, the detailing pros got rid of the smell and all of the hair. They made drop off easy and even worked with me on picking my car up late after I got off work. very satisfied with the work and customer service.

Cesar is a true professional. Great value and service. My BMW had very bad swirls into the clear coat and it now looks new. Like his work, the shop is immaculate. Highly recommend.

Cesar did an extraordinary job on my 2006 Mustang GT convertible. Although it had only 16,000 miles on it when I bought the car, the paint had all sorts of problems ranging from swirls to dirt specs and lint in the paint. Cesar was able to polish out virtually all of the imperfections, thus saving me over $1,000, which is what it would have cost to repaint the front and rear fenders on the passenger side of the car. The car now looks like it just came out of the show room. Detailing Pros is FIVE Stars in my book!

I had my Honda HR-V detailed and it was done really well. I had the inside and the outside of the car cleaned. I also had the inside of the engine bay clean and it look very nice. I also had 3M clear bra put on my headlights and again it was done very well. I have a dog and every bit of the fur was removed from the back.The only reason I gave this place 4 stars is because I normally clean my own car and I understand where it gets dirty and where it is hard to clean. There were a few areas not exposed without looking hard that werent clean very well (meaning there was some debris, dust, and hair still there). Again, the car was very clean, but my OCD kicked in and I noticed little things.

Right from my first phone call to the Detailing Pros I knew I was in the right place. Cesar answered my multitude of questions and gave me an understanding of what should be done. When I made it to the store, I immediately noticed this was a place that prides itself in the small details. The shop was clean, organized, and well thought out. Cesar explained what was going to be done to my car. The old clear bra was to be removed, paint corrected, and a new ClearGuard Nano would be installed. Cesar even talked me out of spending additional money (when does that ever happen from a store owner!?) I thought I knew what good paint looked like, until I went here. I still cant believe the miracles these guys can do to the paint finish. Lifetime customer here!

This is a shout-out to The Detailing Pros in Ellisville, MO. They did a spectacular job on my car. I cannot say enough good things about this service.My car was damaged at work (sludgy, watery concrete got splattered on my paint job due to high winds during concrete worker clean-up). I thought my car paint was ruined for good. I was turned down by my car dealership and 2 other car cleaning services who said they couldnt chance working on the problem.I went out of my way to Ellisville to The Detailing Pros.. and they were willing to work on the car to try to get it cleaned up. And it worked.I dont know what they used to clean up different issues, but they managed to clean up the sludgy concrete mess, plus tree sap spots, plus general grime spots - all on the outside paint job of the car. Also, as part of the detailing work, naturally they made the interior look brand new.I highly recommend Cesar A., who did the job on my car. He is a miracle worker. Again, I cannot say enough thanks to Cesar for fixing my car and making it look good again. You cannot go wrong with The Detailing Pros. I definitely recommend.
