Mainline Heating & Air Service company was recommended to me by my neighbor so I decided to give them a call they were prompt and the technician was courteous and explained everything he was doing. They didnt try to upsell me or sell me something I didnt need which is great and I think this is a good company and you can trust them. The technician wore booties and had a mask which was nice to see nice guy

At my rental property there was an issue with the furnace pumping heat to the upstairs. Mainline Heating & Air Service came and sealed and put a piece on top to make sure no heat was escaping as well as sealing up other spots of the furnace. Wow is all I can say. I called 3 other companies for an emergency repair today, and all 3 said I had to wait a few days because there is a snow storm today. I understand it is tough but that is the whole idea of an emergency. Called Mainline Heating & Air Service and they said they would come and they were here in about an hour and fixed our furnace in about 30 minutes. And they didnt even charge extra for weekend service or emergency!! These guys are the best!

The technician showed up at our house at 6 p.m and stayed until 10pm to make sure our A/C was back in action, after another company came and after doing very little diagnostics, pumped our A/C with extra refrigerant, and the system still wasnt working. Mainline Heating & Air Service diagnosed the issue properly, removed the extra refrigerant the other firm put in, and we were back in action, saving us thousands. Thanks!!
