I have only lived here for about 4 months but am so happy with things so far! I have felt so welcomed by the staff and have felt as though all my needs have been taken care of, when necessary. Thank you to management for making my move in transition so easy! Keep up the good work!

I would not recommend living here. The only good things that I have to say are that the apartment is reasonably priced for Ellensburg, in a good location, and does not charge outrageous pet fees. However, we had so many problems (some were under the old management and some under the new) but to name a few:1. Loud neighbors at all times of the night and thin walls.2. Apartment either smelled of cigarette smoke or weed for the first year until neighbors moved out (management and maintenance were unable to get rid of the smoke smell from our vents after months of trying).3. Other tenants do not follow rules listed in lease and the rules are not enforced. People were constantly smoking right outside and let their dogs roam off leash. Our dogs were attacked twice (while they were on leash) by off leash dogs and are now dog reactive.4. When there was construction, there were multiple times I woke up to a man standing outside my second story bedroom window while I was sleeping with no warning. Tape was also put on my car when they were painting and I was never asked to just move my car (which I would have happily done).5. We moved out in April 7th and did not receive our security deposit refund until August 28th after months of me calling at least once a week to check on the status.

Management is helpful and will review documents to set things right with their residents.

Management is awesome and repairs are quick, but as someone that works 16 hour shifts itd really be nice to have assigned/guaranteed parking for the price we pay. Coming home at 6am and having to park on the street isnt really ideal at all, especially when the people in your normal spot dont live here. Id still recommend living here but just be aware that parking isnt promised.

Good place, close to campus. Maintenance is awesome and decently quick. They have been very quick in any issues Ive had with them and the place is pretty well made, cant hear loud neighbors often. I carefully chose my building location, but Im not sure if my review would be as high if I were in some of the other units.

We moved into a dirty apartment and the only people that were nice were the maintenance people. We had everything clean when we left and they still took 1/2 of our deposit. I do not recommend. The walls are thin, electricity is crazy expensive. And our next door neighbors where loud and and smoked pot the whole time and we could smell it through the walls.

Honestly, I would not recommend anyone to live here unless you want to be scammed out of your money. Moving in there were quite a few problems we had, that eventually got fixed but they shouldnt have occurred to begin with. The worst part was being scammed out of about $500 in deposits. I spoke to management many times before moving out and had even asked the manager to check the place out before we moved out so he could tell me if anything needed to be cleaned better and he said no he would not do that. I was told the things I was concerned about, one of the blinds, some of the walls having marks on them, and a water warped floor board were all things that we didnt need to worry about and would not affect my deposit. When I finally get my deposit back I am charged $250.00 for painting that I was told was included!! Because the walls were stained from candles or smoking.. neither my roommate or I smoked or used candles.. mainly air fresheners. We had candles as decor though.Could have possibly came from our down stairs neighbors who made our apartment reek of weed every night, and kept us up all hours of the night from partying, that management did nothing about. We were also charged a for a piece of the stove that was broken off SINCE WE MOVED IN which I told them about and the dirty drip pans, and THEY NEVER FIXED either of those problems, but charged us for them upon move out. In addition to I cleaned and scrubbed the apartment repeatedly and even asked the manager to over look it before moving out and they still charged us a huge fee for cleaning. I was also told specifically by staff that the portion of the deposit they keeps go towards small things such as the carpet cleaning, which I did not do and told them upon move out I did not do. Yet of course they charged me for it. I tried contacting the Manager many times since I have moved out via phone and email and have been ignored or hung up on. Also, if you enjoy being woken up at 5am by the sound of leaf blowing, the roofs being changed or carpet cleaning this is the place for you. Apparently following town ordinances for noise laws doesnt apply to these people because it was a regular occurrence we were awoken by those things. I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

I enjoyed my experience here for a year and a half in grad school. The location is an easy walking distance to CWU campus, parking was plentiful, snow was removed from parking areas, management was quick to respond with maintenance issues, and was always very friendly, and the apartments are spacious and comfortable. This is one of the few apartments in the area that is pet friendly although pet rent is charged monthly. The only issues I had were occasionally noisy neighbors and irresponsible pet owners not cleaning up after their dogs making for poop filled lawns. Occasional loud parties are bound to happen in housing near a college campus and it is not the responsibility of management to clean up after other peoples pets.

This place was the best decision for my first place to live off of campus! The management was really nice, helpful, and there when i needed them. Whenever I needed something fixed in my unit, it was done exactly when i wanted it to, and they were always on time with things. my roommates and I had difficulty with rent at times and camden worked with us the best that they could! Even with my deposit, I assumed i would not get anything back and i ended up getting A LOT! These were the most helpful people I have ever met in my whole experience out here in ellensburg!

Do not rent at Camden Townhomes. They NEVER pick up the phone, at the time of moving in they changed our move in cost maybe 3 times, theyre always closing their office early without notice, in the winter they do not remove snow out of the parking lot which was causing people to constantly get stuck and spin out, people had to go knocking on doors to get help out of the snow. What else, the doors and cupboards are cheap and are constantly breaking and it takes an arm and a leg for them to come out and fix/replace things.Once I moved out they took our whole security deposit plus a $600 charge for apparently replacing the carpets which were in immaculate condition. And this isnt the first time theyve swindled tenants out of extra money for unnecessary charges. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I moved into the Camden Townhomes in February of 2016 on a lease takeover. I was graduating this winter and had no desire to stay in Ellensburg and wanted to move back to CA but my new lease was not going to expire until June of 2017. Morgan and Jeff were such a HUGE help when it came to making the process super easy. I was legally obligated to pay for rent until they found someone to take over my place or when my lease was up in June. Those two were able to find perfect replacements within a week which saved me thousands of dollars. Additionally, they were completely fair with the damage report after I moved and I was able to receive a much larger portion of my security deposit than I expected. I recommend Camden Townhomes to everyone wanting to live in Ellensburg. Thank you Morgan and Jeff!!!!!!

Managers lied on the pre inspection check list saying there were no damages when I found several. Got a late fee for rent when no one told me or even sent me any kind of notice until after the rent was past due, maybe that was my fault but I was not informed about how long their grace period for rent was. Impossible to pay online since the portal doesnt even work, so my only option is money order or check. Maybe thats a good thing considering they charge about $50 to pay online. Very dissatisfied and looking for someone to take over my lease. Also the washer has broken twice now so I just stopped trying to use and have to drive across town to the laundromat. Thanks Camden or greenpoint or whatever you call youselves. Cant believe this dump is really over $1200 a month. They probably hire people or make fake accounts to give themselves a 5 star rating.

Do not live here. Horrible management, horrible build quality, just horrible. Expect to not get any of your deposit back if you do live here. They will charge you for cleaning the entire apartment, even though you cleaned it. They clean your carpets even if theyve never been used, or even if theyre under WA state law of normal wear and tear (RCW 59.18.280) you will be charged for cleaning. Your rights do not matter to them. Management opposed an ending walkthrough after move out and charged for damages. In closing, there are better places to rent around ellensburg for the same price that arent cheaply built for quick profit of unwary renters.
