Just moved in as a first time renter, and Kelly was amazing! She answered all of our questions (we had a lot) and the apartment is a fair price. Upon move in, everything was very clean! The building is nice and we feel comfortable and safe.

Move in so far has been super smooth. Helpful front desk, clean apartment. Obviously older place but kept up well.

I agree with the previous poster, Trash Investments is definitely a better name.They will nickel and dime you to an early grave. We had to do a lease take-over, found another renter right away, however since it was Sept 3rd and not the 1st by the time they were approved, we got hit with a full months rent. Which has been paid, but I am still getting emails about it...Im only giving a second star because Victoria is a nice person and seems to be more sympathetic towards those who are struggling.Edited to a one star since I was being generous giving a two, and have since changed my mind.

My roommate and I moved in back in February and we LOVE it here! Very clean and convenient area, Marie in the office is wonderful and always gets back to us right away. We had some issues with our garbage disposal when we first moved in and maintenance only took about 2 days to get to us and fix it. Since then, no problems at all!!

My Fiance and I moved in here about 2 months ago. So far we love it! Neighbors are very friendly and quiet. Maintenance is super on top of things and very nice. Highly recommend these apartments.

I’m very disappointed by the way things have been ran here. Other than Victoria being the nicest person to help me and my family out, they sure know how to rip you off and take as much money from you when they can. We wrote and told them that we dropped off our keys at the very end of the month with our co-signer who will bring them in...still we get charged a $100 daily fee even though their office is closed on weekends so you can’t even get the keys to them until Tuesday thanks to the holiday weekend. And we now owe a months worth of rent even though they rented out our unit within three days of the beginning of the month of September (our last day in the vacate notice was August 31st).They will not prorate you for living there only 2 days of the month either, secret fees are always fun to find as well when you log on to pay your rent.This was my experience living here...

When looking into Cascade Village, Marie was nice and allowed my boyfriend and I to tour the building in a timely manner. Every step was done quickly and all of our questions were answered. I look forward to moving in pretty soon. Only thing I would suggest is to add Ethernet plugins into the walls so that residence can plug in their own routers to be able to connect to the WiFi, and to update appliances in the kitchen.

Way to expensive for a poor quality apartment. Ignored our fair housing request for MONTHS, even when contacted by lawyers. Theyre determined to take as much money from you as possible. You have to keep a super close eye on your bills to make sure they arent taking extra money under your nose. The leasing consultant, Victoria, has been the only good thing to happen to that place in the year and a half I lived there. She deserves a better company that Trash Investments.

Graf Investments is an amazing company to work with! Always polite and friendly every time i talk to any of their staff. i would highly recommended them!

Graf really cares about their property and tenants, we have worked with them for a number of years and always remain amazed by the level of professionalism they have!
