The mechanic deserves 5 stars. He did a great job replacing the fuel pump on our 62 MGA! He even worked past closing time to get us on our way! The shop manager was reluctant to let him and we had to talk the manager into allowing to work on the car. Hence, 4 stars overall.

You cant ask for a much better Auto tire and repair shop. They have integrity not to overcharge you and will only do the work that is necessary. Also, the customer service is the best around. Cameron and Justin are rockstars and are the reason I am a repeat customer.

I requested an appointment via the website twice, decided to call after waiting 4 days. Cameron answered, now I get this is a mechanic, but its a business, not your personal line, maybe answer the phone with Premier Auto and Tire, This is Cameron instead of just Cameron. I say, Hello, Id like to set a time for a wheel alignment and safety inspection, he replies I can do it next Wed. at 1, OK, sounds good then he hangs up. I never gave any contact information. No name, no number, no email address, plus I had more questions, like how long will it take? How much do you guys charge? Never gave me the chance, so I called back. I go Hey Cameron, you just hung up on me and didnt any info, he goes, Youre coming in for an inspection next Wednesday Yea and a wheel alignment Oh, well get to that when its getting inspected Ya know what, no thanks Cool, youre a mechanic, learn some damn customer service. Ill go to Midas thanks.

I went to Premier Auto for the first time, service was outstanding. I just walk in to basically ask for an appointment. When I was trying to see what date I can do it. They said they would just do it right there and then. I really appreciate that a lot. I know that appointment are required for some service due to the time that it takes. I have been going to Premier Auto for almost 20 years now and will not go anywhere else. I had a 10 am appointment, showed up 15 minutes early and the office manager immediately welcomed me and started the process of getting my info. Within 7 minutes he was out the door with the technician and my vehicle was gone. 45 minutes later I was chatting with the technician and he took the time to show me exactly what was wrong and didnt try to b.s. me. So to wrap up my novel of a review, I left with an estimate about $1500 cheaper than I expected and less repairs. Brandon (owner) was pleasant and showed that he genuinely cares for his customers. FYI the technician is a Honda specialist.... Sorry I cant remember his name.

I recently had engine work as well as an inspection for a vehicle I just purchased.They provided an estimate before any work was done and that was what I paid when I picked up my vehicle. After speaking to the tech it was obvious it took longer then expected. They even worked past closing to get it back to me as promisedOn top of that - when my wife left after dropping me off she didn’t realize she did not have her key fab with her and the car shut off on the way home leaving her stranded in a parking lot about a mile away.After the manager overheard my conversation with my wife, he handed me the keys to his car and told me to “go take care of her”.You don’t see this kind of customer service anywhere these days.I would highly recommend theses folks for any mechanical needs you might have.There awesome.

I had something in one of my tires and was losing pressure. I stopped in without an appointment and was in and out in no more than 20 minutes. They were professional and reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Friendly staff, timely work. If you have car seats in your vehicle I HIGHLY suggest you remove them prior to service at this location. When I picked up my vehicle the drivers seat was crushing my toddler’s car seat. Upon inspection I found multiple stress marks on the plastic making the seat unsafe to use so I had to throw it away and now need to buy a replacement. I’ll never return here personally because of their carelessness.

After calling and shopping around several service shops, Premier Auto was recommended to me for Maryland State Inspection. I went on Google to read the reviews and they are great for the most part, which made me feel comfortable with calling them. Chris answered and fit me in within a few days and scheduled me for the inspection at my desired time.I showed up for my appointment on time, Chris checked me in and they took the car in within a few minutes. The waiting area is comfortable with coffee, TV and a window to the garage, so you can monitor the progress. The inspection took about 30 minutes and a repair had to be done that I wasnt expecting. They started breaking down my car for the replacement and were able to get the part within 15 minutes. The car was fixed within a couple hours and passed inspection.Chris and the other young lady that work at Premier are friendly and hard working. They gave me time to make a decision on the repair and offered a fair price. I have no doubt that they perform quality work that is in the customers best interest. I will recommend them in the future for Maryland State Inspections.

Today is the first day of phase 1 in reopening Maryland. I took my car in for inspection. 1 customer was already there and masked. The service was good as usual; however I must express my concern. The receptionist, did not get his name, was at the desk with his face mask around his neck. We were not 6 feet apart, with him behind the desk and me in front if the desk. He waited on me and other customers and never put his mask on. He even coughed and sneezed! Someone, like the owner, needs to address this safety hazard! I must add that the mechanics were in and out with their mask ON!

Had the brakes done on my truck Premier did a great job at a great price. While my truck was there my uncle passed away and the folks at Premier were very understanding and let me pick my truck up when i had time and were very kind, any service they offer for vehicles they will always get my business and i also received a card in the mail thanking me for my business. Took my car there and was told that the lines to the transmission cooler were leaking fluid and needed to be replaced, but that the transmission cooler was ok. They also said I needed a tune up and that the price was going to be $2,167.10 to fix. I had a male friend call to find out why the price was so high and this time they said that the trans cooler needed to be replaced. I went to get my car and I confronted the guy at the counter regarding the exuberant price they were going to charge me and the change in what they were claiming needed fixed. The guy began screaming at me and rushed towards me in a threatening manor. I told him not to touch me. He didnt, but he said he was going to show me where the door was. Ladies dont go without a man or they might try to cheat you, because they think you dont know any better!

During my visit the service advisor Chuck delivered the the utmost 5 star superior customer service that I have experienced at any repair facility. I will continue to use Premier Auto and Tire for all of my future vehicle needs. Went here for a state vehicle inspection. Passed, with no repairs/changes needed. Done in under an hour and everyone was just so lovely and friendly. Waiting room clean and the seating was really comfy (surprisingly!). Will come back in the future.

I used to take my vehicle to premier for service. Then I regretfully purchased a new vehicle that includes service for the first 2 years at no cost. The service at premier was so vastly superior that each time Im due for service I consider paying at premier versus waiting forever for an appointment at the dealership. With premier, they quickly provide service, and will even drop me off and pick me up at my office if need be. They dont try to sell things you dont need, and actually do the job well. Top notch all around, and I will definitely go back once the free service contract is over, and probably even sooner!

Went there for a state inspection - Excellent experience! The staff were friendly and helpful. They recommended some repair work but didnt push the issue like so many other auto shops do. I will be going back!

I am new to the Elkton area and moved from out of state. Two different auto centers I contacted for the required state inspection recommended Premier. They were fast efficient and straight forward. They did find two problems with one of my vehicles and were able to show me the problems and fix it the same day. Dont hesitate to use their services.

The service is top notch. The garage is clean, and the waiting area comfortable, with a clear view of the work being done on the vehicle. I was in and out in under an hour with a full MD inspection on my vehicle. I spoke with several of the employees during my service, and all of them were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

I moved to MD and bought a new vehicle in DE a month ago. I was told I needed an inspection, I needed to get it done ASAP. Well dumb me went to Emissions. I called around to places that do inspections and no one could get me in soon. My last call was to Premier, they were able to get me in the next morning. I went in for my appointment was greeted, took a seat watched some tv and BOOM my car was done! Only took about 35-40min. They were all very nice and my husband went to them as well! I will def go back for anything I need.

Premier Auto is excellent. I have gone there several times with my Nissan Altima for oil changes, tire rotations, etc. The staff there are very friendly, helpful, and happy. They have always given me a truthful time estimate and done great work. Definitely a great place to get auto work done!

Poor customer service . Came in there for a inspection, the guy was already rude from the start . he told me I already fail because Im missing a lug nut thats cool I dont care, thats a easy fix . But its not cool when Im asking him question about the trailer. He throw the paper in my face and said go some where else by the end of the day Im a paying customer . I will never go back

We used to take our vehicles here all the time but the last time our daughter took the car over for an oil change and they called and while our daughter was standing right there told us that we needed a repair that cost over $1200 and that our daughers safety depended on it. That put us in a bad spot and we took the car to two other repair shops to confirm. It ended up NOT being the issue premier said it was and it was fixed for just a few hundred dollars. Very disappointed they said we should get the repair to keep our daughter safe right in front of her.

I was on a road trip when something under my car started making noise, dragging against the road. AAA suggested Premier. I took the car to the shop, they had me in & resolved the issue in less than 45 minutes. They also did a courtesy look for anything else. Courteous, professional, efficient. And they charged me $0. In todays nickel & dime environment this was a breath of fresh air.

We stopped by with an emergent need yesterday and Brandon asked the mechanic to check out our problem. My granddaughter was on her way to take her driving test and the issue had us both stressed she would miss her appointment. The mechanic had it fixed within minutes at no charge! What a great place. Every vehicle needs some kind of attention at some point. I like the fact that, whatever the need is, Premiers reliable staff has the knowledge and experience to correctly diagnose and fix what needs fixing, or replacing.

My truck was having a problem with my brakes and was told it was my brake booster.I had my doubts so I made an appointment at premire when I walked in I was greeted by the staff who were very friendly. I explained to hrandon what I was told he said that he didnt think that that was the problem apon looking at my hrakes it turned out it was the hoses he explained my options to me I am very pleased with the work they performed on my truck.
