The service manager Gregg the service advisor Fran and the cashier were all courteous and profession. Listened to what I had yo say and took care of the problem. The technicians did a fantastic job. Thank you.
3 visits to misdiagnosed issue, and still did not fix the problem.
Great customer service when you first walk in the door but that is where it stops. If you are going to have work done make sure you wait. I scheduled an appointment to have a diagnostic ran on the brake light and air bag light on the dashboard. My appointment was 9am on Friday. I called them at 3:30pm to find out nothing had been done. I received a call on Saturday at 4:30pm to tell me they ran the diagnostic. The cost would be $1,900. The jeep wasnt ready until 2pm on Tuesday. If I hadnt been going out of town Saturday morning, I would have picked up my jeep and taken it to Porter Ford in Newark, DE. who never leaves me stranded. My mistake going somewhere else because they were closer.
