This place was great. Had a slow leak in my front tire. Walmarts tire department was closed. NTB wanted me to make an appointment for next week.The young men at Premier jumped right in and fixed the tire in five or ten minutes. They were kind and friendly and gave me the small nail they removed. They charge the exact same amount as NTB quoted. I will definitely remember them.

I lost a receipt that was from Premier that not only had to be turned in the insurance company but also the Maryland District Attorneys Office. The person who had flattened all of the tires on my car back in February 2020 had been caught but took a plea deal. He has to make restitution. Gods good grace 🙏.

I was from out of state, stuck on the side of the road. I googled the closest tire shop and I got this one. When I called, Candy was the one who assisted me. They didnt have our specific tire in stock, but she went out of her way to call around and get one for us. I have never experienced such great service before... Thank you so much, Candy!

Ken is great! I found this place through AAA and am so happy I did. I recently moved to the area and my car desperately needed a tune up, Ken did a thorough job looking it over and prioritizing needs to make the cost manageable and fixed my car right up. I will now use no one else in the area. I highly recommend!!

Mr. KEN is awesome. He fixes three of our family vehicles. He is polite, professional and punctual when it comes to completion of service. Our family is very pleased with Premiere Auto in Elkton, Maryland. My preference would be his service over the dealer any day. It is not because of the service fee, but we elect Premiere Auto due to all of the above reasons. Thank you Mr. Ken and you wonderful staff for keeping our family safe on the road.

Went for an oil change, tire rotation, and 30-point inspection deal that I found on Groupon. Very friendly, professional, and focused on the needs of their customers. They gave a lot of good suggestions and really look out for the customers. Theyre very understanding that not every repair is in the customers budget. Theyre one those places that will rank repairs - you need this done right away or you can wait a month if you need to, but have the repair done soon. Good and knowledgeable. Their prices seem high, but I dont have any other prices, so I cannot truly make that comparison. Definitely recommended. I didnt know this, but I was glad to see a previous review concerning the building. Their apparent care for the community lines up greatly with their care for their customers. Thank you, Premier.

Looks like the good reviews are fakes. I tried these people three times and they messed up. Way overpriced, you are better off going to Walmart for your auto work and you will get better quality. They try to make a huge bill and I know for sure they messed up one component on my car which I have to get fixed elsewhere now. Go here only if you hate your car and are rich enough to overpay and fix the damages they do to you.

If you need any work done on your vehicle, I highly recommend Premier Tire and Auto. Ken did a wonderful job ensuring that quality work was done on our car. He got a used part for us that saved us a great deal of money, and he didnt pocket the difference. As long as Ken is manager here, Premier Tire and Auto will be our go-to mechanic for life.

Most expensive auto center I have ever witnessed. Oil change around $65, front breaks/rotors almost $600. I said, nope! Called to schedule an oil change, was given a pick up time and no one showed up or called to say they were not coming. They would not give me a price, so I asked for a call back prior to starting the oil change, I did not receive a phone call until after the oil change was complete. Never again.
