The floor was dirty, the ramp had tons of gravel on it. The email confirmation did not contain the address. If I worked there I would have inspected the cargo area and ramp for the customer. And neither 800# or the direct local # worked. Come on Penske. The hitch was bent. Manual window crank. No power door locks.

Moving across Country is never easy.. I was so stressed when I came into Penske but Spencer at the Toledo rd location was extremely helpful. Very professional and actually took time to help me figure out best option. 😊 Was a lot less stressed once I left. Thank you Spencer!!

Be very careful when purchasing trucks from this Penske! They leave several nails and screws in all the tires. Plus.....They try to hide all the rust with spray paint.I have an update.Penske has redeemed themselves!Fixing & replacing all damages.

Put in reservation for commercial truck rental.1 hour later getting call reservation canceled we only do local rentals.They cost me driver time and uber time. Abysmal people.

They supposedly fix trucks there for their fleets and they dont even have oil for it not a good thing

Awesome place to rent a Penske!

We were clearing out some storage lockers in different towns and moving them to our new house in another area. We got an awesome deal on a one way truck rental with unlimited miles. It was much better than the other guys and we did not get hit with a per mile charge or other odd fees. The service was great from pick up to drop off. The truck was clean and ran well. If we need a rental truck again, this will be our go to company!

Not very good this morning. Dome light wont shut off. I was told somebody be out in a few minutes. 45 minutes no one showed. Had to leave

Probably a profitable move for Penske to aquire Old Dominion Truck Leasing. Not such a great move if you were an Old Dominion Truck Leasing customer. Penske wasnt ready to take on the additional work load that came with the merger. Long lines at the fuel pumps, longer waits on services, are a few of the collateral damages to the quality of service.

Typical Penske service. Wait longer for repair than if road service had came out to you and made the repair from a reputable company. Want fuel? Hope you have an hour or more to kill. Leasing a truck you will pay brand new kenworth price for a junk freightliner with no options

They called me about 12 hours before I was to pick up a reserved 26 foot refrigerated truck and said oopppps. No go. Very dissatisfied and disappointed- no help to find anything. Bad customer service. If you rent good luck and have a back up.
