We had to postpone and reschedule due to bad weather and these guys are so professional, they graciously agreed to cancel our reservation (no cost) When we rescheduled I made up my mind to use this company, at the last minute my children wanted to change the slide they had selected. Rafael went over and above to make it happen! We had an amazing party and the pick up was flawless. Five star service!
