Worst experience yet while getting into the trucking industry. I will never do business with this company again. Small carriers should be careful dealing with companies like this. I feel totally taken advantage of.

Kopf is an absolutely amazing place to work and do business! I have never worked for a company with more integrity and outstanding moral principals. Their core company values are evident in every transaction they do. Cant praise this company enough! 10 out of 10.

I would like to edit my review due to the fact that Jeanie reached out to me and tried to remediate the issue, I agree with her that the whole company doesn’t deserve a bad review just because one of the agents was not careful when handling a particular situation, she was very concerned and really seems to care about careers and broker relationship and she was very professional when it comes to solve the issue that made me feel uncomfortable.I had to give 1 star because unfortunately there is no lower option to rate this company.I booked a load with Clay Johnson and at 10:15pm, he called me saying that I took too long to sign the rate confirmation (which was indeed signed shortly after the email was received ). So, he said he needed to book another truck because according to him he had “100 trucks waiting for his loads”. Very unprofessional.

Booked a load with John Charboneau for NY-VA. Driver arrived and had issues with the pick up number. John was able to resolve the issue afterhours on Friday. Thanks to his help we were able to get loaded and did not have to go empty to cover our customer freight. Thank you!!!

Its very cheep and very bad company we taking them to court after we dead head 120 miles to pick up there 45000 pound load the owner will not load the truck or pay truck order not used, unless driver has power of attorney on hand (he is making his own low) they send fake load confirmation, that they can take back good thing we saved a copy, stay away guys,it was our own truck and trl, they coming up with lies because they found another truck for $100 less, most of the positive posting are from there own people.

Booked a load from Berkeley IL to Columbia MO, 8-5 fcfs, delivery 12pm next day per verbal agreement and rate confirmation with JONH CHARBONEAU. Turns out he knew its night receiver and they start at 5pm. Driver end up losing the day.John never answer the phone after we booked the load, he would only reply on emails. On my question why he is not answering my calls, he just reply There is nothing to talk about

Great place i felt special the whole time I was there. They had 5 mechanics looking at my truck the whole time I was there too diagnose all the problems that I was having. In the end my throw out bearing and clutch fluid were bad. They had me fixed and making money again quick. A new record when getting any work done on my truck.

Here at Salinas Transport we pride ourselves with great work, and the Kopf team in the Mcallen office (RJ, David, Johnny, Josie, Albert, Marty, Christian, and David Vasquez) always have something for us. They will call/text/email me with all of their freight they have for the day, I want to say, 80% of our hauls have been with them. We are blessed to have them working 24/7 for us. No need for lousy after hours teams.

Overtime its always been an amazing experience and a pleasure to work with this company. David quintanilla from McAllen Texas has always been very helpful and amiable. Looking forward to continue working with them.

I recently posted a negative review about Kopf due to one of their contractors letting our company down for reasons no longer necessary to air. The point here is that I received a call from the Kopf home office very shortly after posting the review and I spoke to several members of the Kopf management team including the Kopf family members themselves.They took responsibility for the shortcomings of their contractor and revealed themselves to be a solid business with strong standards of serving their clients at the highest level. I hope to do business with them in the future, but because they took the time to personally address this matter that was important to me, I have removed my post in exchange for this one as Kopf has proved to me that they are a company with which I want to do business.

My company has been working with the Seatcg2Transport team at Kopf logistics for some time now and we have nothing but good things to say about Nick, Connor and the entire Kopf orginization. They help us move several dozen loads of fresh produce by refrigerated truck every week. They are not just very competitive when it comes to pricing but more importantly they are reliable. When they tell me they can cover the lane I need at a certian price they get it done. When they give me delivery ETAs they follow though to ensure those times are met.
