This is a nice laundromat the one thing that could change is they need to stop people from taking up all the washers and dryers for themselves myself and my sister went to do 4 loads between the 2 of us and barley got one washer to us 2 other people had almost every washer and dryer it looked like they were doing every piece of clothing and bedding item in there houses we find it very rude when you see people waiting then you get dirty looks when you use a washer or dryer the attendants should have said something to the ones yes I understand it is a public place

Inside is kept nice and tidy by a friendly attendant, washer smelled a bit musty, but it was a front loader(sounded like a bering might be going out, but it spun the load valiantly) and I always clean them before use anyway. Vending machines, mini arcade, air hockey, and a couple of large flat screen TVs, well-stocked sundry counter. Adjacent to a tanning salon. The Parking lot was fairly littered but this is Indiana in the winter. Im mainly disappointed to find that they close at 10 rather than being 24 hour like the first website that I found them on claimed,. Im only able to do a portion of my laundry now, thankfully my dryer isnt broken just my washer.

Its a little pricey, but they have the ginormous front loaders, I believe they hold up to eight loads. So as long as you can get into the dryer as you need to its really nice to get things done more quickly. To me that can be worth the expense when I am short on time. But the staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean as well. I would definitely give my recommendation to anyone who has to live the life of a laundromat junkie.

I go do my laundry every week at ultra clean its clean the employees are very nice and dependable every week is the same thats why i continue to go to this laundry mat i have been going to ultra clean for more then 8 years

Place has more space in the isles for loading and unloading. Available sink for rinsing soap cups. Easy spot clean up rags are accessible as well. Open longer than other nearby public laundromats. The cheapest washers are $2.75 and very limited push carts during busy days.

Called several times to see if they had machines big enough to wash 5 x 7 area rugs. No answer, sounds like call went to a fax machine

I used a washer that costed me $2.75 and my sheets were left dripping wet. I told the lady at the front counter and she claimed it was because i stuffed the washer which was a like because all i had in there were 2 sheets. When i asked for a refund she said she wasn’t going to argue with me and walked away. If i could give this place no stars i would. Don’t waste your time or money there

Maxine is rude.. talked to me last time like I was a child... because I went out the door that is for the Tanning side of the building.. thats what I was there for.. hope she reads this. No CLASS. Every One else that works there I really enjoy.

The old lady acted like my 1 year old was dirty....and my cloths stoped for 2 mins and she took them out saying other people needed to use but it was 10 -12 dryer avalible on other end

Wow just wow! The manager of this place is just the worst. Bad attitude, always on the phone and basicly accused me of stealing a quarter for the pinball machine that took my money. Please, I am spending $60 to wash and dry what do I have to gain from lying about $.25? Nasty tude= will not return!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

I worked there for 6 weeks, 2 days. For the most part I really enjoyed it. Elsie is a wonderful woman. Maxine on the other hand is not. She is rude, acts as tho she is better than others, claims to be a Christian but made fun of me for taking the time to try to find a rescue center to care for one of the baby birds that fell out of its nest. Judges customers and employees alike, most of the time behind their backs and ran her mouth about my disabled husband whom she never met. If you work in a business that you deal with people than you need to have a good attitude and be courteous to all not just pick and choose by your judgemental standards. The owner really needs to get a decent person in there, not a crotchety old hag that makes threats that shed never be able to keep. Its actually very disappointing.

My husband had to wash our comforter here and he was very pleased with the place and how it had arcade games and things to keep busy while waiting. And close to home.

23 May 2018The Googles machine said open until 12AM.. so I go to do some dirty garments at about 9:30pm and boom... sign on door says closes at 10pm. Might be a nice place, but its a 30 second edit on Googles if you care about your business. I took a picture and uploaded it. Never been here before, but Ill never be here again. Just lost a potential customer.

Its a big laundry mat. Theres plenty of washers and dryers. The staff is friendly. They even have a tanning place in it to go tanning while your clothes are being washed!

Clean... big... ac/heat .... they torn down the playground outside:( ... the ladies are really nice.. except one thats really grouchy and yelled at my kid for bringing me a cart to get the clothes..(I was 9 months pregnant)..needed the help lol

Clean. Up to date vending machines that actually keeps drinks cold. Has a/c. Games and TV so entertainment for kids. A small park behind it.

The dryer dont get hot at all had to put two dollars in the machine and the clothes still wasnt dry

One of the washers destroyed my bedspread. There was oil or grease in it. They could have at least re imbursed the monkey I spent to rewash it. Maybe they should check the machines more often rather than waiting for someone to complain.

The dryers are set on a very low temp, therefore, you spend an insane amount of $ to dry your clothes. 3 average loads for 2 people ovet 1 week should NEVER cost $16 to wash and dry! We will never go back!
