Very clean place to do your laundry. The machines are all very nice and the prices are great. I highly recommend this place!!

Never have had a bad experience here come her 1-2x a week to do my laundry. I will only come in the afternoon when the beautiful brunette is working because shes nice and treats everyone with respect and always is smiling. In the morning they have a Hispanic lady working who is rude rolls her eyes when you ask for something or are having issues with your machine. Walks around talking loudly on her phone with a head set. She just very disrespectful as someone who has managed a business Id be firing here if reports have already been made about her.

Its clean. They have brand new dryers that can dry several loads at one time. They have laundry soap etc. They even sell laundry baskets

We were at an rv repair center and needed to be able to do our laundry. I found this location on Google. I read the reviews and decided this was the one to go to. We ended up there two times and was pleased both times. It has an attendant who cleans the place and will help you with anything. I would recommend this place if you have the need of a laundromat.

Very clean. Washing machines are on the newer side. Dryers; 9 minutes per quarter and newer.

The Lady attendant is a thief. New years day I left a partial load in the dryer (my fault 100%). She was closing up when I left and there was no one else there. They were closed New years Day. Jan 2 I was there right away and she was the opener again. No one else could have been there, but she kept saying she isnt responsible if the other opener or customers take things. But she was the ONLY one there. She stole a limited edition Deadpool hoody, a brand new dark side of the moon t-shirt, a peach t-shirt and ALL of my underwear.

This is the only place in town I will go to do my laundry. Everytime time Im here (especially in the morning when the older Hispanic lady is working) I watch them disinfect ALL of the washers and dryers, carts, sweep the floor, and just all around make sure the place is clean and orderly multiple times. The whole team is super friendly and makes this a welcoming, clean environment to do your laundry!

Tell me why half the dryers arent working but Id rather go the heart city then Burtons any day of the week

The staff is very friendly. It is a clean laundromat with air conditioning, tv, snacks, coffee, and soda. Also the best drop off service in Elkhart County!

Clean and good equipment...at least thats what i used to think about hart city laundy...I went there today with a couple loads of clothes, more importantly....4 dryers. After $1.00 in each dryer i noticed the dryer was cold and clothes were soaking wet. I told the attendant and her reply was thats just how our dryers have been since the fire. The top ones dont heat up. No sign on ANY of the dryers and NO reimbersment for the money spent/wasted! I know they wont have the ooportunity to steal another cent from me.
