Our Orthodontist office was closed at that time. I called Orange Door to see if they would be able to help.They got my daughter right in and was able to help provide her some relief! I am a recent new patient that needed to have some time sensitive major dental work. My experience was exceptional from my initial appt, to my cleaning with Jackie, and both my appts with Dr. Saff and Megan! The team was so knowledgable, accomadating, kind, positive and made me feel like I was right at home and comfortable. I can honestly say ive never looked forward to dentist visits until now.

Website easy to use and informative. Staff all really friendly and thorough. I love getting to see my x-rays as they load. Dentist is very knowledgeable and doesnt try to dumb anything down. Great experience all around.👍

Everyone we have talked to here has been so friendly, and they are great with my kids. My children love coming here, and I think that says a lot about how good this office is at doing a gentle job! They do charge fees for missed appointments, and that is outlined really well when you sign the new patient paperwork. However, they also send you multiple appointment reminders and even make you confirm your appointment a couple of days before, so it would be really hard to just forget.

Lets get to the real problem here...There was talk of shots, I got excited thinking about having a baby sitter and selecting my top shelf tequila (it was 4pm, dont judge me). Imagine my surprise when it was water that came out of the rinsing tool. Listen Doc, I didnt come here to get hydrated!!Next, the chairs are not heated. They do not vibrate and the light is bright enough to need SPF 1000, I was not relaxed.Also, you took a solid 30 minutes of my time, none of which included essential oils or moisturizers of any kind. You need to budget better to get some real massage therapist in there, the girl I saw was ONLY interested in my oral health. So as far as my spa experience you get zero stars but it would be a hell of a place to start a dental practice!

Very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. My x-rays were top of the line and top in technology. Hygienist was superb and very knowledgeable. I was there as a normal routine check up. It was my first time there. Dentist was very good and thorough. Highly recommend this group!!

I hadnt been to the dentist in 6 years because Im terrified of the dentist. But every single person on the staff was very understanding and tried the best they could to make me comfortable. They always explained exactly what they were doing before doing it and were very informative about answering all of my questions. They give you advice on how to keep up oral hygiene without scolding you and making you feel awful about yourself. My dental anxiety is nowhere near what it was and I have the orange door staff to thank for that (:

I had some bad dentists and a few rude hygienist, but everyone here is super nice. Dr. Willig is respectable of his patient’s pain. and all dental assistants and hygienists are so very kind and do their best to make you feel comfortable.

I have been going to Orange Door for several years. You cannot ask for a better staff or Dentist. Dr. Johnson is what I call the fixer. There has not been an issue with my teeth or dentures that she could not fix. She is very personable and she genuinely cares for her patients.

When I selected 5 stars the words Loved it popped up. I cant say honestly there is anything I love about going to the dentist, with that being it said it is very important that I feel comfortable and I definitely do. I love that Dr Willig and Tonya have personalities and Tonya can identify with the work I have done. Dr Willig gives all the options not just the most expensive ones. I am very happy with Orange Door Dental

My time was considered when the cleaning could be done the initial visit. I am a busy gal, too. The repair on the 2nd visit was done quickly and I was out in 30 minutes, total. Yeah! Cost was minimal as I paid what was considered my copay.So on my return visit 6 months later, I again received great consideration and encouragement for the cleaning and small gum-side filling/repair.

This is the best dentist that I have experienced in years. This office has the most pleasant people that care and are very gentle. They do little things to help make your day better. For instance, on Valentines day this year they gave me a carnation. They gave every client a carnation after their visit. They are very oriented on maintaining a healthy mouth without being overbearing and judgmental but educational. They strive to make sure you are comfortable and not in pain. I talk very highly about Orange Door to my friends and family and recommend them to everyone and anyone who asks.

The dentist I met with was excellent when I went last time, but due to an abrupt insurance switch I was unable to provide a policy number and thus had to cancel my appointment with a 24 hour notice. I am now no longer able to schedule appointments in advance and have to call in the day of to see if they have openings. Because of this I will no longer be able to go back to this dentist. While I understand the policy to an extent, I dont agree that cancelling once because you cannot provide the information needed should prevent you from scheduling appointments in the future.

A couple weeks ago I went in for my first dental appointment in probably five years, having just gotten insurance through my current job. When I went in, the environment is very comfortable and everyone is super friendly and understanding. Within just a couple weeks theyve gotten my dental health up to speed and absolute perfection, I feel much better about my teeth now. Highly recommend this dentist for anyone in the area.

This is the friendliest dental office I have ever had! The ladies take very good care of all of my family from the time we enter the door to the time we leave. Our dentist is caring and truly concerned about the care he gives us.

Very terrible customer service

Growing up I didnt get the support I needed to have good oral hygiene. I did not want that same experience for my kids and am so happy I bring them to Orange Door. Im so happy and comfortable with them that I finally started seeing them myself and I regret I didnt do it sooner.

As a new patient I enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere. The staff appeared organized and knowledgeable. Having a love for electronics I also appreciated the technology aspect of the office. Im looking forward to improving my smile with Orange Door...time to floss : )

Friendly and Professional. Ive been using Orange Door Dental for about 3 years since my previous dentist of 20+ years retired. They understand my concerns and do everything possible to make my visits stress free. They understand my time is important and I have never had to wait past my appointment time.

I really like the full attention you get at Orange Door Dental. The hygienists are wonderful and Dr. Willig is very professional. Dr. Willig discusses and gives treatment options.I have recommended him many times.

Anyone looking for a new dentist I highly recommend goin to Orange Door Dental Group. I have had such bad experiences with dentists. Dentist Gabrielle Johnson has been a great dentist. She fixes what only needs fixed, wants to save teeth instead of extracting them, addresses all conserns, helps to find the most affordable treatment, and makes every visit extremely pleasant. I am very greatful for her and the hygienists.

On 1/8/14 i had 2 teeth capped and also had my teeth cleaned.... Orange Door managed to do the fillings without any pain at all.... they have a professional Dental staff and an very clean Dental office....

Orange door has a very great group of people.

At first I wasnt too sure about this place because I love places with red doors. But you know, orange being a relative of red I decided to give this place a shot. The Orange Door Dental Team seems to be well balance and knowledgable. Walking in there for the first time, I felt this positive energy which led to comfortability. Kayla was the one that clean my teeth, and my teeth feel pretty clean. Shes very knowledgable, keep up the good work. Its been some time, so i know i got alot of fixing to do. I believe the ODD team could do it. So if your looking for a great place to get your teeth done, this is the spot to do it. ^^v

Went in to get fillings in my front teeth,2 weeks later the filling had cracked so i went back they fixed it.a month later the other one cracked,went to a different dentist and they said they dont know why they even bothered filling it,they should have done a root canal.
