They have assisted me with improving my dental health from very good to excellent!

I went there for an evaluation for dentures. The staff and dentist are really friendly, professional, and polite. They are also very upfront and look out for the patient. When I got my insurance approval back, they told me that it would be easier to have them do all the work instead of me driving from Elkhart to Mishawaka to get my dentures fitted. They get a five star in my book!

Super friendly, very good place but they never answer their phone

Abg dental was a great visit. It was my first appointment. They were kind, great attention to detail, and answered ever question I had. My teeth are terrible, but the never once made me feel embarrassed or grossed out. Everything was done professionally, comfortably, and effectively.

Hopefully its improved hour wait when I was on time another time they over doused me with pain killer my wife went there and they left some tooth pieces after extraction

Sat for almost an hour and a half waiting to get called back. Then I called the office because I was still experiencing pain along with swelling in 1 of 3 of my extraction sites days after my procedure only to be belittled and told that I must not have followed the instructions to a t. Personally I have no desire to go back.The only reason they got two stars and not one is because the dental hygienist were so nice and easy to talk to.

Is I could give them a 0/5 I would💯WOULDN’T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

ABG Goshen was a great experience!Professional staff, Dr. Fugate was wonderful and did a thorough exam. Answered all questions and did not make me feel like I was being rushed through. On checkout, the secretary ran estimates of costs for the procedures with my insurance explaining all information. I appreciate their thoroughness, professionalism and them not pushing me into having procedures done...it was a no stress approach! Thank you!

Had my teeth deep cleaned . 2am in the Morning My teeth started hurting so bad I had to go back to the dentist, and unfortunately he deep cleaned them so much i had to get 2 teeth removed .Could of offered me a couple of teeth to replace the ones he messed up, but nothing .There was nothing wrong with my teeth before he messed with them. Will never go there again.

I have been going to ABG dental for almost 3 years now, and I could honestly say they do a excellent job !! I dont recommend any other place to go, other than ABG Dental ! The ladies at front are very kind and sweet, and do their job very well !! And they dont really take long to attend you and get you all set ! The doctors do a very good job taking care of your teeth, and help and give you recommendations on what ever you may need ! Honestly, ABG Dental is an excellent choice to attend! When I went to abg I was scared, as we all are from time to time when going to the dentist. I was especially anxious knowing I had some extensive mouth work that had been neglected for far too long.The entire staff made me feel very at ease and welcomed. They came up with a workable plan for me to get my smile back and NEVER ONCE made me feel any shame for having waited so long to seek dental help. Now instead of ashamed, Im excited for the first time in a very long time.Lesson: Dont wait. Trust ABG to care.

The dental girls are amazing. The doctor is rough and wont let you reat in between if needed. Will never have teeth pulled there again. The office manager was nice, just made excuses its rough for dentist when its a rough pull. She did talk with him and he finished up nicer. One thing is they sceduling is out of control for surgery days.

The staff at ABG is awesome and incredibly kind and understanding. Going to the dentist is never a pleasant time, and they make you feel as comfortable as possible. And the dentists chair side manner is also very nice.

They never answer their phone everytime I call . I tried calling at 9 am and no Answer I tried calling 3 min after they left me a voicemail and no answer !

My family and I have been going here for over 5 years now. The office is very clean and has beautiful decor. Every time i go here they are very friendly and they do a very good job. I am very happy with the customer service.Thank you ABG Dental!

These guys are so amazing. The staff and office is squeaky clean. They are very good with communication and ensuring there is no pain, questions, or bad feelings about whats going on.Honestly, the best dentist office I ever went to.

The dentist here is so self absorbed. He only cares about his opinion. Hed rather let my daughter keep a retainer in her mouth that was cutting her tongue, than take it out because I said I wanted it out. It had been in over two years and was causing her pain. I explained that but he didnt care. He didnt offer to adjust it or anything. The hygienist understood and took it out. That was the last visit my daughter had there. Weve found a real dentist since then.

Went to them 4yrs ago. They did 3 unnecessary root canals. Never put crowns on them. Leaving huge fillers. All 3 teeth ended up cracked or broken with in 3 months.The doctor was making very rude comments the entire time. Spent many hours in the chair for each root canal.

Always waiting appt at 12 finally got to go back at 1

I have been there a few times recently and every time we come for an appointment it takes them like an hour to call for us to go back. I dont understand if we have an appointment time why do we have to wait an hour to finally get to the back. They need to space out appointments more if they cant get us in at our appointment times. Its ridiculous to have to sit at a dentist off for 2+ hours and most of that is sitting in the small lobby. Also not kid friendly.

Loved how the front desk ladies treated me they all were super nice. Really liked the girl who did my cleaning I think her name was aly or Allison. She was super respectful/sweet and made me feel good about being here. There was a lady who did a filling of mine who was blonde and I feel like she was very snotty and had a lot of smart remarks for no reason, she never even smiled. I liked the doctor who did my drilling with that lady up until he made a remark to me later that day asking “did you live in a barn before?” So unprofessional and rude. You don’t tell a customer that kind of stuff.

Really aggravating when you arrive on time for your appt yet Ive sat waiting for 30mins so far and watched others with later appts go before me.

It hasnt even been a year and my filling they did has already fallen out..... I would say go to a different dentist if thats what your going for looks like theres another reviewer with a similar problem.....

Even tho you have a bit of a wait every time, I sure enjoyed the experience and the understanding from the staff!

Very unprofessional staff members. Not all the employees are unprofessional some are very polite kind and caring. The others are very judgemental and I feel they dont have the ability to consider every patients feelings on an individual basis. For many the dentist is a very intimidating place to go and many are embarrassed or ashamed. And when you choose a dentist they should do everything they can to make that patient feel welcomed and worry free. My personal experience is complicated and I will not divulge the specifics.
