I cant say enough about this company. We bought a brand new camper from Forest River and it had the Everchill 12V refrigerator installed in it. Fridge ran perfect for a little over a year. Then it kicked the can. I contacted the RV dealership where we bought at Camping World. Worst company to deal with, absolutely zero help. Then I contacted these guys about it. They warranted the unit and even paid shipping. Kyra Johnson was a pleasure to work with and I am beyond satisfied. Thank you for your amazing customer service when it is pretty much non existent these days. Next time I will buy directly from this company! Thank you!

We had an issue with our everchill refrigerator not cooling down. After talking with the camper dealer and sending out a tech to whom we paid $100 to and also ordered the wrong fan which was another $30 we were at a loss of what to do. We were put in touch with Gus at way inter global . He was very knowledgable got us the correct fan and we received it in a few days. Works great now. Awesome customer service . Thanks so much!!!

The Everchill refrigerator in our RV stopped working. I contacted Way Interglobal - after receiving absolutely no help whatsoever from either the RV dealer or the RV manufacturer despite the fact that the unit was virtually brand new - and Russell was assigned as the customer service representative. He responded promptly, professionally and considerately and had a replacement unit on the way immediately. What a splendid way to do business. Many thanks to Russell and Way Interglobal!

Our Everchill refrigerator went out and our local RV dealer couldnt get us in for 3 months to file a warranty claim. I reached out to Way and Russell contacted me within a short time and processed my warranty claim in 15 minutes and sent me a new refrigerator under warranty! Great service and great employees who really back up their products!!!

The Everchill fridge stopped working in less than a year. Been going around the bush with these people since early May. The dealer has had it with them as they dont respond to him or me. When they do respond it is nothing but lies. They tell me they have talked with the dealer and then when I hang up and call him he laughs and then within 5 minutes he gets an email from them. Asking him the same questions about what the units doing for the 3rd or 4th time. They told me a month ago they had the board for the fridge and would expedite it to me. Well then they called after numerous voice mails and said it shipped on July 28th and talked with my dealer. Well 8 days later no Board and they never talked with my dealer. We have been all summer n our new camper with no fridge. I contacted Shasta RV and Dave called me back and said they wont return calls from Shasta as well. My dealer said all his new Shasta units are coming in with Dometric fridges now. Theres your sign! They never answer there phone but now they apparently have hired a answering service and ask you what the problem is and tell you to hold for a minute and they will get someone on the line for you. After 3 or 4 minutes they come back and tell you that they cant get anyone as they are all on the phone. Welcome to my world for 4 months. This place is a joke! I am so mad I am contemplating driving 13 1/2 hours to Indiana with my fridge and a court summons and telling them your choice. Company is terrible.

We had a misfortunate accident with our camper concerning the Glass stove top cover. I called Way Interglobal and they were very helpful We talked to Stephanie but, Jasmine became our contact person. Both were super and very helpful. Jasmine made sure we got the right product. The product was then shipped and we received it very quickly. Customer support was great!!

2019 PUMA 31QBBHDate purchased: 07/08/2019Palomino Puma RV - Manufactured by Forest RiverStove waygloble Greystone Range Oven CF-RV17 Stove LP GasThis is the stove that should have a recall on it due to high risk of fire which could result in death. This stove has been used around 10 times and the oven maybe 5 times. The fitting in the back had a leak from it and caught fire with a 10 inch flame up the back melting the wires and filling the camper full of smoke.I feel everyone should be aware of this threat so no life is lost.Anyone else had this happen? We noticed the top burners not lighting all the way around right before it happen due to I guess the gas leaking at the fitting in the back.

Wow!!!! Thesr guys are fast at unloading. Docked at 7:45 am was empty in a little less than an hour. Paperwork in my hands by 8:52 am. Thank you guys. Defi itly want to come back again. As soon as you enter, Receiving is on the right side. The dood is in the middle of the docks, to the left of door 7.

I work in the Customer Service industry myself, so I wanted to write an extremely positive review for Way Interglobal. Specifically, a review for one of their finest team members, Jasmine Teifert. Jasmine went ABOVE and BEYOND to remedy a situation with an RV Dealer that had dragged out way too long. In the extremely difficult world of Covid, Jasmine performed her Customer Service/Warranty role in an outstanding way. She always got back to me quickly, had answers for me instead of more problems, and remedied a situation that made me stay a very happy customer. I will always recommend this company because of Jasmine’s tremendous Customer Service. Please acknowledge Jasmine’s amazing personality and work ethic to the highest degree. She is an extreme asset to your Company, and I would utilities their services just because of Jasmine’s role. Our ever chill refrigerator, 14 months old has stopped cooling. I’ve called and emailed over 5 times. Left voicemails - nothing. Based on all the reviews these refrigerators have issues. I would stay away if possible.

Multiple phone calls and e-mails have gone unanswered, as well as the warranty claim form on their website. I have been trying to get my customer a new microwave since June, and have been ignored every other way Ive tried to reach out, so hopefully this will get some sort of response.

We purchased a BRAND NEW forrest river camper in September. The 12v Everchill refrigerator went out in late october, after MONTHS of correspondence with forrest river, they finally submitted our warranty claim to Way Interglobal, who has now asked for further information and denied our claim! My husband works on the road and lives in this camper, and has now not had a working fridge in almost 3 months! This is unacceptable by this company and forrest river manufacturers. We want this problem resolved so my husband can eat something other that soup and bread! How pathetic for a multi-billion dollar company to deny warranty claims on new equipment, especially for the men and women living in these campers working 24/7 to restore power lines and rebuild other infrastructure. BBB will be contacted as well. If this problem is not resolved soon, legal council will also be obtained.

Since May have been trying to get them to replace my 12 volt refrigerator to work. Has not worked properly since I purchased my travel trailer in March. They are making the service department where I purchased my RV to jump through hops to prove it does not cool. It is now December and they still have not replaced their defective merchandise.
