I could leave a 0 star review I completely would. I spoke with Tim this morning about purchasing a new Steel Green ride on spreader/sprayer. Tim had no clue when the blackout period would be over for me to purchase one and just said “I don’t know, you’ll have to talk to your rep” Mind you, I don’t have a “rep” you guys are supposed to be reps? If I call your number and press 1 for commercial sales, I would expect you to have all the info on the products/equipment that I’m asking about. Not tell me “idk, ask your rep” ATS can kiss my *** I Will not be purchasing from you. Terrible business for Steel Green as well. Looks like we’ll be purchasing a Z spray from SiteOne.
