Very friendly and professional staff from the front desk to the masseurs. I felt comfortable throughout my massage and enjoyed the relaxing experience. The facility was very clean as well. Pay attention to their Facebook or sign up to their email list for some great deals on massages and other services. I would definitely come back here again.

Just got back from using a couple of gift certificates I was given for Lifes retreat massage and spa and HOLY COW- THEY ARE AMAZING! Stephanie was my masseuse and gave me an incredible 90 minute deep tissue massage. I had warned her ahead of time that my back was full of knots and she gave the perfect amount of pressure and technique to help loosen my discomforts and make me feel super relaxed. I would highly recommend her services. Next, Kristina did my facial. She asked perfect questions to get a better idea of what type of skin I had and what were some of my concerns and regular regimens. She used careful consideration and made my face look and feel incredible. My skin is absolutely glowing!! The staff were very professional and friendly. They are worth every penny!! Also, their communication before my appointment was very clear. We communicated via text and they helped answer all my questions before my appointment.

I have only had excellent massage therapists here. No matter the person or technique they use. Beautiful rooms. Very peaceful. HIGHLY recommend!

We went for the second year in a row for couples massages around Valentines Day. I had the same masseuse as last year, Kathy.Everything about this place is incredible. We were so happy to discover they were still open during these crazy pandemic times.I always feel like I’m made of jello when I leave. She worked out my bra pain, and makes my tmj pain feel nonexistent.Everyone is super friendly and sweet.It’s the kind of place that could never get a bad review with any bit of honesty to it.It smells amazing, they have a great atmosphere and attention to detail in their decorations.My boyfriend has back problems stemming from an injury in high school and this place makes him feel better than physical therapy and chiropractors.I highly highly recommend this spa, you’d be a dummy not to go :)

The staff here all does a great job! I feel that they take the time to hear what your areas of concern are and then work to make you feel better. I have had relaxing massages and also deep tissue massages. Both did just what I needed, at the time.

The spa is beautiful, welcoming and very clean. I had my first 90 minute session with Cheyenne today and it had been a long time since I have had a massage. Cheyenne made the experience very comfortable and it was very relaxing. She was incredibly knowledgeable and I am looking forward to another session soon. Absolutely will recommend to family and friends.

After my previous massage therapist quit the industry (different spa) I was devestated and tried several different people and they just couldn’t “replace” her. I drive past this location daily so I called them and made an appointment. My massage was wonderful, I found my new place. I will forever recommend this salon. Lots of options appointment wise, I work Monday- Friday so getting a massage on a work night just isn’t the same (or ideal) and I love how I can get in on a Friday evening or a Saturday. It’s very affordable as well.

I travel North America for work and due to lack of stretching post exercise was in dire need of a great therapist. I scheduled an appt., received a massage from Cheryl and it was absolutely one of the BEST massages I have ever had in my life. She is intuitive and knew just the correct amount of pressure to use in the target areas I asked to work on, her energy was amazing and when in the area again this will definitely be on my To Do list while in town. Thank you Cheryl, you are a God-send!

I got my eyelashes lifted and tinted for the first time and Kristina did absolutely AMAZING!!! My eyes are always my main priority when putting on makeup and now I don’t even have to worry about it with this natural beautiful look I was given! So happy I gave it a try!

I have seen Jesse K. twice now to help with swelling in my legs during pregnancy. I have already scheduled my third appointment and my experience has been great each time. The facility is very neat, clean and everyone that has helped me has been wonderful so far. The location is great and easy to get to in the Elk River area.
