Got my Ford F-150 body work done here. With the aluminum trucks, I heard these guys do great work. The repair makes it look like the fender bender never happened. Great work Deanos I would recommend.

I hit a ladder in the road with my 2012 s 550 Mercedes Benz.. This car had a widebody kit added to it and custom bumper.. The first shop I took it to said we cant work on that and turned it away. Amazing communication and service! My tires were installed and balanced in next to no time. Justin was able to schedule the installation in just a matter of days. I stopped by for a quote on an old (1999) vehicle because my fender was catching on my new tires when I turned sharply. Even though I was only there for a quote, they pulled the fender away so it wouldnt catch anymore. So very much appreciated!! Unfortunately, the incredibly reasonable cost of the professional repair is prohibitive for this old of a vehicle, but Ive never had such friendly service. Highly, highly recommend!!!

We hit a deer and needed some repairs done. We heard a few nice things above Deano’s and figured we’d give them a shot. They were very professional and helpful throughout all phases of our repair. Starting with the original insurance estimate through the final walk thru they kept us informed of every step along the way . I got a phone call a couple of times each week letting me know where things were at and asking if I had any questions or concerns. We highly recommend Deano’s and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

My passenger side door wouldnt latch shut it was Friday at the end of the day I stopped in to see if someone could look at it. Kelly went in back and asked one of the service techs if they could look at it I believe it was Randy. He took it in and with in a couple of minutes he had it fixed. Ive been going to Deanos for over ten years I wouldnt have anyone else work on my truck they treat you like family and I cant thank them enough for everything they have done over the years.

I was just in to have the body work estimated. They thought it just needed a buffing. They got me in then and there so I wouldn’t have to drive over 50 miles to come back!!! Was so pleasantly surprised!! I recommend them 100%!!!!

The overall experience was great. The workmanship was excellent. Best of all was that the car is driven by a high schooler and Deano’s cleaned it. The car was spotless inside and out when we got it back.

I have Progressive Insurance and had minor accident with boat trailer I was towing and jack knifed. Progressive has been easy to work with. With pictures in hand Progressive came up with tentative estimate for repairs pending body shop review They recommended two shops, ABRA and Deanos in Elk River, Mn. Went to ABRA first asking for an estimate. They said they dont work that way with Progressive. They take vehicle and customer is left out of the loop no customer estimate and just do work directly with Progressive customer has NOTHING more to do or say. Deanos however will provide a customer with an estimate and work with Progressive to the satisfaction of both Insured and insurance company. No brainier who I will do business with; Deanos! Thank you very much.

I had a dime sized paintchip with a tiny dent on a black 2020 vehicle. Kelly was very detailed in all the options in mind for me. She was very knowledgeable about my car. I wanted the cheapest route, just to cover the chip and seal it to prevent corrosion. I assumed it would be a noticeable fix, but when I returned same day to pickup my vehicle. I almost couldnt find where the chip was. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. They said it was an easy fix for their crew. And offered me no charge. I couldnt believe it.(must of been my lucky day) I will be returning to Deanos Collision in the future. They were very kind. Straightforward. And I was happy to find my car being stored inside on a rainy day.. 👍👍

A++++ !!I brought my BMW in for a body and paint inspection because I was selling it. Not only did they listen to all my concerns but also took time to understand exactly what I was hoping for. They then proceeded to fill in a multitude of chips and scratches. I was also having trouble with turning off my break light warning since I did the repair myself, so they spent over 30 minutes trying and succeeding at figuring out BMWs ridiculous code. At the end of the consultation I asked how much do I owe and she said NOTHING. They did over an hour of work for no compensation. This would of cost me hundreds at the BMW dealership. This is by far the most trustworthy shop I have ever used. A year prior I got my valve cover gasket and heater core replaced for literally 1/2 of what it would cost at the dealership and the car ran perfectly afterwards. I will never take my new car anywhere but here. EXCELLENT SHOP.

I have always brought my vehicles to Deanos Collision. They are very customer oriented and always make sure the entire process goes as smooth as possible. Recently, while my vehicle was in the shop I received text updates from the actual technician working on my vehicle throughout the entire process. Whats not to like about that. Also, when I picked up my vehicle the inside was cleaned and detailed.

Make an appointment a week in advance, estimate done weeks before appointment was made. Gave them a week to order parts. Drop it off Tuesday was told it’ll be done the next Monday, call Monday was told it’ll be another day or two get a call Tuesday saying it “should” be done Friday. Was offered no loaner or rental because they didn’t have any. Mind you i just needed a door replaced on a 2015 corolla S. It shouldn’t take 2 weeks. Should’ve went to Abra.

The vehicle I brought in to have hail damage repaired was my 4th vehicle I have had Deanos repair. Each time they have done a excellent work. On time and my vehicle was cleaned up inside and out. 👍

Had to have my front end repaired after taking a semi mud flap through the front bumper at 80, but when you get home make sure you go and tighten everything they fixed because I got home and my intercooler piping fell right off. Very displeased considering they told me they back their work. Ill be doing all my own repairs for now on or going to a different shop after this incident. If you take your car to the shop, do you wanna have to fix it when you get home? The answer should be no.

Wow...so I had my vehicle towed in as it hit a deer on 10 December 2018. My Progressive insurance recommended this shop. There was considerable damage, over $14,500 worth. I picked the vehicle up on a Friday afternoon and found that the front end was still out of alignment, the headlights were different colors (one was an after market brand) and what appeared to be the lights out of adjustment, overspray on the spoiler and aluminum rims. It was Friday when I picked it up and when I called back into Deano’s was told to bring it back and they would look at my concerns. Saturday comes I have to head to a job...I get 50 miles from where I spent the night and lights start flashing as I’m going 70 miles an hour down the freeway. The car is telling me to pull over at a safe location. The vehicle has dumped all the antifreeze and the gauge is above hot. I pull over and now have to wait for a tow truck for my vehicle that I just picked up from Deano’s Collision & Mechanical. Deano’s isn’t open on a Saturday so I have them tow it back to my girlfriends and hope nothing permanent happened to the engine. I have to take time to get a rental and be without my vehicle once again. The vehicle is picked up Monday. I showed the tow truck driver and he was like wow...Deano’s is normally pretty good but I know they are busy....so I’m thinking well I guess if their busy be careful. The vehicle is then taken to a shop that didn’t fix it completely the first time. When I get contacted that they fixed all my previously stated concerns I ask what happened to the engine, I was told the lower radiator hose clamp fell off. I ask if the motor had any permanent damage and am told “it shouldn’t”.This is a 4 cylinder with a turbo and “it shouldn’t” have any permanent damage! I’m sorry when the vehicle is repaired by a reputable shop these things don’t happen. I picked the vehicle up and am praying that nothing else was overlooked by Deano’s. If anything was overlooked then what? Do you think they will admit it? Was the engine life shortened by overheating? Who knows as it will be months from now after Deano’s has been paid and on to another unsuspecting individual. Do I recommend them? NO. Does the paint match and body panels appear to be spaced and hung right? Yes, but I have not had the time or patience to go through and look at possible other hidden items.I see many great reviews for Deano’s and wonder why there were so many issues with my vehicle. I sorta wonder if one of the reasons the quality of work was substandard is because I don’t live in the area and they figured I wouldn’t be back. The original deer accident is just one of those things but Deano’s exasperated the whole experience. I would never recommend someone go to Deano’s for service or bodywork.UPDATE. 10 December 2019. Wells it has been a year since the accident. I no longer have the vehicle as there were to many issues that were never fixed or caused by Deano’s. First off after having issues almost every month after getting it back I had to have the motor replaced with less than 25000 miles...Ford said it appeared the motor was over heated....Delano’s did not cover even though months earlier the radiator hose they installed blew off on the freeway overheating the motor. The throttle body and intake manifold was bad or cracked...not paid for by Delano’s. I AGAIN HIGHLY STRESS I would never take a vehicle to Deano’s. I have receipts for all these repairs for anyone’s review!

5 star. They saved me over $150 over the dealer on a 4 wheel brake job and I paid exactly what the quote was down to the penny and the job was done on time. The staff is extremely friendly and they now have a customer for life.

Ended up with a couple of dents in the tailgate of my 2017 sierra. unfortunately one of the dents creased a body line, so full body work vs. PDR. tailgate is back on less than 2 days after dropping it at Deanos, looks brand new again. quality work, speedy service and friendly team. will definitely return should the need for body work show its face again!

If you go anywhere else Id honestly recommend you check your IQ because theres a good chance your a danger to our society because of stupidity. Deanos goes above and beyond in every way! After I hit a deer that took out my whole front they handled everything seamlessly with State Farm and repaired my vehicle to better than new condition in just days! Then the cherry on top was when I went to get into my Tahoe to drive it home and saw a spotlessly cleaned interior from back to front!!!
