They were able to estimate fairly accurately how long my wait would be and when the technician arrived he was careful, speedy, knowledgeable and very friendly.

Highly recommend you ask about the cancellation fee and the pricing. $100 for under 5 miles. I was charged $144. I mostly went with Prima since ownership lives in the neighborhood. Did not expect to be charged the max price. Driver was nice and friendly. Best to ask around. Deceptive pricing hurts.

Finding a decent towing company seems to be a challenge. I called SIX of them before getting a hold of Prima towing. They were very professional, charged a decent rate, picked up my wrecked car &delivered it to the body shop with no issues, and emailed me a receipt. Great service.
