Five Star Towing is AMAZING! My car broke down on me at 5:00am on a Friday, called Five Star Towing and they were there so quick! Very affordable! The driver (Alfred) was so nice, walked me to the truck made sure I was in the truck safely before loading my car on the bed. The truck was so clean as well! Highly recommend Five Star for your towing needs.

Do not use this place! They dropped my car with a forklift and refuse to pay for the damages. They change their insurance frequently and my claim was denied because they said they did not do it. Even with a police officer present at the time of the tow, noting no prior damage to my vehicle, they still refuse to take responsibility for the extensive damages including 2 huge forklift marks on the side doors, destroyed bumper and alignment issues. Ive been battling them for over a year with no resolve besides them offering to refund my tow fee, which they later retracted. Run the other way!

I needed some stacking done and Brian got to me quick and knew exactly what he was doing. This guy has great customer service skills and is a genuine good guy. Because of him I will be calling again if I ever need anything.

I had an accident on a Friday night, and needed to get my belongs out the next day, a Saturday, when they are closed. I called, and they sent the absolute nicest lady out to assist me. Even though it was her day off, she was extremely nice and jovial, and didnt even bat an eye when we found out my car was at their other location! She just had me fill out the paperwork to save time, then led me over to the correct facility. I wish I had gotten her name, but for the sake of company recognition, she had reddish hair, and the date was 2/23/19. She saved the day for me and could NOT have been any nicer about it!!!

Broke down out east in Nevada. Had a oversized load. Your driver Brian got to me quick. He Got us to sparks in a good time and knew just what he was doing when it came to towing me in. He kept a great conversation seeing as how it was a two plus hour drive back in and made sure To let me know if I got hungry or thirsty he would stop for me. Now here is what topped off my experience after dropping me off getting payment and leaving 2 days later YES 2 days later he called and checked on me since my truck was still at the service center. BLEW ME AWAY! BRIAN IS AWESOME AND BECAUSE OF HIM I WILL BE CALLING BACK... five stars is right
