I was greeted immediately by a sales rep Michael, even though I just came in for a case he was able to help me decide on the perfect one. Told him I didn’t like how the clear cases turned yellow and he gave me some selections in black. Great customer service

Visited the AT&T store at Latina and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted right away and helped. Anthony was super knowledgeable and gave me several different options for me to consider for a new phone line and upgrade. He made the process seamless and easy to work with. He explained everything to me, and made me feel confident that I was making the right purchases. Anthony was extremely professional and wasn’t just trying to push a sale on me. I appreciate his patience while I might have taken long, he was extremely speedy with getting me everything I needed. I highly recommend AT&T and Anthony!

Great customer service! Great location too! Walked in there after a nice tasty lunch at Romano’s Macaroni Grill, ya know, to burn off all those nasty carbs. I was originally looking to wet my whiskers at the Cold Stone Creamery™️, but I’ve been hearing my daughter talk a lot about the new iPhone and decided to see what all the hooplah was about. The staff was very knowledgeable, however the phone was still a little too fancy for my liking. They were understanding of that though, and didn’t try to pressure me into buying something like those hooligans over at the Verizon store did. I’m thankful for that. Definitely recommend this store for your electronic needs!

Michael is wonderful! He went through the whole process, moving old lines to new accounts, open new account for my ant, adding another new line, and upgrading two new phones for my ant and uncle. I came in yesterday morning right when they opened. I was immediately greeted by Noe. He was friendly and put my name down and asked what I was coming in for. I only waited for about 5 minutes and started to work with Joel. I came in to open my own plan since my ex dropped me from his. Joel was friendly and helpful and got me a great plan on a new number and new iwatch. Noe came by to check on us too to see that things were going well. And after we were done we were having trouble with my Apple Pay and Sergio came and assisted. Basically, you can tell this store works as a team! Great costumer service! Thanks guys!

We made an appointment and walked in ahead of time, but the person checking us in incorrectly put us in the system as a walk-in so we waited and waited and waited. Finally we went to leave, but l happened to stop to talk to Michelle about our experience. She helped us immediately and provided the absolute BEST mobile phone customer service I have experienced in 20 years. She is amazing!! Five stars, highly recommend.

My visit here today was assanine and a waste of my time, and energy. I came in to add a line to an existing account. I was helped by Dafne and her badge said she was a manager but throughout the entire service she kept leaving to go ask or speak to a manager and to get help.She made some offhanded comment about why were married and not on the same plan, which I shouldnt have to explain myself to her, but then felt the need too. Then, my husband and I are talking about a work matter and she interrupted asking us how we met? I wanna hear where, how, downtown Sac? Again, an odd comment and I responded with its a long story, and she responded with I wanna hear!Then... she proceeds to tell my husband he has a $301 bill that has to be paid, before we go any further, to which he explains, hes on autopay. So she leaves to speak to a manager. She comes back saying, we took care of it, and dont worry about it, its gone. Wait. What? I asked her and she couldnt explain what it was, why it was there, but they removed the charge.Then she asks me if I want a Note 21, which I already knew isnt a phone, and she had to look it up to correct herself. I could go on and on, but in short, I left without a phone, and wasted 2 and a half hours of my time, and my husband and I had other meetings to get to, which we had to cancel. Can you imagine my frustration. I dont want to waste anymore time explaining the rest of this story but you get the picture.Ill be stopping in on a different day and time to check my plan and speak to someone who knows what there doing and talking about.

If I could rate my experience to zero, I would. I am VERY UPSET and MAD that I wasted so much time trying to fix what Josh, the store manager at Elk Grove, Stockton Blvd. did to me. I came to the store originally to upgrade my phone. Mengo was the original agent Im speaking with was nice explaining everything regarding how to save on new cell phone plans. Then Josh came and basically took over and said I could save more being a nurse. A new ATT line called FirstNet was introduced to me. Josh explained its benefit and the cost for this line is $25 plus the Apple watch on installment plan, plus taxes. Josh said I would then get $25 credit on my regular cell phone bill every month which I will be paying separately. I will just basically be paying $10 installment on the phone plus taxes. Josh gave me 2 SIM cards as well to put on my IPAD and the watch. I did not opened the watch nor did I put the SIM cards on my IPAD and activated any services. I want to see my online bill first. I came home that Sat and really thought hard and decided to go back the next day Sunday (7/25) to cancel FirstNet as this will increase my bill and really dont need the new services and Apple watch. Josh talked to me again and explained that I will lose the savings on my new cell phone plan if I cancel the FirstNet. Josh calculated everything and my 2 bills (Cellphones and FirstNet would be around $245). Its a rough estimate without taxes and my new phone. I totally get it. So I trusted Josh and went home feeling better as it was not a huge price difference from what Im already paying and sounds like a better plan. Well a week later, I got my FirstNet bill for $220. I was shocked! The cell phone bill was not included in that bill. I found out that the FirstNet bill includes 3 lines (1 for watch, cell phone and IPAD). Josh told me 1 line for $25. And ONLY 1 line was disclosed to me. The 2 other phone lines were NOT explained that each would cost 44.99 and 21.50. Josh was very DECEPTIVE! Oh and guess what, when I talked to ATT agent on the phone prior to going back to the store on 7/31, she said that my cell phone services are NOT tied to FirstNet, therefore I will not lose any savings. WOW, Josh just flat out LIED to push services. I WAS LIVID and wanted to cry that I WAS LIED TO AND TAKEN ADVANTAGED OF!!!! I have been an AT&T customer for over a decade and this is what I get from being a loyal customer??? Anyway, after spending another day, almost full day last Sat (7/31), Mengo the original agent finally helped me cancel FirstNet and apologized for what had happened. SO BEWARE BUYERS!!!!! BEWARE of agents like Josh who appears to be helpful but very deceitful. Having said that, the agent Mengo, from the get go before Josh took over was really nice and transparent. He explained that I have 2 weeks to basically change my plan if needed be. Thank God for agents like Mengo. Otherwise, agents like Josh are people that makes this world an ugly place to live. How dare in this pandemic, time of world crisis, for someone like Josh to pull this kind of trickery to anyone.

I went to this location after my mom died. My plan was to lower my bill of $297 a month by canceling two lines. Joshua said by only having three lines, I would pay about $197 a month. Then Joell came by and said if I did a bundle of four lines and AT&T tv I could lower my bill to $180 a month. Both Joshua and Joell knew my needs of lowering my bills, so I went with the bundle for $180 a month. I have paid $51 a month for AT&T tv and over $200 a month for the phones. I recently called AT&T to complain. I was told that there was no bundle. I could only deal with the phone portion, so we got my phone to about $160 a month and no credits for paying extra. Monica told me that after working for AT&T for 13 years, she suggested to NEVER GO TO THE STORES because they just want to make sales. Then I called AT&T tv. My customer representative said the problem was that I had not received the promotional price. When I asked for a credit the story changed. The only thing she could do was cancel my tv and contract and credit me for one month of $51. I am still in shock that an AT&T representative would take advantage of a grieving daughter and that AT&T would only give a credit if $51! I have spent about $1,000 more than I should have. When my contract is finished I plan to look for a more honest phone company!!!

I had an appointment on Friday after work the sales associate Elizabeth “Liz” had helped me before so i wanted her assistance again she was amazing great customer services since she was double booked she had her co worker Luke come assistance he did great he told me about certain deals that pertain to me and also the manager Orville he should persistence by checking in on me after he made his rounds around the store. I told them my goal and my plan and they matched that and some. Awesome team work everyone showed. Even though i was the last person to leave they were all patiently waiting and helping me out.

The salesperson was very nice, no problems there at all. But I came in to get my SIM card changed out and she spent 30 minutes trying to up sell every single item you all sell, along with changing my wireless plan, adding phones, iPads, watches. Its ridiculous really. I know they are working at an hourly rate plus commission, but come on... plus I know either apple or ATT turned off my SIM capability because I have an IPHONE 6- so I would have to buy a $1,000 new phone. Sorry, Im not going to do that. I went and bought a used IPHONE 8.

I initially gave 5 stars… but after getting hit with an unexpected $199.21 bill… I was livid. I sat down with the very kind Retail Sales Consultant, Michelle, for nearly two hours, who provides AMAZING customer service, however, she failed to prepare me for this. Fam, if the deal sounds too good to be true, it is.I got side swiped by allllll these hidden fees. Michelle really hyped up their FirstNet service for first responders…. I went through with it, huge mistake! The services isn’t even impressive, and you get hit with all these fee’s. When you call customer service, after FINALLY getting a live person, they’ll credit you for minor things… and then when you ask to leave, they’ll explain how you’re stuck because you’ll have to pay full price for your devices.They’ll tell you everything you want to hear to get you sucked it… so disappointed.

Kumbra assisted me. The last time I was in there a guy helped me changed my plan to elite. I thought he completed the process. Just this weekend I tried turning my Hotspot on thats when I realized he didnt complete my plan upgrade. Thank you to Kumbra whom helped me throughout the whole process and made sure I got my discount if any, gave me my price difference and made sure that my plan did upgrade before I walked out that door. They will lie and add things to your plan with out telling you. The whole time the employees are just tryna scam you and add things to your line to raise their points at work. They added insurance for me even tho I said not to and totally lied about the plan they offered me, and I didn’t find out until they took my money, the employee was Tyrone complete lair and their adding insurance to raise his points, that’s straight stealing monthly with out ur knowledge, I can’t imagine how many people he has done that to, who are old or haven’t noticed and are paying monthly for him adding things with out their knowledge to gain his points at work .

We had gotten the attention of joining AT&T by an employee tracking customers down at Walmart . Long story short she sold a dream.. she informed us if we left expensive comcast she could acomadate us plus more for only 85 $ a month sounds good but we couldnt commit to nothing because we had jus paid comcast ealier.. she informed us that no moves would b made until we were ready an we called her or we went to corporate ourselves. We wanted the at&t service but wouldnt b able until June. So she said to us if we atleast are on file with a 5$ payment that we wouldnt miss the promo code .and then we were still hit with the bill of 95 $ PLUS was sent a cable box. She never informed us that once the box gets there we must hook it up cuz that means we called and set all that up.. we didnt. She signed us up n even used a different address so we could b eligible for the internet at&t provides.. WERE NOT ELIGABLE IN THIS AREA.. so longer story shorter we go to the At&T head quarters an explained what happened to us... TANISHA JOHNSON helped us through this whole mix up and I walked outta there happy. She was very supportive an helpful i never felt more comfortable she got down to brass taxes of this ordeal n explained thoroughly what we will have and what my bill would be. So THANK YOU to Tanisha Johnson for getting us out of this dilemma we found ourselves in we gon be back for some phones .. thank you 😊
