The customer service was wonderful. They are a group of people who want and give good customer service. I saw the seniors walk in and they were so polite and patient. Their was a moment when the store got busy. No rep lost their cool. They stayed engaged in their assignments and kept the waiting guess feeling like they were going to help soon. Went in today to upgrade my phone and my husbands. We were greeted with friendly, professional, and felt welcome. No hard sell pressure tactics, but a lot of help and information. We will be back! Thank you for such great service.
I had a one star experience here and a positive one so Im averaging it to 2 stars.A rep here lied on the phone saying that I could get a free upgrade to my pixel 3 to a pixel 4a. I asked multiple times on the phone if this would come with any monthly fees and she said no. When I went in at 3pm it was busy, I had to wait an hour, only to learn there were monthly fees attached in the form of a plan upgrade. Big waste of time. They said they had to physically have me come in to assess that I needed a plan upgrade which is definitely bull. This is probably a tactic they use a lot: set the new phone prices to arbitrary, high amounts to convince you they offset the cost of a plan upgrade. If there are carriers with reps that are more straightforward and dont lie, Id love to hear about them and switch carriers.The positive experience was with Bryan, hes cool and helped me clean lint out of my phone charge port lol
Phylicia is amazing, she helped me and my brothers join Verizon and got new phones. Shes patient, hardworking, and kind. By far best service I have gotten. Im loving Verizon and the fast network ☺️.
Asia helped my brother get a phone that he was looking for. She informed us of different phones available that he was interested in & gave us quotes that helped us decide which phone was best for his budget. She was patient, informative, and professional. She also applied the screen protector for us since we were unfamiliar with how to do so. An overall 5/5 service and pleasant experience!
The worst customer service I received from someone, ever! And I dont normally do reviews. Came in to the store right after work, around 5:15 pm. Store closes at 7pm. Next in line quickly. Only 1 agent at the store (Vivian). I let her know I was there to trade up my phone. Vivian was helping one same customer resolved a phone problem. Very chatty with that customer and oblivious to any other customers. She was on the phone several times to help same customer switch carrier. I stayed and waited since I already waited enough. She doesnt seem to be very knowledgeable with what she was doing, couldnt even tell me where the new Note20 phone was displayed at the store. About 1hr and 15 mins later, she said she may not be able to help me bec it may take longer to do the whole process and she cannot stay past closing time. She did not care about my time. I could have left sooner if told earlier that she couldnt stay past closing time. Asked her to please help me. Bluntly said she cannot, she wants to keep her job and I should leave and come back tomorrow. I asked her why she did not tell me that sooner. Her reply, she did not expect it and she was multitasking already. Really? Worst, not apologetic! I know i could have just left at some point but i waited and thought i could get some help. She couldnt seem to understand my frustration. No empathy at all. She only said sorry after I was in the middle of voicing out my frustration. Not sure if sorry is in her vocabulary. If only she was a little bit apologetic, I wont be here giving her a bad review. I dont normally do reviews. If I can give her a zero rating, I would.
Olivia was extremely helpful and patient to a senior citizen like me. I just switched to Verison after a very long time and with my experience with her, I’m assured that I made the right decision.

Tried to buy a phone at the store had 800 dollars more then that they wouldnt let me buy the google phone I wanted so I bought verizon prepaid money and their saying I can only buy service so I told them to go to hell I want to use the prepaid money to buy phone online can someone help me I literally bought around 700 dollars of prepaid money to buy a phone from verizon and they said I couldnt.
Complete ripoff. Manager Morgan is rude and not helpful whatsoever. Accessories are unmarked and waaaay overpriced. If you are trusting and honest like I am then avoid this store. It isnt even Verizon! Its Victra. I didnt like the Galaxy S8+ or upsell notebook I purchased from them so I returned everything within the 14 day return period and with all the fees it still cost me $174 for NOTHING! They wouldnt accept the screen protector they installed as a return and it wasnt until I got home and saw the pricing that it was $55 plus tax $59.25!). I purchased the exact same product for $21 returned to the store for my $59.25 refund in an effort to my reduce my loss and Morgan wouldnt accept the same new unopened product stating it didnt come from their inventory and was therefore FRAUDULENT. (???!!!???) The ONLY positive is their wonderful salesperson Brandon S. He is a quality honest professional guy and helped me undo the mess to the best of his ability. If anyone else tries to help you turn and run! Theres probably a good reason why the real Verizon on Laguna Blvd is always busy and fake Verizon aka Victra store is empty.Fool me once.. painful and expensive learning experience. I feel screwed. Add insult to injury....I only went into the Victra store because my existing phone suddenly wouldnt hold a charge and I needed a replacement ASAP because I volunteer at Bradshaw Shelter and video cats for their website. I had turned in my failing but working phone therefore had to replace my phone AGAIN before I could return the frustrating S8+ because I couldnt get my original phone back!

This is one of my favorite Verizon stores because of the employees. What is sad is they’re usually understaffed. Why can’t at least 3 people work here at a time? Is it COVID 19 fears? Is the store too small? Please hire more technicians.

Appreciated all of the help that he did and the customer service in helping us set up all of our extra features. If I ever need anything with Verizon I will make a point to go to this location simply on how great our experience was.

Whats the point of opening the store if you are just going to tell the customer to go online and do it yourself? When I was switching to verizon, they were like come in any time we’ll be happy to help and thats what they do when I actually go in.

Asia was a wonderful clerk, she helped my phone upgrade process be as quiet and painless as possible with transparency and efficiency, even when there were technical problems on my behalf. As much as I hope I wont have to go in some time, Im confident that the staff will make my experience effortless if theyre anything like Asia.
Store was very neat clean and organized. The rep that helped me, Asia, was super sweet, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. She took her time with me to go through everything and answer all my questions which I greatly appreciated.

Our family has been as customer there for 8 years and almost every visit there we had a problem. When we came back to fix it, they had another person there, and previous workers were gone, i have no idea, why they change people so often: sorry, he doesnt work here anymore, and you have to call main office to fix the problem. Last time it took me 2 days to fix the mistake, that guy did for phone discount... and..they took my old phone back and didnt give any proof, do it was a problem to prove it too... way tooo many problems with this office, I would not recommend this office for getting new phone, or switching plan.

She was very friendly and we were in and out in less then 40 minutes with 3 brand new phones. She was just a little vague when it came to explaining the different in pricing to our plans.
Customer Service is trash, garbage, and everything that you can think of that stinks. I order my phone with customer service and was told to pick up at this store. The lady told me just have your debit card and I.D to pick it up. My girlfriend(authorized user) was picking it up for me and she got there about 10 maybe 15 mins after we got off the phone with her. She get there and the lady tells her the order hasn’t been sent. She waits about to 10 more mins and still nothing. So I told her it’s whatever we can pick it up tomorrow(today). Call back today still no order has been received. So you telling me that it takes a order a whole day to get through. I know it don’t cause FedEx Office get orders as soon as they’re sent. I use to work Fedex Office so I know orders do not take that long to come in. That’s just bad business but what do I know right? I’m just some customers who pays them to do horrible at their job. Verizon you need to think twice in the people you hire cause two stores within a month of bad service. By the way if you treat your veterans like this I can only imagine how you treat regulars civilians.Update: So I get a call back later just for him to tell me now he don’t got the phone. This store is a joke. I would advise either doing it yourself or calling customers service. If I could give negative stars I would.
I was contacted by Daniel, the manager and informed that ALL of the lines on my account were eligible for an upgrade to the new iPhone 10. I placed an order immediately. I then received a subsequent call asking for me to come into the store in person in order to secure the two phones. I do so, only one of the phones needs to be sent over from another store because the desired color was in stock.I get a call a few days later that my phone is in. I arrive two days later, only to be informed that they have sold (without any notification to me) to someone else. Nevertheless, I agree to order it again with the assurance that this time I am actually ordering it so that it will be held for me until I come in. However, I am now also being informed that I have to pay off my current phone to the tune of $785. Apparently, my eligibility for an upgrade was simply a mean-spirited ploy to get me to buy a new iPhone.To say that the customer service at this particular location is abysmal is an understatement.
Seriously disappointed. Was told my a sales person that the Samsung tablet would be free, when he rang up my accessories he never told me he was also charging me $50 for the tablet. When questioned, he said he didnt have the one I wanted, so he decided to give me the Ellipsis 8 instead. He then said he credited the setup fees to make-up for it. Never told me there were set-up fees or I would have declined since I can set a phone up by myself. Not really the best way to treat a customer who has been around for 16 years.
Ok everyone, seriously....ignore all the previous reviews! This store and the staff, especially Jahnell and Rickie, are wonderful! Very polite, courteous, and take good care of you! I have no complaints!

Signal sucks always dropped calls, had no service at all. Only time was going to there store. I will never ever go back here again. Warning to all do not ever come here they are so money hungry!!

On July 18 my wife walked into the store with the opurpose to purchase the phone for Mr. Tran undenounced to me did I know that she didn’t really need to upgrade her phone so I compensated with her Mr. Tran overheard our conversation and basically suggested to her about my concerns about her upgrade and that there is a cheaper company that we can get he suggested to her to let me go to the cheaper company in her stay it’s Verizon she in fact listen to him and check the phone home which was a very awkward situation after that suggestion was to train offered an apology saying that he didn’t mean to cause a rift in our relationship but so was on three days after the purchase my wife disconnected the new phone and went back to her old device and decided she was going to take it back because of work schedule and constraints with the kids sports schedule she couldn’t get up there in time to return the phone she return the phone on the 15th day one day pass the 14th they immediately told her no they could not take the phone back I went up there to talk to store manager after having a verbal conversation over the phone with Daniel I don’t know if he’s a manager or not but is very unprofessional and physically confrontational in person I offered to pay restocking fee and whatever lost money for the phone being used and now he insisted on saying there’s nothing he can do because of the contract that my wife signed after doing my research before I talk to him I talk to Severo authorized Verizon retail stores as well as the corporate stores and they all said that he could do something about it he could take the restocking fee That said they could do so I will not say his name for it I do respect his customer service because he was very knowledgeable and helpful, but while talking to the manager in the store Mr. Daniel again that I don’t know if he’s a manager not kept coming up and interrupt you also throwing in verbal insults as to say I don’t understand how to read I’m an African-American man I’ve been to high school I graduated I’ve been to three years of college I own my own business I told him then let’s not go there I understand what the contract says if you’re going to use the contract to not do a customer service gesture to keep your money all the while telling me that your company‘s policies will not allow you to take it back and I’ve asked several times for you to show me your company policy and you keep showing me the contract either you’re going to use the contract to support the reason why you don’t want to take it back or you show me your company‘s policies that say you can’t take it back because all the rest of the authorized Verizon stores say the same thing that I’m saying to him he can’t take it back I would suggest not doing business with the store this store has been a bad store for this neighborhood has not done anything but take and deliver bad customer service I will be taking this higher up to the corporate office until I hear from the manager of that store is higher up management I am faced with having to pay more money and it doesn’t seem like they care I’ve been living in this neighborhood for 17 years and have done business with that store quite frequently you would think that would go along way but I guess not money speaks over customers Service and repeat business and referrals if I could do no stars I would because this company does not deserve to be in business
