Nails were overpriced and most of the nails look funky . Like crooked here too much acrylic there. I wouldn’t go back. The nail tech wasn’t friendly either.

Just went here with our oldest granddaughter who is visiting from Colorado..The staff is very nice & helpful in helping you select your polish types, regular od gel & most importantly the color. Its a very clean shop & they use plastic liners in the foot baths for extra hygieneShe had her 1st ever Spa Pedicure which also gets massages on the legs relaxed those travel legs for 4 days which is the best ever!Thank you to the staff at Lynns. Our family has been going to this shop since she opened it 18 years ago.

Everyone in this shop is very nice and they are very respectful and courteous to all there customers. I have been coming to this shop for 2yrs and nothing has changed with there customer service. I have recommended this place to everyone I know and now I bring my granddaughters with me to get they nails done & toes. They are twin girls 12yrs old and they love coming here. Cathy is who do my nails. Very experienced in styles on your nails and color oriented.

The workers were very polite, the nail polish was good quality and lasted me a long time and I will definitely go back again in the future.

First experience here i told myself i wouldnt go back.Second time I went because my BF paid for me to get my nails done as a surprise. Spend 80 and one week later my toenail polish is off on one nail. And my pinky is falling off. Also there is so much acrylic under the sides of the nail it feels very unprofessional.

Love this place. They are very friendly and work is great. They figured it out. I feel safe there amid covid.

Ive been going here since 2006. I moved 30 miles away and still go here. The girls are friendly and care about you and what you want. The owner greets everyone like she knows them personality. ❤ I wont go anywhere else.

Lynns nails may not be the most glamorous place but the girls in there know what theyre doing. Always friendly and professional. I have been seeing Donna for close to a year and will not go to anyone else. And their massage chairs are amazing which makes all the difference

My daughter had her nails done here and 1 broke the next day. She went back in and there were two women sitting with their shoes off and feet up on the chairs. Finally one of the women asked my daughter what she needed. My daughter said “ yes I was here on Sunday and one of my nails broke can you fix it. “ The lady said very rudely you weren’t here on Sunday because I was here. What number is the color you got. My daughter pulled the color that she had. The lady fixed her nail but was not friendly. Myself and my 3 Daughters will not go back there again.

I like their attitude, the atmosphere, etc. Cant wait to go there again

WORST NAIL PLACE!!!!! I called in advance to make an appointment. The lady working on my pedicure was extremely aggressive. My nails were shaped differently on both feet and my skin was cut all around my nails. When I complained, she chose to ignore me and continue on. She then left me half way through my pedicure to work on another client. Returned 20 minutes later only to leave again to assist someone else.Possibly the worst (half) pedicure I have ever received!

Had my nails done here for the first time - I don’t think I had a better experience! It was clean and my nail technician was gentle and precise! I just wish I got her name. 🤔

The only reason why I gave this one star is so I can write a review in my opinion they dont deserve that. I live very close by and they are convienet, but will never go again. They sneak in hidden fees and act like its no big deal. I tell them I want blue nail polish. Shes says is this one OK. Im like yea I like that color blue. Then at checkout find out its gel so its way more expensive even though I wasnt told this. Also was told they had no large fake diamonds. Also was told they had no burgundy found it and realized she just didnt want to do what I had asked. They also always get up and help others in between doing your nails and someones pass you along to another person to finish. Really sucks because I dont usually complain and am pretty tolerant I think but after going there for 4 years. I cant anymore. I found a way better salon. Get my nails and toes done for $5 more total then I used to get just my nails done there for. Glamour nails in Elk grove if your looking for a nail place.

I called at 11:30am to see if they had anyone available to do a full set and pedicure...I was told to come in at 1:30pm an was placed on the schedule...upon arrival I informed them that I had an appointment at 1:30pm...the man at the desk told me I needed to wait for someone to be available...when I asked him how long was the wait...another lady came up an said that I would need to reschedule for a later time...they dont have enough employees...Ill never come here again

I got my nails done and I love the color but within a 3 days span 3 nails have broken off never had to wait 10-15 minutes to fix a broke nail..

Service was very good but they couldnt do a simple flower design.I had 3 ladies try to attempt but couldnt do it, so I left with no flower design. It was sad that they couldnt do a simple design which was irritating.

I did not mind the service, it was just OK, but what made it the worst is when 3 loud talking wanna be black Asian so called women, ( and I use the term loosley) came in trying to prove they were, I guess, hard started cussing each other out and the asian salon Women did nothing. I cut my visit short, called back to commplain and they did not care. Never going back, I advise the same for any one.

Been going here for years, and even when I moved out of the area I still make the drive here just to get my nails done

I like their service and how they did my nails but there are small things I didnt like. The lady didnt have some tools to clean the inside or bottom section of my nails and also couldnt do a simple design.

Super unprofessional and rude.
