I dont recommend anyone to come here. I had tried to call to make an reservation and they hung up on me. The next day I went in person and the customer service was no different. Save your time and money by simply going somewhere else.

I use the box store all the time for sending packages and buying materials. Bridget and Justin are both patient and kind, especially when it gets busy.

The service here is great! I drive down from Sacramento whenever I need packing supplies because while there are other places to buy a box, The Box Store has the best selection and helpful staff. I had 2 odd shaped gifts to wrap and they helped me find the perfect boxes to hold them.

I do not ship a lot, but I just started selling some stuff online. I needed help finding a big box, and to ship it out. I was helped by a clerk jessy . He found and sold me the box and gave me a shipping quote. I came back after I packed it at home. I really like how I was able to see all the different shipping options. kinda pricey, but really great service

The store is stocked with a great variety of sizes of boxes for shipping and packing. The owner will make custom boxes and always informs customers of the best way to pack &ship their items. It is a family owned business that has served this community for many years. The owner has always been helpful and welcoming.

My company has been shipping from here about a yr. Iv never had any problems unit i referred a friend of mine. My friend walked in to set up an account to start shipping from there and he was told by justin to goto the post office instead. My friend ask justin why justin replyed that because it was already in a post office box you should just go there. My friend responded im already here and I have already waited can i just ship from here? justin said no and walk off with another customer leaving my friend standing there confused and embarrassed. I believe to he was refussed service because he is black. I am disgusted embarrassed and upset i ever referred anyone there.

The people who work at this store are great. Every time I have something to send out I know that they will help me with a smile on their face. This will be my go to place when I have to send out a package. Thanks!
