I guess people like Ben or whoever is the one good guy, but I did not get that guy. The woman who cut my hair did a bad job, objectively speaking. She did not really do well with listening to my requests, and she even seemed a bit upset about me asking her what she thought would look best. In the end, my hair was visibly uneven, poorly shaped, and I had to go somewhere else pretty soon after to get a repair cut done. Maybe just pay for a nice haircut, or make sure you get Ben

Cody the manager did such a great job on my color, cut and style! My hair hasn’t looked this great for years! I’m so pleased I will defiantly be going back there again! Very professional!

Everyone here does amazing cuts. Best recommendation is to call in to make an appointment instead of using the app. Calling gives better and more accurate times than the app does. Never had any problems getting cut here. But I can agree that the prices are a little high for a haircut. I remember them being $17

Staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I took my 3 years old daughter for hair cut. They treated me and my 2 years old autistic son who was asleep in my arms very bad and I had to leave.

Awful hair cut, asked for a cut in the back, are we kidding me how is it the hair is uneven in the back will never go back I should have done it myself. Staff very unprofessional.

I was a little skeptical about going here at first, but almost immediately upon entering the store it subsided. The ladies did a good job on all of my kids hair. They did exactly what we asked. My boys loved their haircuts. My daughter got her hair shampooed and conditioned, then cut and styled. We didnt have to spend a lot of time or money to get what we needed. Clean facility and professional staff, will definitely visit this location again.

Left my salon to come here for an inexpensive haircut. Came a couple times, not the best cuts, but for the price, descent enough. Last time Im coming here though. Made my appt at 3, came at 245 and checked in. Watched a bunch of people come in and get served before me. I understand they had appointments too, maybe called in before me, but one walk-in even asked me youre before me right? and he ended up getting seated before me. Nice people, but their system has issues. I come to pay lower price and for convenience. If Im going to wait 2 hours, might as well pay extra and get a premium cut and my salon. Threw my day off.

Went in there a little late but a barber took me in without a problem. Have me a great haircut exactly like how I showed her in the video. For that price its a great haircut with nice people.

Came into town for a gymnastics meet and spontaneously went for haircut during warmups. Friendly and nice and did a great job.

Been going here for a couple years. Not the best at cutting hair, but Im not that picky. Just had the worst customer service experience ever. They told me 35 minutes because an online check in was ahead of me. I waited 25 minutes, then they told me it would be another 40 because they had more online check ins. I actually went to the trouble of going into their store and waiting and they put someone else ahead of me who isnt even there. Never again, lots of places to get your hair cut.

Overall a 0 star I asked for them to only cut the top to an 8 instead they cut my sides and gave me a partial bald spot three minute at max cut costed me 19 dollars, would never go back

They are so unprofessional. When we walked in he told us it was going to be 20min and then this customer comes in 15mins later and he yells out, mam its actually going to be longer, I have to take him first. Really, you could have told me when I walked in. Never coming again. Worst experience ever.
