I asked for a high arch and they totally messed up my natural shape. gave me a softer arch than what already had, now i have to wait for them to grow back .

Whenever I get my eyebrows done here they always look beautiful. They make them look clean and have a perfectly arched eyebrow. I love it here and I recommend it to all my friends.

If I could give no star that wouldve been it.Came here once I liked the way it came out I ended up getting the membership and after a couple of months I forgot when my membership expired and I asked her before getting my eyebrows done and she said she can only check until after she is done doing my eyebrows I dont understand why the cant check before doing your eyebrows and then to top it off there done and they swipe your card and they still dont let you know when it expires its like on purpose so you can end up paying them . Wont be coming again really bad service and eyebrows still end up looking horrible everytime .. wouldnt recommend

Been a loyal customer for quite some time. Went in tonight with my daughter and there was a new girl. She was On The phone talking to someone in another language. We waited 10min while she grabbed on, would lift her index Finger as if to say -one more moment. I waited so long I looked up another local place, called them and they said they’re get us in right away. I told her We were leaving. Another customer behind us was still waiting. I gave 3 stars Bc they used to be good.

Exquisite job by the attendee she did my eyebrows the best I think Ive ever had them. Considering Im growing them out she was extremely considerate and once she handed me the mirror I couldnt help but love her work. Thank you.

I went here on Friday to get my Eyebrows done. All I can is that I received beautifully arched eyebrows with excellent service. The lady that worked on my eyebrows was a very sweet and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable.Clean Salon and professional service that what I always expect from a business. I was fully satisfied.

She was too fast that makes my eyebrows uneven doesnt even care at all. Im very disappointed and its my first time here. Not coming back.

I ask her what happened here. She said I eyebrow was like that. Said can make the other one the same. Gave me ball spot.

Fantastic! The membership program makes Eyebrow Masters a bargain. The ladies know me and what membership I have so Im in and out in a flash. The Cailyn make up is great too. I love the brow filler and the mineral powder foundation, bronzer and blush.

I just moved to Elk Grove and found this place online due to great ratings I have it a chance. Ive had theeee best service . I have been letting my eyebrows grow out for few months now I dont wear makeup every day so I do need my brows to look great and full... the ladies there have been very helpful with that I always received great complements about my brows. Unfortunately today I went in and none of those ladies where there, I still gave it a chance since every lady has done amazing job and I told the new lady I just want them clean because Im letting them grow out she said ok, after she did one brow I looked in the mirror and my brow was sooooo thin I almost cried she gave me a huge arch I told her its too thin but I guess it was too late I couldnt have one thin and one thick. She then proceed to do the other brow and of course they didnt look the same one was left so arched and THIN they looked like clown brows ! I never asked her for a shape or to make them thin and I kept telling her theyre so thin and I didnt like that or even wanted that but she just said ok thank you 😣😖 shes a heavy older lady she needs either more experience or idk what but I was very clear with what I wanted and now I have to let my brows grow out again and that will take couple more months once again ... very angry and disappointing..

Amazing service, only have one regular eyebrow place that can do them but, it changed when I came here. Love how they came out 😍💗.

The pregnant girl messed up my eyebrows so bad. It left a white line across my brows (it looks as if my brow was cut off in half). I has to wait 3 months to grow out my brows and get them fix. NEVER coming back.

Before I found this place I went to a different eyebrow threading place and they messed up my eyebrows I decided to try this place out after letting my eyebrows grow out and they did an amazing job at fixing themUpdate: I no longer come here for services of my eyebrows because I felt one of the lady’s was rude and they had messed up on my eyebrows they weren’t like this before but I notice they have different employees every time
