I have always had problems with my iPhone 6s battery. Apple claimed the battery is too hard to replace without breaking the phone. They fixed it in 30 minutes and the new battery works better then the new phone iPhone gave me! They were all so nice there and it was a wonderful experience and I’m happy I got a new battery and did not have to worry about the cost of a new phone!

As I entered the store, The customer service associate seemed a little serious. But after he told me what my issue was and how much it was going to cost, he lightened up. Still some what serious but much more comfortable to converse with. I felt totally at ease with the cost and professionalize service. I had brought my I-phone to them, It would NOT charge. Right away I was telling them that I needed a new battery. Arden checked out the phone and instead of just selling me a battery ( which was not the problem) he went right to the problem. The charging port had worn out. They had one, also impressive considering the age of the phone. I left and in about an hour they called me to say the phone was ready for pick up. I want to thank them, GREAT JOB!! I will visit this location for any my further needs . Awesome place to do business with. Thank you!

All of the technicians are knowledgeable and confident, they tested my battery and easily identified the issue. The service I received was very efficient and timely. I had a non-removable cellular phone battery replaced for ~$60 and the job was completed in a couple hours. I would recommend this place for any battery needs if you live in the Elk Grove area. I will be coming back for other battery replacement services. Thanks guys.

It’s all fixed. Great service and I still am the only one with my lock code. I highly recommend this store if you drop your phone on tile frequently like me. This is my second screen and the manager honored the warranty on my battery even though it had expired a few days ago.

From the moment I walked in the store from the time I came back (1-1/2hr) it was very easy and stress free. No up sales no hidden fees and best of all my iPhone 7+ is like brand new. Also so affordable it was well far less to fix and make like new then to buy a new phone and have to upload everything. I will definitely be back

This place has terrible customer service and broke my phone. I paid $93 for a simple screen replacement. Left and found out the light sensor wasnt working after their repair. Went back they apologized said they fixed it. I left and found out my camera wasnt working! I went back and they tried working on my phone for almost 2 hours they said sorry we cant get your camera to work before I got into my car I realized my phone wouldnt turn on. I went back in and they said sorry that they would have to send it off and it would cost more money. I spoke to a manager and he apologized and said no because it was their fault it wouldnt cost me extra. So they sent my phone off that was on 1/4/20 Ive had to buy a temporary phone in the mean time. they still have my phone and are just making excuses at this point. Seriously considering small claims. These kids obviously dont know what they are doing and if youll notice almost all of their reviews come from accounts with a single review as in fake reviews.

Been here a couple times for misc things with phones and they’re great. Everything always works, prices are much cheaper than a lot of other places, they have warranties and actually explain them to you. You know what you will be chargesd before they start working on anything. Just an overall great experience and we’ve dealt with multiple employees. Highly recommend.

I dropped my iPhone X on its face this afternoon and the whole screen cracked. I brought my phone to Batteries Plus at 5pm, and by 6:30 it had been repaired and was functioning perfectly. Great and quick service!

I’m giving a 3 star rating because of the following reasons;I took a rechargeable battery pack for an alarm system on Friday. It was originally purchased there about a year and half ago, 2 years at best. I was told it would be ready for pick up on Saturday and they would call me when it was ready. Saturday came and went with no call. Same thing for Sunday. I stopped by the store on Monday after 4:00pm. Asked about the battery pack and at first the salesman couldn’t find it. I even gave him the paperwork from Friday. He went to find one of the other employees to help him find it. It was sitting on the counter not even finished. I was told it would take 10 minutes or so for it to soldered. Ok, now this is something that should have been finished on Friday or Saturday, no excuses were offered and in fact the three people huddled around the counter while one was working on the pack, seemed to be laughing and joking about something, maybe about the fact that the original battery pack didn’t really need to be replaced after all.I won’t be back.

From the time Nathan answered the phone & also answered all my questions with an absolutely positive & uplifting attitude. Directing me to the website to schedule an appointment so that I could save an additional $10 on my screen replacement. Until the time I walked in, checked in with Colby who was awesome, polite, friendly, respectful & knowledgeable. He allowed me to observe him repair my IPhone 6 screen with the grace of a gazelle & speed of a cheetah! I was in & out in under 20 minutes.This all happened on a Thursday mid afternoon beginning at 11:15am from first contact & me walking out the door @ 12:55. Yes, I was embarrassing late by 3 minutes for a 12:00 appointment.I would definitely recommend this location!

So far, so good! I brought my phone with a cracked screen in to be fixed. Guys working for very nice and told me I could come back in an hour and a half. Came back and my phone looks brand new!! So incredibly happy with their work and skill!

I took my phone here for a screen replacement. Their service was very good and fixed my screen pretty quickly. They were friendly and made sure to inspect all functions of the phone before and afterwards. The price was less expensive than APPLE so it overall turned out to be a good deal!

These guys are so nice! My remote car alarm battery slowed down after a couple months. I was buying one& told them the other one doesnt work as well. They replaced it for FREE! 😁 Always Dependable!! The associate helping me was friendly and attentive. I had cracks on the surface of my phone and it was repaired within 2 hrs. The associate also offered the screen saver protection for an additional $20. How ever, since getting my phone back, I’m having difficulties with the touch screen. It doesn’t swipe properly and sometimes it’s hard pressing certain letters or making a selection on the screen. That was the only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 star.

Fast and cost effective battery replacement for my Samsung phone.Danny and Nathan were very helpful and provided a great customer service experience.

A bit dissappointed in my experience, went in to get my iphone screen replaced and to buy a screen protecter and case. i dropped my phone off in the store and the staff was very friendly, when i got my phone back though, it had the screen protector on it but the case was seperate which was unusual but didnt seem like something that was a problem. they showed me the phone and said everything is working great again so i took the phone and went on my way. when i finally got on my phone and tried using it the screen was not recognizing that i was touching it sometimes and required me to press hard. i got over not being able to use the 3D touch which was also a problem. i finally tried to put my case on and sadly it did not work with the screen protector. would have prefered them telling me that and possibly refunding me instead of sending me on my way knowing there were problems.

The repair was all that wanted/was promised. It wasnt cheap but was done well. Make sure to mention any discount at checkout.
