Apple sent our phone here, not sure why since I would think they have their own techs. Our phone has never been immersed in any liquid yet they claimed its internal damage to the face id came from corrosion caused by liquid. Im not sure what type of relationship apple has here with these guys but seems awfully suspect. Does apple send phones here to have a 3rd party side on their side and void a warranty?? Theres 6 months left on its one year warranty from apple but face id stopped working out of the blue. Let down by apple and this companies poor level of service.

The Volt HR are very rude here. Brandon harassed me. He yelled at me and threatened me after calling me to his cubicle. This is disgusting workplace .Worst place to work I have seen people being accused of things without proof and lots of people receive write ups for no reason. I would avoid this place. The HR at this place are rude, they write up ppl and yell at people for no reason.

Pegatron Corporation properly diagnosed and professionally addressed the issues with my iPhone. They were efficient, communicable, and reliable.

One of the worst place to work for. Nobody cares about you. Policy is Choose, Use and throw. How hard working you are doesnt matter. You should have contacts with seniors to get growth. If you dont have close relations with Supervisor, line Lead or Volt Rep. you have no scope here. So think twice before joining otherwise come be slave. VOLT Rep are so diplomatic. They should try their hand on Politics. Will be very suitable. Dont care about life of people in COVID time

Sent an iphone that stopped working after the ios 14.0.1 update came out and they sent me back a water damaged iphone that wont turn on at all. My iphone 7 was on as i restored it to factory settings before i sent it and backed up my entire phone to my icloud.my phone had no issues just would not read my sim card. Kept saying searching. I dont know what kind of scam they are pulling but I will be reporting you to the Federal business Bureau. Do not let these people repair your phone!

I worked there for a year and a half never got any benefits its like a sweat shop they treat you like slaves make you sit down for basically 8 hours in front of a computer screen and checking iphones but they rush you and eventually fire you for being too slow

Pegatron is a division of a very large Taiwanese Corporation that contracts with Apple to repair iPhones. The staff is primarily hired and managed by Volt Employment Agency.

Every co worker I’ve came across is nice and job security is well. I enjoy working here because the job is simple.

Its a great environment, very nice people, has its own securities out at parking lot as well as of inside, an easy job and like any other company or job have their own rules that need to be followed, everything will be cool.

Truckers use Hi-Tech Court for entrance. Security guards were nice, quick. Got unloaded timely.

Too many cons. Not a healthy environment to be in .No proper air ventilation. Dusty, humid and hot. You will be treating like your in prison slave. The phone battery explodes and cause toxic fumes people are breathing these chemicals in without protection.They dont care about there employees just there products. OSHA need to investigate.

Volt is extremely unprofessional and disgusting. The HR people at this place are very rude. People get written up for no reason and they get interrogated like their criminals. Very Cruel and Disgusting Work Environment. Rude and innapropriate behavior from supervsior, leads, other workers, and even HR themself. This company is disgusting.

Worked here 2 years and was one of the worst experiences of my life. Was bullied relentlessly and nothing was ever done, car got scratched up, nails in tires, females that didnt even know me hating me for NO reason, being threatened, blackmailed etc the list goes on. I came to work every time minding my business and keeping my distance and still got picked on by random females and volt. On top of that was accused of things I never did and was wrongfully terminated for speaking the TRUTH. Volt told unemployment to not give me a dime and told new employers they shouldnt hire me based off lies they made up to cover what REALLY happened. Also, I was told they secretly recorded me on audio without my consent which is illegal. I NEVER did anything wrong. And now I get a letter from volt saying their security system was breached and employees name and social security was stolen? What a joke.Edit: Im not surprised how nobody from this company responded. I just wanted to add something I just found out. My friend worked here for only a few months, she herself was mistreated by volt as well. When she got tired of it she went to Connie Morales (the volt coordinate) to let her know to quit. Instead Connie spoke to her disrespectfully and threatened her and told her that she cant quit she has to put in a 2 weeks notice or else shell be in trouble. There are hundreds of complaints on volts main review page of other coworkers talking about the mistreatment at the hands of Volt. Why isnt anybody doing ANYTHING about this still? Why are employees still being mistreated?
