Quick!!! Great wash... Friendly staff. Reasonable price!!!

This particular location is on the smaller side so there are only a few vacuum areas. The trash receptacle was spilling over. Worst of all, the rinse portion does a very poor job and the air dryer doesn’t work properly. I left with so much soap on my windshield and hood that I drove straight over to the location on W, Stockton Blvd where they do a much better job. I do not recommend the Bruceville location.

Great car wash, even tires are cleaned🤩🤩. Be careful as you move car to neutral for wash. Ive had issues twice at this location. Today, it lurched me into car behind me 😳. Now I have a lovely new gouge in car. Carwash tech more interested in blaming than resolving...couldnt get anyone to file incident report😤. But my car is clean again!

Went here for a car wash and the car wash rammed but the track kept moving my truck forward shattering my windshield. I made an incident report but have not heard a word from them. I have taken this truck through many other car washes and never had a problem! Not great customer service!!

Great service from workers and easy and quick way to get your car very clean.Definitely, take the kids for a ride through the wash cycle, they will love the colors of the foam, sounds and way the car drives itself.

I am members of this car wash for a while but this location (Bruceville) used to have good service, but I don’t know what happening now. I am paying the best service price unfortunately didn’t get best result. Tires are not shining, car is not getting shine as they supposed to shine. Once I washed in other location it’s was satisfying but this location no.

I go for car wash here but I’ve noticed scratches on the back side of my car and I thought maybe it was my carelessness but I’ve finally realized that it was their brushes damaging my car. Yesterday I went for a car wash and it literally broke my license plate frame. Very disappointed and I noticed that when I reached home otherwise I would have reported and now I regret going there. Never had that experience in any other car wash.

Was perfect!! Even when some of the sap was left on the car they put us through again. The vacuum area could be bigger, but when we did get one the vacuums were wonderful!!!!

The next best thing to a hand wash! Without a wait, my oversized SUV was sparkling and completely dry in no time. The friendly staff volunteered their assistance. Celeste is the best she really accommodated and broke down everything ! She is very sweet and personable .The entire property was so clean, I thought it was brand new! And the price cant be beat... Ive paid double for half the results. I will be returning!

We have the monthly membership. 50% of the time the employees are amazing. However, the other 50% are not willing to help at all. One young lady told us they don’t accent cash. Another one man sprayed out car for less the a second, and when we called him on it, he flipped us off before picking up his spray gun again to finish. $40 a month my guy!! $40!

Good for a quick rinse if your car is just a bit dusty. They do offer to let you go through again if youre not satisfied, but my car still had dirt and gunk on it after the second run. You can see it on the hood and around the Honda logo. If you need a real good clean, go somewhere else.

The grounds were filthy. Trash pouring out of the trash cans and trash bins.Debris all around the bays, filthy.The area after you leave the car wash is so small there are only 6 bays, 1 is handicapped only. If a car is coming out of the car wash and you are trying to pull out of the vacuum bay, an accident waiting to happen.Whoever designed the space/area did an absolutely terrible job!Will not go back.

I like this car wash! Used it twice so far and both times my car came out looking fabulous! Also, it has a cool light show while going through it. Its open late! I went there last night around 8:50 p.m. I was kindly greeted. Also had a couple of questions that I got answered on the spot. I recommend, thats if you like your car to be clean all the time, like me!

Great customer service employees are always amazing. only negative I had was the employees look hot. you should provide cooler clothing in the summer so they can stay cool.

This car wash is just another quick quack location but with very limited and congested vacuum area sheds to dry and vacuum your car.If you like to dry up your car under shade and vacuum after wash this location will not be good. I also noticed their unhappy employees are also not understanding the fact that you have to maneuver your vehicle in hard way to get to wait area for vacuum and often start yelling at you to move your vehicle.

This place overall, in every area they provide services need to be improved!Customer service hangs up on you and lies to you, car washed break down quite a bit, so you unable to wash your car. customer service clerk put me on someone else account, called customer service and they still didnt get right! They also run the cars to close to one another in the car wash and the car in front of me hit my less than 6 month old car. A bunch of quacks work here and have zero customer service skills!!

This place is quick, does a good job, and has a vacuum station at the exit that is included with the wash.

Machine shut down twice in the three minutes cycle.... Right in the middle of the wash and again during the dry cycle... Which NEVER drys the car. No vacs available cars lined up yo use vacs do left.

When adding a second car Quick Quack car wash will create a second account and bill you $30 for the second car. They will not give credit for their mistake. I am taking quick quack car wash to small claims court. Revision: This company is dishonest. I sent the information requested to Quick Quack. Summary - I had one vehicle signed up with Quick Quack. They advertise that a second can be added for $15/month. They charged $30/month for the second car using my same name and credit card.

Another great Quick Quack location. As with another business up the road, I found the staff to be a little less personal (smiling, waving or showing happiness) than other locations, but they did their jobs. The line was quite long, but there are good reasons for it.Over all Id say you should come by. Even with the line, it wasnt a bad visit.

Excellent Clean Ducking Dealio in my own humble Opinion. To be honest, I wish that the car wash was a tad bit more thorough and detailed - and the very last part, when you’re going past the blow dryer that it gave you a longer amount of time / were more efficient in completely drying your car, because it’s an absolute necessity to manually wipe down the car manually w a towel / sham-wow after “finishing” @ Quick Quack.All’s in All, not a terrible deal - unlimited car washes for 18-$30 / month, depending on how fancy y’all decide to do it.Anywhoosers…Until next time - oarrr knot, Jew know?!?? 🤠💩☠️👻

It seems that the dryers in all locations have issues. Although this location also has an issue with the tire dressing.

This new location made it easier for Elk Grove residents to conveniently come and get a carwash. It gets busier sometimes so be patient.

Decent car wash that lasts a good week or so. I wish they had a touchless option, but not a big deal.

Its cool fast and easy. We get the best. Worth the money can go there as many times as you want throughout the month. Not expensive for monthly and they have a area where you can vacuum out your vehicle

Love love love this place. The staff is always happy and friendly, the quality of the wash is great. We love the multi flock deals. The only think I could recommend is checking out the dryer. 2 months ago it use to dry our cars, but now its leaving alot of water behind. Not sure if anyone has been experiencing this?

I just had my car washed there. I asked if the wash was a no touch, and was assured it was. I quite distressed to find it was NOT Touchless. I asked them to cancel my membership.

My husband was driving or we would have pulled back around to get another wash. I could have gotten a better wash at the Arco AM/PM and fir far less than $15.99. I won’t be back.

I got the monthly charge of about $19 very good service clean and get you in and out without a problem well worth the $19 a month

A little pricey. They dont monitor the vacuum area and let anyone use it. Hence I left without finishing because of the rude, loud people.

Did not have a good experience went to the carwash on Bruceville Road Elk Grove California there was only a total of 7 vacuum cleaners there was two gentlemen after they vacuumed part where the vacuum cleaners are wiping down their cars cleaning their tire rims nobody went out of the workers to let them know that they needed to move their vehicles because there was a line of people waiting for the vacuum cleaners stop no no

Yes it’s convenient but for the highest quality car wash that I received there is no way I wouldSign up for a monthly plan. My tires and rims were not cleaned and my car was still dripping wet when I left. The vacuum stalls are awkwardly placed when it is full. I would rather spend less at Gilly’s and get a higher quality wash.

The wash seemed ok. Didnt get my rims very well though. There arent enough vacuums.

Had to change my rating due to me getting into 2 accidents .... cars are placed way to close to one another, i either hit the car infront of me or the car behind me hits me, luckily me and both cars in both incidents had no scratches or anything, this car wash cleans my car very well, it’s just cars are placed too close, I’m just going to start spacing my own car out, when they tell me to scoot up, I’m just going to sit there till the car ahead of me passes the sign with the lights 😂

They need to have 2 members only lanes and 1 cash/credit card lane. Everytime I come through theres 3 employees in the booth and maybe one checking people in. They pull from the lane closest to the booth ignoring the other two lanes for several cars. Typical wait for a wash is at least 5 minutes and during that time no other cars are going through. The one on bicentennial is run way more efficient. That being said it does keep my fleet clean and shiny and the vacuums are covered which helps in this heat. If they could just run it more efficiently I would give 5 stars.

I was really looking forward to giving my car really great wash and there was still dusty on it when I left. I will try is again and see if maybe it was because my car was excessively dirty from sitting too long.

Made my first (and last) visit here today... not impressed at all.- Expensive - not a good value for what you get IMO. It’s a glorified gas station wash. For a couple bucks more, you can go across 99 and get a full service wash. Or for the same or even less $, go to the similar-for at place on I-5 for pretty much the same wash but they actually hand dry and have more capacity (vacuum stations).- The site layout is lousy. Very large driveway coming in to the wash can accommodate like 20 cars, but coming out of the wash there’s only 5 vacuum stations and no good place for cars to wait for them. Cars forced to do awkward 3-point (or more turn) and wait 10 minutes in an unorganized crowd to use vacuums.- This is what really set me off for leaving this review... was super annoyed to just pay $17 for an average exterior wash, then be subjected a mess/wait of 10 cars all trying to get around in a tiny space for limited vacuums.This place is not a good value IMO. Maybe they’ll build it out more in time, but until then not worth it for me. I’ll continue to go to the other places by the freeways, depending whether I’m looking for a similar level of wash service (exterior only, I do interior) or full service wash.

Amazing Should of done this long time ago.

Looked forward to the opening, took my wife to get her car washed, the attendant had no control of traffic flow of three into one lane, people were getting mad as hell and the attendance couldnt care less, they definitely need more training or more staffing. I hope this location will lighten up the traffic at our local go to car wash. Ive been to multiple locations of theirs but I think they lost that luster they used to have.

Great carwash! The light show is really fun for the kids. The vacuums are really powerful. The lot is a bit congested when waiting for a vacuum as theres no way to get out the other side.

I was excited to hear that a Quick Quack was finally opening up in the southern region of Sacramento because I have been a customer for years but have always had to go out of my way to get my car washed across town. The wash itself is good and the staff were friendly and professional but the major let down was the vacuum area. There are only 5 spots to do so and with that your chances of getting one without waiting is slim. Even with no vacuum slot there really is no other place for you to park and wipe down your vehicle if you choose. The layout seemed to be ill planned for the location. There is a weird 3 lane situation that doesnt really make sense. It goes from a 1 lane entrance that splits to three lanes, and then back into one lane to go into the car wash. With there being no exit or bypass after you enter this section, Ive seen people do U-Turns inside the area to get out. I will still use this location for my car was needs but thats purely due to it being the only one nearby.

They get my car very clean, plus FREE VACUM.

Fast! My car turned out really clean including the inside of the wheels. I just got the good wash for $12.99 and I was happy with the results.

SLOW AS MOLASSES!!1. What’s the point of 3 lanes if you only have one employee handling the cars and one operating the wash? When a new prospective member shows up and has 20 questions (geeze, just get a membership and MOVE!) it holds up lanes while they answer the 20 questions.2. You have how many vacuum stalls? How about you guys covert the 3rd lane to vacuum stalls?The positives:1. Excellent wash when you finally get through!2. Nice, professional employees. Just slow as molasses. Not sure if their fault if they are low-staffed and have to deal with a third lane.

This is the third time in a row that Ive been here and theres only one worker. Renea is doing the best she can today (with a smile on her face). 10 vehicles at 8:45a on a Saturday which is a busy day! Value is just not there. I will be taking my business somewhere else if this company does not properly staff their business.

The wash itself is great and their machines are very efficient. But they REALLY need more vacuum and drying spaces. Trying to get in line properly to wait your turn to vacuum and wipe down is tedious and prone to confusion and cross words if someone cuts the line due to confusion.

The belt that moves the vehicle stopped the pickup in front of my mother’s car. As a result, her car hit the pickup and lost the front grill. No manager was on site. What a mess - now dealing with insurance and all. Never again.Addendum: The owner responded to my comments above and clarified the workings of the conveyor belt that operates the carwash. I appreciate the clarification.

I got one better car wash it was kind of expensive. It might be better to get the unlimited monthly car wash. The car wash was excellent. It left my car clean and shining.

Fast and convenient. Still dirty on side windows by mirrors, but nothing wrong with wiping it down. Not reccomended to just drive through and not wipe. Will leave streaks at back of car.

I went to bruceville road in elk grove california and had a bad experienceI had a trial month that was taken out of checking account and I had been to 3 car washes for that promotion and when I went back for my 4th carwash it was NOT 1 month yet and they couldnt find my purchase that they took out of my checking for the month trial and I was in the middle of traffic with 9 cars behind meThen, they had me to turn around with NO exits in middle of cars behind it was terrible and very dangerous. I was so frusterated with the employee, what the employee should of did was to say ok you can go this time, but next can you revised your credit card on your next carwash and that should of been sufficient way to handle the situation. What they should of done my situation was to go through the car wash this time but on your time please update your credit card information but that was not the case, instead the attendant made me do a U-Turn in the middle of the entry with 9 cars behind me, who in the hell in their stupidity right mind would do that with a dangerous decision with NO exits. That is too stupid. There you go people if you want to go in the real world and make real money and cant make good decision then you will never get a good job and remain in the bottom of the totem pole and struggle financial. You have to make out of the box and split decision and stupid decision. So, I made a complaint with Quick Quack Corporate Office and they said that was the most stupid and the most dangerous decision they ever heard. I got a call from L. Biagionik from Customer Service Assistant Leader from Roseville and she was desperate surprise that happen and thats not a good way to handle things. So, she is investigating the situation with Corporate and trying to amend the situation with me. If feel if you cant do a good job then you shoudnt be there.
