Thank goodness we had a free coupon because if we didn’t, coming all the way down here would’ve been a total loss. Seems to more concerned with getting customers in and out than actual quality of service. Recently came back from a trip to the beach expecting a full interior detail from all the accumulated sand, and after the time was up we received our car with sand still caked up along the seat tracks and trunk area. Ended up having to go back home and do it myself. We have a moonroof as well and that was untouched as well, but luckily the rest of the exterior was nice in comparison. Very poor attention to detail throughout the interior. We have a lot of glossy black plastic in our car, and it ended being scratched to oblivion with careless wiping. That kind of stuff doesn’t buff out. On initial impressions, it looks like they cleaned the wheels but when I got home later i saw that it was barely wiped and they didn’t even really get into the spokes. For $25 value, don’t get your hopes up.

I truly respect this line of work because it is physically hard stuff, but I am disappointed with the lack of effort from this location. This is the first time and last time I bring my vehicle here. I spent almost $50 for this. I dont recommend this car wash.

I bought my car in because I had terrible hard water spots and didnt know how I was going to get them removed. I went to premier and talked to one of the workers and he gave me a reasonable price and assured me they would have it lookin like new again. I was so pleasedwith the outcome and the professionalism of all the workers. I recommend this company to anyone who wants a job well done. 👍

Outside wash was great. The employees who vacuum my car did a great job. The issue was the employees who wiped down the windows... seemed they did a half fast job.

They dont clean it enough, leaves dirt still on my car, my rims are dirty, they dont dry it right away, so it leaves water spots on my vehicle, I purposely close my change compartment so it wont get broken and guess what they still seem to break it, now it wont shut. Horrible place to come too, for the price you pay

This is a follow-up to a recent experience at Premier Car Wash in Elk Grove. I was not satisfied with the service; I took the car back and they agreed to clean it. These pictures represent the finished results: still dusting, uncleaned and not worth the money I paid. I normally have no issues with the car wash, but today was a different day!

I paid for a detailed wash always and my vehicle was still not cleaned as promised. They blamed it on watermarks however, since when watermarks don’t come off especially when you pay for detailed package. Lately they have become more expensive (I don’t mind that) but the quality of the work is declining, in my opinion.

After a basic wash they give me my car like you can see on the photos. I understand that the wheel is no included, but on a touchless tunnel you get better result. I have the opportunity to talk with the owner and he told me you get what you pay. They want to charge you for everything. When you go to a tunnel with no people involve you get better result as this place. I am given them one start because I cant do negative. (-5 starts)

I called the receptionist and asked about their detailing, she said it was only $160 for my car seats to be cleaned. Once I arrived one of the employees asked if I wanted my carpets cleaned as well for $250 and I told him no. He then goes and talks to one of the managers to check when I can be next in line. He comes back and tells me that theyre really busy today and they would not have time to clean my car. I came on a Saturday at noon. They closed at 4 that day I believe. He then tells me to come back on Monday when they are slow. I told him I work 8-5 mon-friday, I would not have time. He then tells me to go to Bubbles Car Wash...

Ive been customer for over a year. Today was only Good. Only one complaint. Person that put Armor All on tires only put on one side of van.

This place is a rip off. I paid 199 for a full service detail & clay bar wax. I assumed by doing ANY kind of detail work that my seats would be wipped down but as the pictures show they only vacuum & dust the vehicle.

My car was clean on the out side and in the front seat, but its like they never opened the back doors. The seats were still dirty from the bottom of my lunch box, they failed to vacuum between the seats and my center counsel. So for the price they charge they did a poor job to say the least. My car was not filthy so I couldnt have been to hard to get it clean. I wouldnt recommend this place.

This place seems to close early all the time. This is the second time they closed early. I understand times have changed due to covid and that it was a hot day, but what are the chances of it happening to me more than once?

They are okay at best. The staff is friendly but the service is a little below average. In their defense I usually dont go to the car wash until my car is beyond my scope of drive through wash! Haaa

Worst experience ever, time wise! The wait time was 20 minutes easy, just to pull up and be able to get out of our car. While waiting, my man asked how long the wait would be and if we could go in the quicker lane for our wash. He rudely told us to just move ahead. There weren’t but two people to vacuum all the cars that were coming in. There were about 15 cars for two people to vacuum. Then the guy in the red shirt (the lead)explains the wash menu and asks us to put the car in park and go wait. So we waited and waited and waited. About 20 minutes later, our car finally begins it’s journey through the wash. From there it was another 15 minutes or so before it was complete. The facility was nice and clean. They even did a great job cleaning our car up, but would we return is the question.Suggestions: Hire more car wash staff. Greeters, vacuumers, driers etc. There is lots of busy there, but will people come back?

I asked for full cleaning inside and outside the outside was passable but the inside carpet still had coffee spill marks on the carpet. Otherwise good job and quick.

Got in my car after the wash and the middle console was still dusty. The back of my seat and the back seats were not wiped down clearly! I have pictures to prove it so disappointing! Never again!

Very slow service and it wasnt even crowded. One guy checked in the cars alone but five people were waiting to dry the cars. I selected the cheapest wash with interior windows done. Still was outrageous at $23 ! I expected my car to look like I spent $23 but it didnt. Some lint left on the floor mats and the cup holders and middle section not wiped down either. I could of washed and vacuumed my own car at Kellys Car Wash for $8 and saved money .

First time coming here for a full service wash and details. Prior to leaving my car, I saw that I had a bunch of coins in my coin slot that I leave for parking meters and etc. I hesitated for a moment, but decided..... no I’ll just leave them there. Once my car was done, I drove off forgetting to check before leaving. Once home, I realized I should check. Sure enough... the coins were gone and I was left with three pennies. I called to speak with the manager and he stated they always out personal items in a plastic bag... I check the bag and there was only a box of tissue paper and a lint roller. I am not upset about the stolen money, more disappointed about the principle of them taking personal belongings. Beware when dropping your car off in their care. Empty your car of everything!!

Only ok because, I drive a small car and it seems the BIGGEST person is the one to get inside to wipe it down & do inside windows.And theres really no reason to move the driver seat for the distance they move the vehicles.Fix these issues & its a 6 star rating. Went here after my oil change at Auto Lube just around the corner from the car wash, to get my Free Exterior Wash. My vehicle is a Dodge Durango.It was looking freshly rinsed, of course, there were those brush/rag streaks from the machine & a few spots:dead bugs on front windshield & lighter dirt marks & towel wipes on the main body but totally missed the back window/hatch door.I didnt take the time to go over their mechanical wash, blow dry & then the hand drying to catch the oops or wet spotsNow Im running late because how busy both businesses were, good for them but my SUV not so.I didnt look at their finish job as I normally would have. I handed the employee a tip & drove off home, just 2 miles down the road .At home thats when I took the time & looked at what wasnt doneWhat a shame...you cant even get a Good Free Washany more.Sorry no pictures didnt know Id get a request to rate my visit almost 8 days later.

Took my car here and the outside was done well but they did not vacuum the trunk. Didnt find this out until I got all the way home. Called and was told that they dont vacuum trunks unless you leave it open. In my opinion they need to have a sign that says that when you check your car in and pay $30 for a car wash. Dalia instructed me to come back anytime and they would take care of it, no problem. Came back today to have the trunk done and the closed for bad weather sign was out. Mind you, it is 76 degrees and sunny right now. I tried to call and there was no answer. Pulled up to the detail garage door that was open and honked my horn. Had to explain the situation to two different people and the manager gave me attitude about asking for the work to be done that I had paid for. Most likely will not return as it is not worth it to have to come multiple times and fight to have services done that I have paid for already.

Excellent interior! Paid $250 for detailing, but WHEELS NOT INCLUDED!!! Never told me that. And then they wanted $50 more to do wheels. Underhanded if you ask me. Especially since they didn’t mention it when I dropped it off.

My car was washed here twice because tree sap is a total pain to clean off after parking at work. The staff are thorough enough even for the basic deal.

I had my car detailed today only to find that someone on their assembly line took all of the silver coins out of the center console. I informed the manager, Juan, and his response was “I’ll keep a lookout”. I’m very disappointed in the staff today.

People who work there are kind and conscientious. They do a good job.

I dont like to do bad reviews but I have to keep it real at all times. I will never go to this place again I paid $90 for them to detail of the in side of my car and when I got in my car I had to show them places that they left dirty that they didnt clean the mats were soaking wet so they told me to just ride around with the windows down by the end of the night the mats were still damp so when I got up in the morning my car had that mildew smell in it and it lasted four weeks I just dont like when you pay for something and you dont get what you paid for now mind you $90 is not chump change so I will never go back there again

Bought a Three basic managers special car washes ... but they did not mention that washing the tires were extras . Had to pay extra amount of money to have my tires washed .. what good is a car wash if the tires are dirty ..So basically I ended up paying the same price as a regular wash .. but they just hook you up first with a so-called managers specialThey also have this special which is unlimited wash for 2 weeks for one special price .... cmon might as well drive the cars through mud pit to get the value of unlimited washes in 2 weeks! who dirties their car in 1 or 3 days? . I would understand the value of 2 months unlimited washes .. most car owners do not dirty their cars in 1 - 3 weeks

The detail people need some supervision they did poor job inside wiping the console, doors and didnt vacuum the back. While sitting inside I observe a large truck no body wiped the top.

When I got there I was told by front greeters that it was going to be a 15 minute wait. Sat down out side as a older gentleman sat next to me. He was staying that his black truck was sitting in the sun getting water spots. 15 more minutes go by and he asked if they could dry it off before it got water spots and they said it was already dry from the machine. One of the workers continued to argue with him as I walked to go and get the manager. On the way back a car 5 cars behind me was dry and leaving. I asked the manager whats going on he apologized and said he will get more people to help. 15 more minutes go by and they are all working on other cars after me and the other lady now talking to me. I asked the men and 3 very rude females if they could dry the ladies and mine were next. And the 3 females looked straight at us and said NO!. I went and got the manager again and he said sorry they had alot of people call in sick. He dried my car and gave me the name and number to the owner. 5 minutes later when I got home I called the owner. He answered his phone and said he was busy and he would callme back. Well I guess Ill see.... the whole thing to me is its not our faults that people call in sick.. we are spending our hard earned money and if I talked to my customers that way I wouldnt have a job anymore. AND WHAT HAPPENED TO RESPECT...

Always exceed my expectations here! Unlike the competition the employees here are always professional & respectful. We own a collector edition sports car & anyone could understand how important it is for us that whoever drives our vehicle in & out of the wash does not excessively rev or treat our car like its a toy. I bring both my sports car & SUV here at least once a month & always love the service, if there is ever an issue I say something & it is corrected immediately!

Had a valid coupon (through Dec. 2018), after waiting nearly 40 minutes to proceed, the man told me he didnt think they took the coupon. I stated I just wanted what the coupon was good for (from previously using them), he said they didnt have that package anymore, but I can ask inside. When inside I felt with a VERY less than friendly cashier that said they dont take those coupons. I verified that it was their business and address, she stated YES. I replied that it was false advertising, to which she replied, YES. I wouldnt have minded paying full price IF the service had been excellent. Inside not vacuumed out properly, windows streaked, tires not done. All for a total of 80 minutes!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!!

Great job, Premier! Took my wifes Rav4 in for an inside/outside detailing. Inside, Premier did the seats, side panels, floors, mats, dash, and console. Outside, they did paint, plastic, tires, and wheels. And yes, they do windows. They even toned up the the spare tire cover. I recommend them.

Quoted $169 one day, but when I came back out was $299.00 for the detail in a highlander. Its a big car so expected to pay more. They did a good job but broke cover on my car charger and left some places untouched like the visors and seat belt covers.

I gave my mom a gift certificate to this place for Christmas. She took her 2007 Chevy Tahoe. They broke both of her mirrors. My nephew went and spoke to the manager, he agreed to pay for one then when he found out how much they cost, he refused to pay $800. They are not manual mirrors. My mom is having her insurance company go after them. I will also be submitting a complaint to the better business bureau. I will be posting all over Facebook and more.

They do a good job but lately they have been slacking. Like nit vacuuming the back of the van. And no matter how many times I tell them not to open my sliding door, 8 times out of 10 they dont listen

This a best place for car wash, these people doing really a good job Bt the detailing crew is lazy, they just want Finish there job quick without care if person pay almost $90 for wax they just doing there job with close eyes,,, I always take my all three cars there they wash and clean cars pretty good Bt I never gonna take my cars for wax there cuz those people there they don’t want do the proper way,, I think management need to talk to them and let them know how to handle cars when people need car detailing .i have no problem with other crew they doing wonderful job .

They did a pretty good job at cleaning my truck after driving it cross country. They missed a few bugs on the windshield, but overall did a very good job.

My wife took her car there a week ago to get washed. I had a digital tire gauge in the glove compartment. Fast forward a week, this morning I go to check her tires for her before work and the tire gauge is gone. That car is parked our garage everynight. So unless someone some how broke into the car with out us noticing it and only took the digital tire gauge ( her ipod is inside that same glove compartment as well). I have reason to believe that some sumbag employee at this car wash took the tire guage. Ive tired to call them to speak with management to inform them of the situation but no answer. Its only a tire gauge, not super valuable but still not cool to be a customer and get something stolen out of your car. I will never return to this car wash again. I recommmend you stay away for this place.

We took my car yesterday morning, Sunday May 12th, for a detailed service. When we went to pick it around 4:15pm (one friend gave us a ride), our surprise was that the place was closed. We called several times and nobody answered the phone. This place should close at 5:00pm on Sundays. I cameback home without my vehicle. Today I was supposed to take my son to school, my baby to daycare and then drive to work... I contacted the daycare and paid extra to pick up my children at home and take the older one to school. I had to paid an Uber to take me to the car wash and pick up my car. The car wash opens at 8am, same time I was supposed to be in my work, which is located in Natomas, so I got to my work an hour late. I asked to speak with the manager (he identified himself as Juan), and he told me that because of mothers day, the owner called them around 3pm to leave early. I told him I agree with that and it is fair, but his obligation was to call me and let me know theyd close earlier so I could go immediately to pick up my car. I explained him how this lack od professionslism affected me not only economically. He replied saying he could not reimburse me what I paid to Uber and daycare and since I had already paid for the service he couldnt make any kind of discount to the near $120 that I paid. Guess what: he gave me a coupon to comeback for a basic car wash..... Cant believe they dont realize the magnitude of things.

Premier Auto Wash made my car look as new as when I first purchased it. There are no remnants of the mess that stained my back seat. My husband and I were amazed at the cheap price, and the free car wash that came with it.

Like a dumbass I pay the 6.99 to have the tires done and rims I always have to redo my self. I understand they r busy but with all those bodies there u would think they would get it right. Were r the supervisor checking on them. I have one more coupon after that im done.

Not everything you pay for gets done. If your vehicle dries in the sun they do not towel it down. So not as clean as could be.Hard water spots on Windows,body.
