Good haircuts but very unorganized. No one knows whos waiting, who has an appointment, whos next in line... they have so much business, I guess they figure they can sacrifice on customer service. We waited for maybe 1.5 hours on a Saturday and even noticed other walk-ins served ahead of us.Not sure if well be coming back, despite the good work they do.

This the worst Barber Shop my kids went ever. Their customer service is below zero. The barbers think they are the best and have ego with bad attitude. I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone. Actually, I will report the shop to BBB.

We had a great experience the first few times weve gone. I sent my son in to get a haircut on his own and he was treated horribly. The barber couldnt even get off his cell phone while cutting my sons hair. My son has been growing his hair out for a while and he completely butchered his hair. Worst haircut Ive ever seen. We will not be returning.

Best public Barbershop in the city of Elk Grove Foreal foreal! But Lemme tell you this, folks that be going weekly or folks that are regular customers to Images automatically know to schedule an appointment BEFOREHAND because it be packed with customers . You can walk in and get an appointment dont get me wrong, but customers who schedule beforehand for a certain time will always be cut first! Do not complain about the policy, thats just their business. All the times I went, Ive been cut by different barbers they knew what they were doing, good cuts, friendly barbers, what more can you ask for? Be respectful and the respect comes right back Def. my favorite barbershop

Apparently my 10yr old son’s haircut was going to “take a lot of time” and we were told to “come back next week.” No wait time on a Saturday and you can’t even get off your phone to say that? We got the message.

Horrible customer service, my son walked in to get a haircut, sat there waiting for 1/2 an hour without anyone asking him if he had an appointment or how much time he needed to wait. He called prior to coming in the person told him to come in and someone would assist him. after an hour we walked out, nobody said a word, they must not need the business.

AWFUL!!!! If you want a bad fade go ahead and be my guest and go here. I asked for a low skin fade and they gave me a lobsided ultra high fade.
