My therapist(s) Joy & Delilah, whenever available, can always be counted on to get me back on track, health wise, due to their extraordinary service technique, friendly nature & consistently amazing massages. This is saying a lot because I NEVER leave reviews unless I’m impressed. I’m impressed 💪🏾🙏🏾

Love coming here to relax and destress! I have been getting facials from Renee this past year and she just wonderful! She asks what are your concerns, what you want to focus on,and recommends what products would work to improve your skin. And my skin definitely has improved because of her. She is such a sweetheart and so genuine! I keep coming back

I had the 90 minute massage with Eddie, and it was quite the experience, given it was my first time getting a deep-tissue massage. It was intense, but in a good way! I had to ask Eddie to back off the pressure a little bit because I couldn’t handle it, but for someone who is use to deep-tissue, Eddie is definitely the person to see! My overall experience was great, and would come back in the future! The front reception staff were friendly and nice, and that added to the experience!

My last few massages here have been wonderful!!! I have had Jessica and joy as my massage therapist. They are both awesome!!! and the front desk staff have been awesome as well. Laniyah and Jennifer have been excellent front desk staff. Also the manager Alyssa has been wonderful also. They all have been very helpful and has paid attention to details when coming in for appointments and helping you when you leave.

Delilah is amazing! She listens and gets deep into the needed areas, working out all the tension. I recommend her to everyone. I have nothing bad to say except when she is booked, so book early and out as far as possible to get her

Book a 90 minute Facial with Anna, you will not regret! She is very kind and gentle but also is not afraid to get in there and get out what needs OUT! Anna also has a high level of knowledge concerning each of the products she uses and can establish a routine that will improve your skin and your general health and well being! Anna is a rare find!

Jenni is the best. Theres no other way to say it and I say it with clarity and certainty. She is highly professional, highly skilled, and just an awesome massage therapist. All of my experiences at this location have been great, but its Jenni who makes it fantastic.

I interact a lot with Jennifer and Michelle. They are always so kind and friendly. They watch over me because I get maggages for severe muscle spasms. Head to toe and front to back. Those two watch over me like I was their mother! I feel everyone at Maggage Envy are kind and courteous. They take good care of me.

Ive been going to this location every two weeks for several years and always use Jessica as my massage therapist. My sessions are always tailored to address whatever issues need attention. Especially after a round of golf!

Do not buy the membership!!! We cancelled my husbands membership (I still have mine but will be canceling this weekend) at the end of our contractual year. They said we had until the end of April to use 5 remaining massages that were paid for. When we tried to schedule at a different location (which you are supposed to be able to do) they couldn’t schedule us because we weren’t in the system. Then we called in April to schedule and they said they were expired in March. $400+ down the drain. Tried to call the supervisor and they said they were sorry if they gave the wrong date but they were expired and there was nothing they could do. I am all for rules, but this just feels like a rip off. This was supposed to be a fun gift for my husband and now its just a terrible experience.

Unbelievable!!! After checking in for my appointment for a message, I was sitting in the waiting area for the message therapist to come get me. After 15 minutes of waiting, I went back out to the receptionist to let them know I was still waiting. (In the mean time, my partner had gone in to get her facial). They could not fully explain how I was somehow overlooked and wanted to just reschedule me. Meanwhile, I was stuck having to wait on my partner who was having a facial and had no idea that I WASNT getting my scheduled message! We left we with the promise that we would get a call from the manager on Monday to work something out. Three or four days went by and we never received a call. We finally called them. We worked it out to schedule another appointment for three weeks later (the soonest they could get us in) with complimentary hot stone message to compensate their mistake. Sooooo, this morning.... three hours before my appointment..... the day of the rescheduled appointment, we get a call to cancel my appintment!!!!! I COULDNT BELIEVE IT!! I was okay with giving them a second chance but definitely not a third. This place is ridiculous.

I live in Santa Cruz and was visiting family in Galt for the holidays..and my birthday happens to be around the same time..I decided to hopefully treat myself to a massage and had gone to massage envy numerous times in San Jose and Milpitas and always had been very happy. I called the location in Elk Grove and they were able to get me and my husband in on short notice for a couples massage. Front desk staff was great.Im sooo happy that I got paired with Michael!! He was AWESOME!! One of the best massages Ive ever had.. And the hot towels 😀. I plan on coming back to see Michael in the future when we are in town visiting family..Ive already told all my family members that are local that they need to go see Michael when they get their next massage. Thank you again Michael!

I was given a gift card for Mothers Day and hadnt used it yet. I was a little hesitant because of the reviews I have read about Massage Envy but the location (by Best Buy) that I scheduled my appointment at exceeded my expectations. First of all, Kendra (I think she is the manager) greeted me very kindly. My therapist (Jessica) was highly skilled! Her pressure was perfect and she gave me a full body massage. When I was checking out, they informed me of their membership program and addressed my concerns, which made me feel more at ease. I initially just wanted to use my gift certificate but ended up signing up...I cant wait for my next massage!

Who runs this place? Never get full service. Pay for an hour get forty minutes. They talk through the sessions. Ignore your requests and lose you information cards if you dont buy their skin products.Massages lack skill. I just had a massage yesterday and they changed the massage therapist on me last minute. She was not the best, and massaged my carotid arteries in my neck. Big no no. That is just not done. Her name was Nyesha.

Had an appointment for my first session today waited 3 weeks for this. When I show up the receptionist lies to my face and says she called me this morning to notify me of therapist calling out sick. Now she could have simply admitted that she did not call me but instead she insisted and asked what is my preference to reschedule session. She was going to give me an appointment for another 3 weeks away this is unheard of! Is customer service not an essential part of this business location? Keep in mind if you as a consumer cancels your session inless than 24 hours there is charge....simply dissatisfied and disappointed.

I went there twice but I still not enjoy my deep tissue massage. Heres my intake on this spot:1. nice ambiance2. expensive3. massage therapy needs to work on their massage skills. I didnt feel satisfied after leaving this spot twice.

Was not impressed. After this massage, I have had nothing but trouble with my neck and back since. I was sore and actually felt bruised for a few days after.I asked for Light to Medium, and I got deep tissue. I have Fibromyalgia, and am extra sensitive to touch. Chelsea is terrible.
