This company has been by far the most responsive that I have worked with! Their customer service is the best that we have had. I use them for all my commercial needs (and have sent them to a few residential properties as well). Their pricing is on point, and have given me several options for install as well. Knowledgable and takes the time to explain things. I almost didnt write this review because I dont want to share them, but they deserve the business!

Drivers are incredibly unprofessional! I was in the far left left lane to turn left and the driver of the van was in the lane next to me, realized he was on railroad tracks and cut me off almost clipping my car which left me on the railroad tracks which couldve resulted in injury and most likely death THEN when I switched lanes to get from behind him he cut me off AGAIN. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. LIC# 818228.

Neels Heating and Air saved me when my home warrantys contractors couldnt. I was without air conditioning for 5 days during a week of 100+ degrees because everyone else was booked.
