Lonnie is the best customer service person there. He always goes out of his way to assist me whenever I come in to purchase something.

Last Wednesday evening my S/O and I stopped here to get my S/O a new pocket level. As we drove in the parking lot we noticed the parking lot lines seemed to need some repainting, which made it harder to park appropriately in the spots.. we were greeted by the cashier on the contractors side as soon as we walked through the door. We were able to find the product we were looking for pretty fast, so our shopping trip was under 10 minutes from start to finish. We wanted to look at some tool bags, but seemed like the selection was limited due to low stock. The store was pretty quite and appeared to be clean.

We went to buy a small tiller. We found them, but they didnt have a price anywhere. We found them online but they said the online price is for online only. It took about 45 minutes standing at the cash register before they found a price. First time to have this kind of service. Normally awesome service. I hope no one else has to go through what we did.

Really need one closer to me. Love this store! Staff is very helpful. Got me to where I needed to be (not there very often due to travel time) got my items n out of store quickly.

Normally love shopping here. Today we tried for over an hour to get someone to sell us a dishwasher. We had cash in hand. Were headed to Lowes. Hopefully theyll want to make some money today.

I usually love going when I know where things are. It must have been an inventory day because nobody was available to help me. I finally tracked down an employee and she helped me find someone to help me lift my items.

Very helpful finding correct bulb I needed for outside light.

Usually find what I expect, I look for wierd stuff sometimes not really surprised not to find it. The employees are always helpful no matter what I seem to be looking for though.

A smaller version of a big box store / a left handed store traditionally yields fewer sales, but I regularly shop this store because of the staff/ product selection/ and familiarity...

In and out for washer hoses. Seemless and automated.

We have a bunch of home improvement stores in etown. I think we are all brand loyal when it comes to hardware. For me I like our local home depot the best.

Most products I have purchased were/are of excellent quality . Prices are moderate and in line with most hardware/ lumber stores.

I would typically give Home Depot a 5 star rating because I love going. This time was different. The girl at the Will Call desk, or whatever they call it, left a lot to be desired. This was my second trip there to pickup an order and still didn’t get it all. OK. I can understand if there was a mixup. But the girl wouldn’t tell me anything. She wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. I finally told her to refund me.

This store was fully stocked and I found exactly what I wanted. Cant wait to refurbish some of my antique furniture.

This store is fine for small everyday purchases.all of my big ticket items have been a huge hassel!

Most always have just about anything I need for around the house repairs and maintenance.

We purchased a new dishwasher from this store.We paid in full for the dishwasher and installation charges. We scheduled the delivery and installation to occur concurrently, BUT THIS NEVER HAPPENED! We received the new dishwasher as scheduled, but after diligently scheduling and paying $150.00 for installation, no one ever showed. We waited all day with our electricity and water turned off as required, but NO ONE SHOWED!! We are disabled senior citizens and having to install the new dishwasher was extremely difficult/time consuming! Removing the old dishwasher was cumbersome enough. We attempted to call the Elizabethtown Home Depot office on numerous occasions with very little, or no response. Very disappointed with your store’s ability to answer their phone anytime during operating hours, and the installation department!!!

Great bulk items for cleaning and house maintenance at a very good price. So many items to see. I could get lost in the variety and bargains offered.

Still out of plastic 4 X 4 electrical junction boxes, but so is everybody else.

Took less than 6 minutes to locate and purchase the air conditioner I needed or the upstairs area of my home.

Was not pleased with 3rd party company that delivered my fridge. Once delivered, the delivery team realized the freezer door would not open. I asked them to take it back, they said they could not once delivered. Headache trying to schedule a pick up!! Hardwood floors were damaged when delivered & picked up & now dealing with estimates & repairs.

I did NOT appreciate two individuals disrespecting me while trying to purchase lumber I left and went to 84 lumber.Homedepot you call me a list and disrespect me so you will NEVER get my business n Im building a privacy fence and aa deck. Guess you didnt need the business cause you sure did lose mine.

Home Depot used to be the best place ever Ive had a few bad experiences unfortunately Im not going to divulge that experience and I apologize for anyone depending on this review to help make a decision. Then please are nice and thats it thats all I have to say

Needed help with bulbs and was helped by a friendly employee. Asked by a couple different employees if I needed help. Could be because it was 15 till closing time. But it was good to be asked.

THIS TIME curbside service was great. Young Alex was delivering to another car when I pulled in, and came to the passenger window to help me. LAST TIME, I had to finally go into the store to get help. No one was even answering the phone. Glad the management got decent signage up and hired Alex!

We bought a washer and dryer set..the sales clerk didnt offer much knowledge about the items we bought..

They were the only place in Hardin County that had ice melt for my driveway and sidewalk, awesome!!!

Friendly and courteous. Helped us look for a heater for our garage as well as a receptacle.

I came in with my family to look at floors. We had no clue what we wanted. One of the workers helped us from start to finish. She was extremely friendly and helpful. We left with a new floor and a very happy experience here!!!

I couldn’t be more disappointed. We called Home Depot to ensure what we wanted was in stock at this location. The person the that specific department assured us it was. We drove 30 minutes only to find that is wasn’t in stock. Went to the service center and received no help there either even from the store managers. They were even unsuccessful in managing to order it online for us. We barely even received an apology. We won’t be going back.
