Nicole is very rude, insensitive, and should not be working in the mental health field. She is not a people person. Who uses a space heater in May/Summer?? She does!! Shakes head at you in disgust. And does not return multiple phone calls. She just does not care. She should retire soon!! We will not be returning because of her!
