Used this place several times with different cars & Ive tried all levels of the car wash options. It never fails that under my side mirrors, my back bumper & near my license plate doesnt get clean. I wish they would get that fixed.

Its always a pleasure. The prices vary from $5 on up to club membership. The bug wash for the grill is free. Also the vacuums. The wash itself is good and gets your car clean. Highly recommended.

Got the total package and the underneath around doors were still dirty, and front windshield was splotchy. My car was not that dirty for this 20 dollar car wash to have left my vehicle looking like it needed another washing. Vacuum was very powerful though.

Most ridiculous car wash around. I have never been to a car wash that asks you to sweep out the bed of your truck or that tell you the car is to dirty. Why do you think I am coming to the car wash for?

Dudes are super nice if there is any issue, but no issues ever occur due to how well the place is ran. Prices are great and I often opt for the higher priced one because of the great job it does. I travel quite a bit so after a trip, my car is treated to its spa day here. Thanks Jimbo.

Worst $15 I ever spent at a car wash, car is not only still dirty but the sprayers on the driver side never activated and my window and mirrors were still covered in soap, so had to spend another $3 to buy a towel from the vending machine to wipe everything off. Guess Ill drive home and wash it over.

Prices are very reasonable for basic car wash, plus you get free vacuum. Basically if you plan on vacuuming, youre better off just getting a car wash for $3 and then using the vacuum. I got the free grand opening car wash May 15th at one of their new locations and got the works for free. Their $29.99 monthly membership is a great value as you can go unlimited times for a month. Get two the works car washes in a month and the rest are basically free.

Chuck at the car wash was very sweet and helpful. The wash its self was good, but honestly could have been better. I did the 12$ wash on my Silverado and the 15$ was on my Equinox a bit of dirt was left on both, the free vacuums were great

As far as car washes go, this place is definitely up there with the average ones. Simple 3 lane payment kiosks never send you and your vehicular neighbor in simultaneously on a collision course through the bottleneck, so thats good. The mechanical cleaning apparatuses seem to get the majority of the car clean (youll have to touch up around the rear bumper/window/tailgate after you finish up). Vacuums are free, obviously, and they do a pretty decent job. Also, the kids love the bubblecano lights and bubbles. All in all, we really only use this car wash. I recommend it.

I am always impressed by the quality of the wash vs the value. Even the most expensive car wash is reasonable. Free vacuum and a station to get the bugs off before you go in.

I knew Jim back when he was a male stripper, for a place called Butts and Nuts. It was a family owned male stripper club and it showed. It was a friendly environment and I heard Jim was paid fair salary. Jims stage name back then was tiddlywinks. He told me so many crazy stories that happened in that club. One night, a tall dwarf, maybe 5ft 7 in, walked into the club. She made eye contact with tiddlywinks instantly and they both locked eyes. Long story short, they got married and moved to Egypt, where Nancy is from. They had twins and they donated them both to science for stem cell research. So they just bought a small dog instead. The dog got ran over by the local milkman a week later, so they just bought a plant. The plant died a week later as well. Anyways, wish you the best Jim. Five stars!

Pretty decent car wash but I come here solely for the stellar vacuum. Just go for a basic wash if its very busy. I got shafted twice, went in for a deluxe wash and received the $3 basic. The tire shine is pretty amazing.

Nice car wash. I got the $10 wash and it was exactly what I wanted. The rainx coating definitely did its job. They do have vacuums and they are very powerful. The payment process is very easy. You can pay with cash or card. Great job Jim keep up the good work.

The mulberry st location in E-town is the best one by far. The Dixie highway location sucks.

Average washing job, the price is pretty steep for something that can never get my car fully clean and leaves bugs and other specks and blobs behind. But they are better than the other nearby car washes, as they should be because they are much more expensive than the little car wash they have at Kroger or Valero. The vacuum and mat cleaning is free and that is the main reason I go there. I would have to drop $5 in a vacuum you have to pay for to get the job done.

Cant beat the speed and convenience. I would encourage you to bring some towels to dry your vehicle off. The dryers dont get a lot of the water off, and it leaves watermarks on your car. Free vacuums available after youve washed. Lots of options.

Tore the antenna off of my truck then proceeded to tell me they were not responsible for antennas factory antennas poor service

Quick wash, not as fancy as metro but it does the job 5 dollars cheaper for the ultimate wash than metro and has auto floor mat cleaner. Will use again.

The new one on N. Mulberry (owned by the same guy) damaged my vehicle & they refuse to do anything about it. The lady that was working followed my husband though (he was a vehicle behind mine) & told him that it wasnt working & to go back through but after he seen the damage to mine he didnt go through again. The lady I spoke with & did the damage report with on Sunday was pleasant but the manage I spoke with today truly sucked with customer service.

False Advertisement! The unlimited car wash club IS NOT UNLIMITED. Overall, the car wash does okay (for a drive through wash) and the price is better than the only other close by. Today when I went in for my second wash of the day, the kiosk told me I had reached my max. There were several cars behind me in line so I had to pay for a wash. When I went inside after leaving the wash and asked abt it, the worker said I was only allowed one per day. THAT’S CALLED A LIMIT, the very opposite of UNLIMITED. The signs at the car wash have “UNLIMITED” all over them but I didn’t see one that says one per day. So, even if I only use the wash twice a month, if I need a second one on a given day (like today), I must pay even more money. This is a really bad business idea considering almost no one would ever get two washes in a day (this is the first time I’ve ever needed it) and more importantly, it’s straight up false advertising and a huge lie. I cancelled my membership on the spot. Too bad because I like this wash better than the other but I’ll use the other from now on.

The employees here go above and beyond. They helped take off our antenna to make sure there was no chance of damage and when he noticed that the tire shine didnt work quite well enough he sent us through again. Will be back anytime we need a car wash. I highly recommend going here due to the amazing customer service!

Best car wash in Kentucky that I found the guy working today Dwayne really help me out they always try to take care of everyone as much as possible its clean and the free vacuums are awesome.

If I could give below a “1 star” I would. It started out great. I got the $29.95 unlimited wash; had for almost 2 months. Last week when I went through, it pulled my bumper away from the side of my van. I went back and told the kid. Filled out a report. Was told that because of the holiday it would take over 72 hours to hear back from the owner. I had a tear in the back of the bumper that didn’t have anything to do with the car wash; it didn’t affect the side of my bumper where it met the body by the fender. I’m not asking for a new bumper. I’m just asking for the (plugs) rivets replaced that the car wash broke & pulled out. The owner called me on Tuesday & left a message to call him. I’ve tried since then & even stopped by. No results.

Love this place & for all you can get for the price, it is a great value. The one issue I have is the Tire Shine is always one sided...only one side of my vehicles tires ever get shined, EVERY TIME! It looks like this could be solved somehow, eventually.

Cleans a vehicle very well

Member here for 4 years until today. Last Saturday their equipment ripped my mirror off and its been nothing but the runaround since. If you have a vehicle thats more than 5 years old they have a policy not to pay you for damages. Great cash wash until you have a problem. Dont risk it. Go somewhere else.

Gave 4 stars because I don’t see a difference between the most expensive wash and the middle of the road wash. Always fast and the vacuum works well. They also have a mat washer but I haven’t used that yet.
