He is a very knowledgeable appliance guy. Hard to get a hold of but probably cause hes in high demand. Definitely worth the wait.Thanks again for doing such a great job on our washer and dryer.

Set an appointment on a Thursday and told me he would arrive at noon on Friday. No call no show. I called and left a message on Friday, no callback. Tried again Monday and went to voicemail. Disappointing.

Left a message indicating The service needed. Received a call back that day. Scheduled an 11-12 appointment for the next day. Called me 30 mins before arrival. Arrived on time. Had to order the part and he was back the same time the next day (like he said he would). Accepted payment once the job was finished. Was cheaper and better customer service than the Whirlpool company that we almost went with. I would use them again.

They can’t seem to repair a belt on a dryer properly as well as fail to return calls. They also do not honor the warranty on their work. We have called the better business bureau to report them. Please do not under any circumstances use this service. You will have nothing but regrets.

Terrible service. Came out twice and couldnt get oven fixed. They put the oven back in the wall cut out completely crooked. Scheduled another appointment through GE customer cares to get oven fixed and no-showed, no-called two different times. My husband has taken off 2 days of work to wait for them and they never showed. They dont answer calls and dont return messages. They dont even answer the phone when GE representatives call. Why is GE in contract with this unprofessional business??? Unfortunately they are the only ones GE is in contract with in my area so I will probably just pay out of pocket to have my brand new oven fixed by a more reputable appliance business. Very dissapointing.

I have a LG refrigerator that is 3 years old. There was a recall on it and I called LG that serviced through them. This has been going on since November 2017. They have been out twice to fix it and now it is basically a kitchen decoration. I have been calling almost everyday and leaving message without any call back. Calling LG and no call back. Really bad, bad, bad.

Mis-diagnosed my dryer problem, didnt call for 3 straight weeks, didnt answer a phone call or return a voicemail, lied to GE Customer Care about my part and service, left my dryer with every single screw undone, and gave no explanation. Had no intentions of ever coming back to fix his problem.Another appliance service claimed he did a disservice to both me and the business, leaving the dryer way worse than it was before he came. STEER CLEAR.
