I have used this company three times now, once for a microwave issue, once for my refrigerator and once for an above-the-range vent issue, and they have always been great. They were very professional, very knowledgeable and easy to work with and cost is very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with an appliance!

We used to shop for that balance between quality and cost for repair. We dont anymore because BCS wins both every time. And honestly if their cost were a little higher we wouldnt shop anymore anyway because thats the level of service. We use them personally and for rental property even though we have a service contract with someone else. They are the only people I recommend for service repair in the city or in the county. Theres no better.

Ken was very efficient at diagnosing the problems with two Bosch appliances and communicated the issues with great detail. Parts were sourced in a timely manner and repairs made with urgency all at a very reasonable price. Great experience with BCS!

Wow! What a great establishment! The lady who took my call was very friendly. They easily set up a convenient appointment. I had two repairs on separate days and both technicians were efficient and kept me informed. Everything was repaired and is in good working order. The price for both jobs was reasonable. What is not to love about BSC Appliance? This is a hearty recommendation!!

My new Whirlpool fridge was making a noise, so Harry from BCS came out to take a look. He was super friendly and helpful! Even though the noise is normal (coolant pumping), he looked at everything and tightened a loose water line that was leaking that I didnt know about. Would definitely recommend!

The good people at BCS have helped me twice with repairing my washer. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. Their dedication to personalized service was second to none. It is rare to see employees so dedicated to helping customers, even those like me who prefer to do their own repairs.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Be warned. We were directed to BCS via the Bosch recall repair site. The woman in the office was extremely friendly and helpful. The service staff was terrible. The technician showed up on a Friday afternoon and clearly didnt want to be here. He was rude. He didnt know he was supposed to complete two repairs. He showed up without the necessary parts (despite my having confirmed the issues with the office). He then said he couldnt complete any repairs because he couldnt access the drain hose in the basement. We showed him the access port under the kitchen sink. He still said he couldnt do it. He left having completed nothing. He did manage to unplug the dishwasher, though, so now we cant use it at all. I contacted the service manager, and he was just as rude. He hung up on me.

I bought my refrigerator from BCS appliances about 10 years ago within the first year of having my refrigerator there was an issue they came and fix the problem and have not had any problems since but I definitely know this is a wonderful place to buy Maytag Appliances at a good price with wonderful sales people and repairmen

I was just giving a friend their number when I noticed all the negative comments. I have used them a few times over the years and each time they were very reliable and reasonably priced. I could not have been more happy with the outcome each time they came. The way they trouble shoot made sense. If you can find someone who takes the time to trouble shoot like they did, often times you will save money in the long run. They actually repair and not replace components. Only company I will ever use.

BCS Appliance staff didnt communicate well with me. My dehumidifier built in pump failed, and I took it in for repair. Two weeks later, I hadnt heard from them. I turned out that they had trouble getting the part. Thats fine, but I would have appreciated a call not having to call them.I took the dehumidifier home and asked them to keep me up to date on the part order. I had to follow up several times and the final time they said that they had actually called me a couple of weeks prior though I have no indication of it on my phone.My Friedrich dehumidifier was fixed on 12/13/2014 and as of the middle of April, 2015 the pump starting failing again. I called after hours, but expected a call the next day. Towards the close of business on Monday, today, I called them. The person who answered the phone was not familiar with my message.Though the part they installed failed within four months, my concern isnt with their workmanship. It could have been top notch for all I know and the part was bad. What I am concerned about is their poor communication and response time. When you work with a local company, you may pay a little more, but you expect better service than what the big box stores provide. Unfortunately, I would rate both experiences that Ive had with BCS Appliance lower than what you would find from Lowes or Home Depot.

I admit that I purchased a defective washer from BCS, but I have had nothing but kind servicemen come to my house to replace parts on this poor performer. They have been in touch with Whirlpool on my behalf and have received no help.But I am please with the service that they have offered and continue to be impressed with their kindness.

Absolutely horrible customer service! They looked at my refrigerator 6 weeks ago. Didnt call when they said they would. We had to initiate all contact - was the part in, could we schedule service. They finally showed up today. Not only could they not fix it, they actually left it not working at all. They now cant fix it for 2 more weeks. Bought a new one for about the same as they would have charged to fix it and will have it on Monday.

I have no clothing to wear. My wife is livid. I paid for a warranty and home depot out sourced labor to BCS Appliance Inc. Both the gentleman walked through my home. Didnt take their shoes off on my professionally cleaned carpet. They were nice and professional. My service call said to fix the washer and dryer. They only fixed the dryer. I asked. Are you going to fix the washer too? They said...Ill get back to you. TERRIBLE.

I was frankly shocked to see the few negative reviews listed here. I found BCS several years ago when I called the GE service 800 number, that time they came out and fixed the ice maker in my refrigerator, prompt, well spoken, and the price was reasonable. Three days ago I called them to look at my refrigerator.....they called me back the next day and made an appointment for the next day. After being told by another service company, that I will not name,that I needed a new compressor and it would cost about $600, BCS came out and fixed it in about a half an hour for $142!! Just needed a relay and a overload sensor...running like a champ now. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends. :-)Once again I needed the services of BCS Appliance Repair. My 24 year old refrigerator went out, so I called BCS right Away. They came the next day, a Friday, and diagnosed the problem but had to get a part, a new defroster timer for again a 24 year old refrigerator and werent even sure they could get it. Ken the technician called me at the end of the day and said he was able to track down the part and it was about half the price he had thought, ordered it and said it would be in by the middle of next week. True to their words, they called Wednesday morning and came out about two hours later. Seemed to be fixed as the cold air flow returned to the refrigerator so I paid them for both visits around 150 dollars, reasonable I thought. Well 2 days later, not only was the refrigerator not getting cold, the freezer was not getting cold either. They came out the next morning and found that an overload sensor and a relay on the compressor had gone bad as well. Keep in mind this is a 24 year old refrigerator. Well they fixed it quickly and now its working perfectly.I asked them how much I owed them for what was now their 3rd visit and the said there would be no charge. I even offered the technician money and he wouldnt take it.Over the past 20 years, this was the 5th or 6th time I called BCS. Theyre honest, prompt, and very reasonably priced. Once again, 5 🌟 stars all the way.

The service guy was very rude, blamed our problem on electoral when we had an electrician come out everything is working fine and all the wires are good. Called the service guy back and they would not come unless we fixed the electrical problem when everything is brand new and there isnt one. Extreamally rude customer service and not helpful at all. Will not use them again, such a shame too because we want to keep money in our small town but not at the risk of being talked down to and belittled.

I called them to repair our washer. They came out couldnt find any thing and charged us $84.00. I went to do a load of wash and it leaked again all over my kitchen. SO we called for them to come look at it again and havent heard from them since. For that kind of money the washer should be fix. Very disappointed with the service we received.

Refused to provide timeframe for arrival smaller than 8 am to 6 pm. When called for scheduling service, the earliest available was 3 days out but they still would not provide a smaller window the day before. As a result I had to take off a full day of work to sit around waiting for them to arrive. Very inconsiderate of customers time and work schedules.

I first called a few other businesses and had to leave messages with their parts departments only to hear back later that they would have to order the part and it would be a few days. Called BCS and talked to someone immediately and they had the part and picked it up the same day.

Dryer needed repaired. Called BCS and they were out the next day to fix the problem. Plus they gave a window of estimated arrival time that was spot on, unlike some other businesses that say in the afternoon and then arrive during the evening.
