Its never over crowded, the workers are nice and its always clean. Prices to wash and dry are reasonable and the hours ok f operation are the greatest

Very friendly lady that works there. She made fresh coffee while I awaited for my clothes to wash. Clean atmosphere TVs vending machines.

This laundromat is the best thing ever. The staff will gladly help you. They are very nice to the customers. They will comply any order or will do anything for your own preference when it comes to clothes. Top of the line and modern washing machines. You will not regret doing your laundry here. I give tips all the time because the staff are so affable

Great place clean and nice

I’ve been a customer here since they first opened almost 8 years ago. Many changes have been made and it’s boosted their business. The washers and dryers are fairly priced,better than most places in this area. The ladies that work here are always kind to talk to and helpful.

Just one star because I cant select 0, ugly place, dry is free but the dryer are ugly all my clothes are burnt. One thing more you have to wait for around an hour and half to get everything dry.

Under new management who got all new machines which dry much faster. Wash and fold service still awesome and decently priced. Ladies in the store are always very pleasant and friendly.

Good cualaty part

I went to wash clothes there and they have a big sind that say FREE DRY WITH WASH! I ask the lady if they still had free dryers she said yes and that i wasnt going to have no problem. When i out my clothes to dry she said theres was no free dryers that she couldnt do nothing about it. I had to leave all my clothes wet because didnt had extra money for the dryers!! Terriblee.

The best laundry facility in the northeast

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff try their best to help the client,The price is ok. But their washers are not working properly. Most of the small washing machines soap dispensers do not run water on their own. Youll need to add water with a bucket to make the soap go down, because water wont come out. Only some dryers would work.

All the machines are new, it gotten way better now! Very quick to get your laundry done and now they’re open at 6am which to me is great!!

Now the laundry is nice, good machines and good drying machines. love it😉

Please get someone who speaks English in there very hard for non Spanish speaking people.

I live across the street. By far the worst laundry Matt I have ever been to in my entire life. The lady who works there ALL the time is VERY RUDE. Last wash is at 9:00 PM due to my long hours at work I arrived at 8:45 PM with one big bag and one SMALL bag. As I observed I realized this womans’s “boyfriend” in a WHITE TOYOTA PICKUP truck was waiting for her outside. I assume he was rushing her. She had the audacity to come to my car OPEN my car door and say in Spanish “ i am leaving at 10:00pm and if your clothes aren’t done I’m throwing them away. Worst customer service ever. When I arrived to my machine it had 4 minutes left, I didn’t understand why she was rushing me if my MACHINE HAS NOT STOPPED YET. This is the 10th time I been disrespected by her I have no idea why i keep washing my clothes there but i can assure you today will be my last. I left the laundry Matt with my clothes Still soaking wet & unfolded because her and her harassing boyfriend were staring at me rushing me to exit there for they can leave on the DOT that there business clothes. I run a business and I would never treat my customers like this. I was disrespected and called various of curse words. I was VERY UNSATISFIED. If I had power over what goes on in this neighborhood that lady would be FIRED. They could do so much better with business if it wasn’t for her. I truly hope they gain better customer service, I hope the mayor shuts this busines down, literally a waste of money time energy and space. Rudest customer service I ever experienced.

I love free dryers, I almost always go in the morning and I am comfortable with the service, I feel comfortable washing my clothes at a good price. They should make coffee again in the mornings!

Staff is very very nice the lady Anna is very very helpful and will do anything for you when it comes to clothes amazing washing machines prices are just right and top of the line vending machine items.

Its a great to go and do your laundry and out within a hour depending on the day I go I get two of the big washer and get my free dryer it might take me time to get everything dry but if s slow day I take as much of the dryer I can take and get the clothes dry

The staff doesnt speak English at all .very hard to communicate. Also very rude .they ruined my cloth, and its useless if you try to talk to them...the place is dirty, people leave garbage in top of the washers..finally, at least half of the washers and dryers dont work, see pics.

So rude Ill admit I came a little late but why let me wash if ur going to rush me to dry and get out so the attended can get off early SMH.. some people just dont know good customer service these day.

I live across the street and I went their my cloths came out the same way the Machines Are terrible and the dryers didn’t dry my cloths enough they were still wet I went never go there again

In the ten years that I have lived in Elizabeth, I have only washed here a maximum of 3 times ... the space is very small and the machines are always occupied due to the short limitation of units.

Very bad pople go inside without face masck people enter without a mask and the woman who works there sees them and does not say anything to them one feels unsafe they park in front of the door and leave the cars there and she does not tell them to move them when Finish and leave their clothes unbelievable how people do what they want in there

In this place at the time of this virus, there are people entering that place without masks and that is not that it is very good because it makes us take care of ourselves with masks and the others not without knowing if they are infected. So that doesnt seem very good to me that they let those people without masks enter the laundry.

It is a very cozy place to wash and the new washing and drying machines make the work more comfortable. There is also a good attention to the attention of the attention staff, especially the morning service with Mrs. Yeny k is very attentive and nice in your services .😁👌

Three years ago I went to this laundry and it should be said that the quality of the washing machines such as the dryers have changed them give an optimal service by the very good and respectful staff although it highlighted the attention of a lady especially always very Attentive very helpful friendly keeps the place very clean during the week so I prefer to wash on Sundays Mrs. Jenny congratulations that you have a nice deal with the public I hope the bosses appreciate it THANK YOU
