My first time trying out this laundromat. Guess the bigger the laundromat the more crowded it is 🤷 some were nice while others rude. Not as clean as other local ones. Quite a few out-of-order. Found a dryer that the door wouldnt stay closed - thankfully someone told me. One of the 2 dryers I used, couldnt put the setting on medium. So either dry on low and keep putting money in, or risk drying on high and hope my clothes wont shrink or damage. Think next time Ill try going early in the morning.

The manager Maria is very diligent and attentive unlike most managers I’ve met. She genuinely cares about helping customers in this laundromat.

That Angely girl is so rude. She talked down condescendingly to my younger brother and insulted him in front of everyone. She made him cry and now he doesn’t want to come to the laundromat anymore. I feel like the staff should remove her from there seriously.

Ive been going to this laundry place for a while now and never had any problems and has friendly employees. It can get a little packed sometimes, but Ive still always been a to find enough machines for me to use.

Worst experience ever i had to pay $8 dollars for laundry detergent when i had to wash 2 small loads and couldnt buy small detergents from vending machine staff is not friendly no help what soever i wont be coming back

Love the new guy, Andres. Very courteous. CLOTHES always nicely folded and clean. I use drop off and so far no complaints. Arisledys keep up the good work. Also the other older lady, I forget her name. Both Always very polite. Imperative for customer service.

I use to use this laundromat because is big and clean compared with others in the area. But today was the fourth time in the last 3 months I couldnt find one of my clothes. Im pretty sure there are bad guys stealing clothes in this place specially when it is very crowded. Sadly I wont return to this place. I told the lady in charge but I felt she wasnt interested in my case.

Very good clean place

The place is clean, the maintenance guy is courteous he even apologized for her... The one factor that brings this place down is the short chubby light skinned Hispanic girl that was working there September 21st in the afternoon, me and another customer were waiting at the counter and asking for assistance and no one seemed to be at the counter. When I finally saw the glimpse of someones shoulder that leaned back because she was either watching tv or on her cell phone I yelled you on the seat, can you attend us... She slowly got up, walked to the counter as a zombie and attended us like if she was terribly bored with her job and not wanting to be there. She treated the customer in front of me with disrespect and with an attitude. She didnt dare give me an attitude but she was giving a really bad vibe out which made the environment disgusting. People like her shouldnt be at work or have a job, her laziness took up 10 minutes of my time as well as the other customer that was in front, she also treated a lady that wanted to use the bathroom in the laundromat poorly. She should probably quit her job if shes not happy with it or at least simulate some type of customer service skill if she cant quit cause she needs the money... instead of rubbing her bad attitude on everyone else that comes to this location, that might be already stressed that they need to wash their clothes in this laundromat as it is. Not to mention, the time I spent writing this lousy review, lol. I just wish I could fire her cause I was told that she is always in a bad mood by other people that I knew, that told me they came here, when they asked me where do I go to wash my clothes, and right away they ask me if I ran into a sour puss that works there yet...very bad customer service skills, too bad I didnt grab her name but I put exactly when she worked. So now you know if there is no one at the counter just yell to the sour puss sitting down beyond visibility in the next room either watching t.v. or on her cell.

The door Cleary says they close at 1am and it was 11:50 and the Hispanic guy working that day was already kicking me and my wife out saying he close at 12.i will never be comming here again..horrible experience

Be very careful with this place. I took my clothes here and they gave me all my daughters little towels soiled with chocolate milk, all my white clothes stained. The clothes dont even smell clean, it looks like they hadnt been washed with detergent, they just poured water on it and dried it. When I went to complain, the lady told me that this happened, so it is normal for people to complain that the clothes are returned in those conditions. I do not understand how the person in charge of washing and folding the clothes, is able to return them like this, all dirty. Honestly very bad service and they dont even offer a solution after all this, there is no manager or someone to resolve the situation with, nothing. I liked this laundry very much, but I wont come back, the customer service is horrible, this morning I was washing and the machine I was using started to sound like it had stones, the employee turned off the machine, which is understandable and is part From his work, I wonder if he brought stones or what was he wearing in those clothes? The sign on the door says they close at 1:00 am ... and the website says the same thing ... but the young man who was doing the cleaning said at 11pm ...
