Scam - Be aware. They let your package been vandalized and then they state that they are not responsible for any internal lost unless the whole package is missed. It seems to be their regular business practice. Run away from them.

The money order service is good for the exchange rate, but the attention of the lady on weekends is very bad, she is zero friendly, very bad-tempered and bad attitude, they should recover and worry about good customer treatment
Today as I set out to write this riview (Rating), I was surprised to see other peoples negative comments, from what I could see are comments from over a year ago. I have been shipping from 725 Bayway Ave. Elizabeth, NJ for about 10 months and so far the service has been excellent! I have never lost anything, on the contrary the shipments have arrived before the scheduled time and arrive intact. The people who work in this town are supremely kind and patient. They wrap the boxes generously; tape and plastic.I really hope that the service I have enjoyed is part of the change due to the previous negative comments and that I never have to identify with them, I would be very sorry because I am very happy with the BOXExpress service in the town of Elizabeth, NJ and my family is equally pleased with them in Colombia.
They are effective in their services, but I have a certain displeasure because they do not inform or warn about certain limits on remittances, which can cause unnecessary legal complications, which could well have been avoided if they improved the information in said processes.
