The below reflects my experience with an international move from the UK to the US.Absolutely dreadful experience. I did not choose to use SCL, rather they were the destination agent selected by the company in the UK I signed a contract with. They were criminally slow to update me or respond to emails, and I did not receive my goods for 5 months after my move (when I was originally quoted 8-12 weeks).Further to this, each person you deal with has no sense or urgency or understanding of customer service. They are clearly just punching the clock and do not care an ounce about their customers. Also, a total lack of any problem solving ability. They had my email address wrong by 1 letter... that letter being the first letter of my first name. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to put two and two together and make the adjustment.They also have hidden fees. They charged me a $350 fee for a shuttle service without telling me ahead of time. To be fair, theres fine print in the contract about this, but wouldnt it be nice to deal with honest people who have integrity, instead of corporate paper pushers who with no ability to empathize or communicate?Avoid at ALL costs.
A cut above other companies in the market. Highly professional staff, easy-to-use website and online portal, excellent communication through the whole process. Shipping my car from Florida to Dubai was seamless and I cant recommend Schumacher Cargo Logistics enough. Great job.

It all worked seamlessly. From Oslo to Cleveland an entire living room set and a 10 boxes full of five generations of family memorabilia, china and crystal were delivered without a scratch. Once the shipment arrived stateside Schumacher stayed in constant communication. They even assisted me in answering the questions I had on the lingo on the forms needed to clear customs. Even when I got a bit frustrated their customer service support personnel stayed focused and shall we say, delivered the goods.The 18 wheeler driver on the final leg from NJ to Cleveland stayed in contact with me via email and then by text. Nothing rattled as they unloaded my items and grateful, I gifted them a pizza and baked them some cupcakes to take with for their next destination. As I unpacked I marvelled at how it was that what I had packed in August in Oslo, Norway had made its its way across the Atlantic and was still intact in November when I opened the boxes. I do have to give credit to the Norwegian moving company and my husbands excellent packing skills but the glory goes to Schumacher Cargo for making sure it got to me in one piece.
Schumacher Cargo has a lovely customer service experience, until you pay for the services - upon which communicated timelines were a misunderstanding and then the new (twice as long) timelines are not met either. Ive been waiting for my car to be shipped to Europe for 11 weeks and counting, with no shipment even being scheduled. All along which Im paying for a rental car. It was a mistake buying into Schumacher Cargos deceptively polished and trustworthy appearance... Would not recommend.
STAY FAR FAR AWAY!I wish I could give this place -10 stars. 1 star is giving them way too much credit. I hired a company from the UK to move to the US( Pickfords International ) and got my boxes 12 weeks later, by boat, and with no communication once cleared customs. I had to call twice to get a hold of someone weeks after it cleared customs and they finally showed up with my stuff a week later with very little communication.Unfortunately when it showed up, 3 of the 5 boxes are completely water damaged and most of my stuff was ruined within it. They looked like they had been sitting in water for a while and everything inside was soaked. This is all irreplaceable stuff, and I unfortunately I opted out of insurance. I dont want money for the stuff to be replaced, because it cant be and its all collector stuff or personal stuff that cant be bought again, but being made to pay for this service is insulting. The communication with them afterwards is appalling and rude and I now have 3 boxes of ruined sentimental and personal things that I had to pay them to ship to me.By far the worst company Ive ever had to deal with. Again, I wish I could give them negative stars.Also - I highly recommend checking other review sites for reviews as well because a lot of these are obviously fake as well as the overall rating. You will see pictures similar to mine and more accurate reviews on the other sites.
SFO to SYD International relocations during pandemic era (Nov2020). Mark Neville explained the entire process over multiple phone calls and detailed explanatory emails. We knew what we were getting into from day 1. Had alternate quotes as well which were higher (did not bother to pitch one against the other, really did not have the time to get into that). Movers and packers came on Day 1&2 and container (40ft) was loaded on day2. Excellent post pickup customer service by Kimberly Ortiz for promptly answering each and every query. Also provided cargo ship real-time tracking via OCL. Smooth delivery at destination. I cant really find any fault despite various low-starred recent reviews. Not sure why. Thank you SCL, we are back home and all set.
Moving from Brisbane, Australia to Phoenix, Arizona USA, started off with Pickfords in Brisbane, but once portside in Long Beach, CA, Schumacher Cargo took over. I wasnt sure what to expect. We did purchase insurance. I felt like if we didnt, they might be less careful with our stuff. I didnt need it thought. The staff portside was very helpful. Willie organized my delivery. He took the time to listen to my schedule limitations and worked with me. Victor and his crew arrived smiling and were very kind, focused and we had a great time unloading my stuff. I asked them to sort it a certain way for my convenience and they were happy to spend the extra time to do it that way. I would definately use them again.
NOT TO BE TRUSTED IN REGARDS TO PACKING. Their packing was tremendously inefficient, they shipped internationally and charged us for 42 cu.ft. of empty space (approx. $500). Please see attached the image of us unpacking the inexpensive IKEA furniture that they estimated it could not be disassembled in order to protect the piece.

I have been misled about the scope of the services provided for the quoted price. Ended up having to cancel the shipment and being presented a $525 cancellation fee. Thats what I call a RIP-OFF. If youre an inexperienced shipper look elsewhere.

We had an amazing experience with this company - We moved from NY to Germany in June. We have moved across the world many times before, but it was by far the best and least stressful move we have ever experienced. When we were preparing our move, we got quotes from 5 companies and Schumacher wasnt the cheapest but we decided to go with them, after checking all of the companies on google map and found some companies didnt even seem to have their warehouse or even the office where the address was registered on their website... Steve Blades, the sales person who oversaw our move was amazing. He was always very responsive and very accommodating. We wanted to save money by packing by ourselves, so we gave him our budget and asked how much Cubic sq ft of stuff we could ship including the insurance and etc, We also asked if they could deliver the boxes and packing materials for that cubic sqft, and Steve arranged this straight away so we can pack all our stuff in advance. The crew who delivered the packing boxes were very pleasant and professional. The pick up crew was very professional and amazing too. We asked for a couple of oversized items which wouldnt fit in the boxes to be packed professionally to be fit for shipping. Everything went smoothly and our shipping (all 58 boxes) arrived safely and timely, nothing was missing or broken. Their online tracking system was very helpful too. We highly recommend this company!!
We recently had an assortment of furniture, artwork, suitcases and boxes shipped from San Francisco to northern Thailand.The guys who picked up our items were on time, fast and flexible.They had enough extra packing materiel to handle last minute changes.Our delivery movers in Thailand were also great.Like the crew who picked up our shipment from San Francisco, they were both very professional and helpful.Apparently, the only missing item (somehow) was a small chair strut. Which is pretty minor.One small piece of glass was broken -- That was more my fault for how it was packed.Since this was my first international move, I had a lot of questions. The office staff were very helpful.We’re very happy — thank you so much.All in all things worked out very well. Id highly recommend the service.
We moved from Germany to the US. Overall professional communication throughout the entire shipment once it arrived in the US. They stored my stuff for a few months, which wasnt cheap. Delivery experience wasnt as good, because they subcontracted it to a local mover (who subcontracted again) and only gave this company 2 lines of instructions, which the movers didnt even read. They didnt know they had to assemble the furniture and didnt bring any tools. The next day another shipment arrived, this time with 2 guys directly from SCL. They were great and very professional compared to the subcontracted outfit. If you use SCL, make sure they use their own staff to perform your pickup or delivery.
Moving from California to Europe with a shipping container full of possessions, Schumacher did an excellent job overall. Fair price, an incredible team out of Santa Rosa who did our packing, good communication during transit, and timely delivery. The only issue was the unloading team in France, who were barely competent, especially with a crated grand piano and large furniture items. They arrived with no tools – not even ramps or hand trucks.But the car that we shipped separately was a deception. The Schumacher rep never informed us that the quoted price did not include port and unloading charges in France, which added 50% onto the fee. Nor that our car would sit in port in California for two months before being shipped. Then their France rep referred us to a company who tried to charge us €5000 to naturalize the vehicle.So four stars for their international moving service, but think twice before using their international vehicle transport service.
We moved from the UK to the USA just over a year ago and used Schumacher Cargo Logistics to ship our personal items. The move was really quite seamless thanks to Schumacher, they did a great job. Quote was accurate and reasonable. They got back to me in a timely manner with any questions or concerns I had. The pick up of goods was on time and they kept me informed of the delivery.
So happy with Schumacher Cargo Logistics who have just delivered 21 boxes/containers from London to Denver to assist me with my move. The staff at Schumacher kept me updated throughout the process in a timely manner, informing me how the delivery was progressing, estimated arrival dates in LA, Customs checks and once in LA, the time frame for delivering to Colorado. They were very flexible with the delivery dates to my new home address, so as to fit in with my needs and all 21 items were delivered without so much as a scratch. I would not hesitate to use Schumacher for any future logistical needs. An absolute pleasure to deal with & a fantastic price to go with the service.
Moving from Europe to the US is a big deal with a lot of parameters completely out of your control. Schumacher Cargo Logistics organization is very well prepared to assist you, keeping you updated in real time of where your belongings are and an estimation of how much time it will take to get to the next step.Cherry on the cake, the delivery! Finally your belongings are back and the staff are extremely professional and cautious in offloading your stuff and helping you with mounting your furniture.Really an outstanding service.
My parents moved from the UK to Virginia. Our UK-based mover contracted with Schumacher to retrieve the shipment from customs, warehouse it, transport and move everything into their home. Clearing customs did take a while. In all, the shipment took two months from door to door. But Mike at Schumacher was very accessible, professional, courteous, and flexible. We were unable to accept the first available delivery date, and he was able to get it to us several states away just a few days later. The team of 3 who did the unloading and moving in was terrific. Very efficient, courteous, pleasant, helpful.
I was well informed of the progress of my irreplaceable craftsman made furniture and family items. There were no hitches on-route. I was given a window for delivery and it arrived the first day of the three day window! Ganz moving called me locally and bought it all into my house, which I was very happy with. I have now something else that I want Schumacher Logistics to move from England to Colorado. Well done everyone!
Dont know where to start withbthis rip off odf a company.Paid to have motorbike shipped from N.Y. to Auckland 1300 usd dollars later.. then agreed that we would drop off motorbike to newark and pick it up from auckland port of entry.Was then advised had to pay 500 usd to clear it which i agreed was not made aware of any additional charges when talking to agent.Then advised pickup in tauranga which i the00n arranged another shop to pick up the bike in tauranga to be told it had to ship to Auckland depot at another 1,500 dollars.World biggest scam artistsMake sure you ask them about the extras what a waste of time and it took 7 months being promised 3.

Had a great experience with SCL. My husband and I had 11 boxes moved from Australia to the US. They were responsive and helpful and when the movers brought our stuff to our new place they were very friendly. All of our stuff arrived intact and in good shape. Including 2 PCs! We did get the highest level of insurance just in case and you should definitely do the same!
A team from Schumacher Cargo just delivered a shipment of my personal effects from England. They did a great job. They were here at 8 o’clock on the dot, exactly as planned by Schumacher’s great office staff. The three guys were courteous and quick and had everything unloaded and in the house in 10 minutes. I would certainly use this firm again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
I had a really good experience with Schumacher, from beginning to end. I ship my boxes from London to my doorstep in Philadelphia without a hitch. Their service was responsive, punctual and on time. Cant ask for anything more. I highly recommend their service and would use them again if a need arises.
Our boxes and suitcases arrived from London to New York in PERFECT condition. However, they arrived one month later than we thought, and communication was not great throughout. That being said, for the price and the quality of the shippers/handlers (the fact that all of our goods were there/ in perfect condition), I would recommend using.
Used as a courier from Los Angeles to Phoenix and all arranged by the company in UK. A shipment of furniture and personal effects all arrived in good condition. Nothing broken. Communication from its arrival in Los Angeles through clearing customs, pick up at dock and transportation to my home in Arizona. Very impressed...got the job done! Thank you.

Moving from New Zealand back to the USA I had my doubts whether to ship anything that distance or not. I decided to ship the things I loved the most and wanted to remain in my life hoping it would all get to me in good condition. Well, not only did it arrive safely but was basically untouched by anyone besides the delivery people and looked just as I had sent if off on the other end. Pretty amazing considering the transfers and the miles it had to travel. I called this company to ship my car to costa Rica 4 wks in advance . I told them that I had a limited time to ship my car to CR. I dealt w a guy by name of Ron. They Kept requesting the same info every day even though they had them all along. They made me to miss cargo the cargo ship and my car stayed in my parking lot . They were paid in advance, And i missed my opportunity to send my car to CR. What a role a coster ride. Do NoT DEAL w THESE PEOPLe . There is no discipline, no work ethic in this company. I was planning to use they for shipping my personal belongings To Costa Rica in Feb, but no way in hell I would trust them.

I was having an issue moving some cargo internationally and SCL was contracted to do the work. Once they took over, things moved pretty smoothly and quickly.I will say the thing that stood out was the help the delivery guy gave me. I think I was one of his last deliveries and despite having what appeared to be a long day and despite that obvious detail he helped me upload the palette from the front foor to just inside my home.This isnt normally a thing. They just have to drop the palette off at the front door, but since I had two broken fingers taped up, he was kind enough to help out. These smaller things go a long way.You for sure appreciate the delivery, the careful handling of your goods, and professionalism but extending services past their obligation is so nice.The palette that was packed did have some crunched in boxes but nothing inside was damaged. For all I know this could have been the result of the initial handler. In the end, despite having some fragile goods, all was well.
I shipped a car to Finland from the Elizabeth New Jersey location after dealing with Christian Mager from the Los Angeles office. I asked for an all in quote including port and customs work on both sides of the transaction. Christian then sold me a bill of goods and kept piling on costs once he had my car and my money.The original one month timeline turned into four. The cost doubled. There was no customs clearance in Finland and I spent hours and hours driving back and forth to the customs office when Schumacher sent me the incorrect paperwork. Christian was unresponsive, unhelpful, and the only solution he ever presented involved me paying even more money.Run away from this company. They are at best incompetent, and at worst, lying cheats. I will never deal with this company again and you shouldnt either.
Recently were the company my removals company used Stateside to deliver out property to its final destination.They kept in touch with me right through the process from dock arrival, through the customs process to delivery time. The delivered on time and were friendly and efficient. A great experience for what is a worrying process to go through.
Id heard horror stories about moving from USA to EU, but my interactions with this company ended up being flawless. Goods were efficiently packed, all deadlines were adhered to, price was reasonable. Im guessing for other people the service probably varies a bit based on what subcontractors are used, but I had no issues. I very much appreciated the lack of that slimey salesmenness where attempts are made to extract extra money out of you. These guys quoted me upfront house-to-house and billed me exactly as quoted, which I very much appreciated.
Unfortunately, we attempted to use Schumacher but our experience with our sales person was so off-putting that we pulled out. He was aggressive, impatient and combative whenever we asked questions. He was not very knowledgeable and would give us inaccurate information. We trusted the surveyor company more than him. I hope this company finds this bad apple before he rots the whole barrel.

Administration staff at both ends were professional and very helpful and their quoted prices were definitely the best. Id say theyre probably the best in their field.

Very professional Shipping company. A bit pricey, but shipment was taken care of from Door to Door (2 Vehicles + Personal Effects) arrived on time +/-3 days which is very reasonable on shipping trans-Atlantic to the Middle East.They were very professional from the start, providing me with all the details and forms required from my side for them to prepare the shipment. Picking up the cars, customer service, communication, providing me with pictures through the shipping until loaded.No hidden fees, all fees that are to be expected has been mentioned earlier in case something happens or in case the customs ask for your shipment specifically. Other companies use the customs excuse to over charge the client or to make up for the delays.Wish you the best with your business, and for a customer that always ships from the US I am impressed and hopefully this company will be my first choice for the next coming shipments

Processed through customs and delivery done in a timely manner. The delivery of goods into my property was done efficiently and with care. Completely satisfied.
Schumacher was the agent on the US end of our shipment from UK to Boston. They kept me informed and the delivery was right on schedule (to within 5 minutes in fact!!) - the delivery crew were efficient and everything was in good shape on receipt.

We shipped household goods back to California from London, UK and SCL was contracted by the London removals company to collect from customs and deliver on this end. Good communication from SCL with updates about delays to the ships arrival into port and coordinating the delivery to us. The team that delivered was great - fast, friendly and took good care of everything as they hauled it in.

This company has highly unprofessional and the workers hired to off load and unpack our items were reckless. So many items broken, so many boxes put out to the trash with some items still inside and after the first hours the workers kept asking us to finished the work on our own (even though we had paid for the unpacking service). Be careful.

This is the second time Ive used Schumacher and Ron Turnage. I am very pleased with their services and would definitely use them again. Ive purchased two cars in Europe with only photos so its always a bit concerning about transfer of funds and title, condition of the car, etc. and Schumachers people do a great job.

Adriana was polite, professional and very helpful in all her dealings with me, and delivered as promised. Gil delivered the cargo to my house and I could have not been happier with his service. I would absolutely recommend the team of Schumacher Cargo Logistics.

SCL was contracted by my London shipping company, Pickfords International, to store and deliver my household goods once they arrived in California. Good communication from SCL with automated updates on the shipment arrival, and customer support when I needed to arrange storage due to unexpected delays with my relocation. The team that delivered was great - arrived on time, friendly and polite, and packed everything carefully in my storage unit exactly how I requested. Good experience overall.
These guys managed my move from Sydney to LA. Their quote was competitive, but the most thorough. At both ends, the removalists/movers were quick and professional. The shipping portion takes a bit, so prepare to be patient. My items were in storage for a while and the rates were reasonable. Scheduling delivery was one day to the next. No damage to any of my items. I would recommend.
Schumacher provided seamless liaison with the UK company to get my goods to the US. They kept in contact, alerting me to key actions along the way. I always felt confident I was in good hands. Excellent experience!
We moved 11 boxes with furniture and household goods from Malaga, Spain to San Carlos, California. Schumachers European partner in Malaga came to the apartment and packed all of the items we were moving. It was then sent by boat to Los Angeles where Schumacher Cargo Logistics had it cleared through customs and then delivered to our home in San Carlos where they unpacked everything and assembled the furniture. Everything arrived in the same condition as it was when picked up. It was a first-class door-to-door service at a reasonable price.

I chose Schumacher, who I found via a Google search, to transport a 1959 Land Rover from the depths of England to my address in Illinois, US. I did a little research; their prices seemed reasonable. I got excellent personal service from the quote and sales team, who were very flexible about what I needed/wanted. I opted for RORO (Roll on, Roll off) service rather than the more secure and expensive containerization.Its worth noting that a quote will be for what you ask for. I asked for door-to-door and got it. One price, quoted up front, all fees covered. If you ask for, say, just the shipping and no port handling, thats what youll get.The process happened on the dates planned; pick up from my seller in England, loading on the ship, transit to Baltimore, managing all the import and customs paperwork, shipment to Illinois.Its an old vehicle, and the first transporter that Schumacher arranged could not start the vehicle. They promptly arranged another, with a winch, to load my vehicle and get it to me.Lastly, when I was titling the vehicle in Illinois I found out, at the government facility, that they needed a form 7501. I called Schumacher, who promptly emailed it to me AND faxed it direct to the facility within a matter of minutes. I couldnt ask for more.I dont plan to ship any more Land Rovers for a while but, if I do, Schumacher will be my choice.

I moved from NYC to Paris. Packing was very efficient in NYC. Communication with the company was great. Shipping was a bit longer than expected but very good service in general. Prices are rather competitive.
This company does an excellent job right until delivery. It made me think that there are still decent people living in the world who do a good job for a fair price.
Just want to share my experience using Schumacher. First of all, the positive: They were really responsive during the quotation process, until we had signed the deal. I should also emphasize that our car arrived in Germany without any damages.Now the downside:1) The final cost was substantially higher than the initial quote.2) The whole process took ages longer than promised. Just to enumerate a few particular highlights: (1) a month after I had submitted all requested documents, I received an email requesting additional documents. Reason given was unexpected change in rules, which seemed quite bizarre given they claimed to be experts in international shipments. (2) Yet another couple of weeks later, the same document was requested again. (3) I hardly received any updates on when my car would eventually be shipped to Germany. Instead, piecemeal I found out that it had been sitting at Schumachers site in Newark for more than 2 months before eventual shipment. In consequence: the entire process took almost 3 months - instead of the promised few weeks.Conclusion: It became very obvious that their operations were not really on top of things.3) Although, we had chosen Schumacher as our door-to door shipper, all the coordination work with their German subcontractor (customs handling, shipping from Bremen to Munich, yet even simple information exchange between Schumacher and the subcontractor) fell back onto us.4) As you can guess, it proved extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone - once the deal had been signed.I am still giving 2 stars, as opposed to 1, since at least our car made it.
I contacted Schumacher by chance, regarding moving certain things from my Mothers estate over to my home in Switzerland. I had the good fortune to reach Mr Blades right off. Not only did I receive excellent information, I was shown empathy and patience - it was quite a process, and assistance and a speedy response to every question I had. When it finally came to a pick up at our storage area for the transatlantic transport, the packers could not have been more pleasant. After arrival in Hamburg, where again we were communicated to in a helpful, considerate manner, our items arrived safe and sound in their new home in Switzerland. All in all, I wish I had more things to transport, so nice was this experience. Working in the travel industry, I recognize SERVICE when I receive it, and this company has done a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

Stay away from Schumacher Cargo. Ive never felt so deceived in my entire life.I just moved back home and had to ship my car from California to Spain. I was given a quote for $1520 and paid in full when I dropped off my car with Schumacher Cargo. After TWO MONTHS of waiting for it to sail, they let me know that the container was halted by US Customs and want me to pay an EXTRA CHARGE of $743 or else they wont release my car.I was NEVER told about US Customs inspections and had I known they were so expensive, I would have never shipped my car.I stressed the need of going with the cheaper shipping method to my sales rep Kevin Lucarelli since I was on a very tight budget, and he never warned me about any such possible fees. Im not shipping a Ferrari, its actually a $13K car for which Ill have to pay total fees close to $3000.Communication has been very difficult. Many of my emails were ignored and had to resend times and times over. If I asked 4 questions, I got 1 answeredWorst part is that out of all the shipping companies I talked to, they seemed to be the most trustful.I feel completely scammed and ignored by Schumacher Cargo.Here are the hidden fees Ive come across:- $75 for processing insurance documents- $743 for customs exams (their fault, since they are the ones preparing the shipment and did something wrong that caused the container to get flagged for inspection)- 4% of any invoice for paying with a credit card (ridiculous fees for a company operating internationally in 2018)All these should be part of their business costs, and not something that honest customers who are going through the stressful process of moving overseas had to deal with.I regret hiring Schumacher Cargo and now I can only hope Ill see my car again.
The drivers and all servicing were fantastic and nothing broken after 4 months which is incredible. Just goes to show that their movers did a great job packing everything. Were very happy to leave positive feedback!

I was so happy to receive my collector Plymouth Prowler which i purchased from USA online, and was so happy that the team from Schumacher did all the necessary to clear the US custom documents and have the export documents completed to ship my new Car in a container from USA all the way to Bahrain.The communication with them was very professional, and i will be more than happy to work with them again when i find another interesting car to ship to Bahrain.

My experience with Schumacher was very unfortunate.I dropped off my motorcycle to be shipped to Israel. They asked for documentation which I provided.Then, they did nothing. Literally nothing. When I inquired about six weeks later as to why my bike hadnt shipped they said I needed an import permit. Firstly, I didnt. Secondly, they never asked for such a thing. I asked for some sort of compensation. There was none. The bike only shipped after sitting in their warehouse for two months.The motorcycle did arrive safely. The battery was dead and there was no fuel for my to drive it away with, but who knows if this is normal.In Israel, their shipping agent charged $450 dollars to unload the bike and get some paperwork. The bike cost $1000 to ship so this was almost a 50% increase.They hardly assisted me with any of the bureaucratic nightmare that ensued. I also had to pay an additional $200 dollars for storing the bike until customs would release it. Not to mention the costs of the multiple trips I had to make to the port.I feel as if their shipping agent could have told me which paperwork I would need. I did pay them almost $450 dollars.When I contacted Shumacher to complain about my experience they ignored me.Stay far away.

I moved furniture from France to the USA. Communication with Schumacher was clear, courteous and to the point. My furniture was held up for three weeks because it was picked by Customs for an inspection, and I received clear notification when this was over and shipping from NYC to Michigan was very fast after that.
I have used this company twice. First to ship a minivan from the US to Finland. The second time I shipped household goods and a car from the US to Sweden. In both cases the agent I worked with was extremely helpful, patient, professional, and went out of his way to find me the best prices. All shipments arrived on time and in good order.

It is very simple advice. Try your best to avoid shipping your stuff with this company. My story was that I shipped my car from USA to Saudi Arabia with them and I paid the full amount for shipping. However, once the car reached the port in Saudi, their agency in Saudi charged me extra money. Their agency said this charge ($440) nominated by the shipper Schumacher. When I talked with the Schumacher, they said that this charge for Taxes, Duties, Custom Inspections, Destination Customs Clearance, port charges, storage, unloading or delivery services. However, I paid for all for these for another $600. Hence the $440 was simply the money goes for Schumacher and his agony overseas. I sent cars with different shippers from different states to Saudi Arabia. However, this is the first time I face such as an issue. So my advice to you stay away from them.
