Easy pick up. 2 Thumbs Up

I dont normally write reviews, but this was pretty bad. They first tried to deliver after the scheduled hours that they themselves agreed to, so they had to take it back. Then they charged us for that. Fine. We rescheduled and they failed to deliver it. Something about it not being put into the system fast enough on their end. Then we rescheduled again and it didnt come...again. They claim there was construction on all streets leading to the site, which is not true. We work there and there was no construction in sight. We will see if the shipment ever makes it or not. The people we have been speaking with at this Elizabeth freight site, dont seem to be running things very well, which is a shame because FedEx typically has pretty high standards.
