I really hated this place first off it’s a very small yard,with container trailers everywhere.they wrote the xpo sign on the door in marker so you can really see it,then my appointment was at 7am no one showed up until 9 πŸ‘ŽπŸ½

If i could rate this 0 stars i would. I currently work for xpo logistics and let me tell you the communication is terrible. The warehouse workers load things incorrectly, lie and say they put a shipment on a truck, and not working or organizing the warehouse instead they smoke outside and talk about how bad this job is. The manager Teresa is terrible, she does not know anything about the job she has to do other than billing. She is so rude to customers when they have a complaint which is her fault for not keeping her drivers in check or doing anything other than being on her phone for meetings where they talk about the same problems and nothing is being done. Then you have warehouse managers that i email from time to time for a dock check asap, they rarely respond. I have to ask 3 or 4 times just for them to say we dont have something. Then XPO sends emails to customers saying their shipment is ready but the person who schedules the appointments is not even aware of those emails so they get yelled at every day for not having an explanation. When customers call in to say they want to speak to a manager they never want to talk to Teresa because they already know she is so mean and disrespectful. I will be leaving this job asap.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Beware if you buy in Costco because they use these guys! Its not the delivery guys fault. Its the company itself. Total overhaul is needed in there customer service dept and straight at the top as well. Poorly run business. I was expecting a delivery which was rescheduled 3 times and each time they would tell me that it was never scheduled im their system. Totally unacceptable.

Company & management are a joke. They do not have enough drivers to accommodate all there deliveries/pickups so dont hold your breath on guarantees. Margret who was recently new to the location gave a manager position to a Teresa, who knows nothing other than billing..honestly how do you have a manager asking employees for help on doing her job..lol. they will also give you a new position but no title or pay i.e (forklift operator who is doing inventory control position still gets paid as forklift operator and work title as forklift operator).With there lack of real leadership, in order to save some $ after they lose customers are to fire/layoff hard working employees and hire temp-workers.

Setup a time on Amazon to schedule a drop off for a TV a week in advance. I️ get a call 3 hours early and while I️ was at work asking if I️ was ready to receive my item. I️ said no and the driver said that the company would call to reschedule my drop off the next day. I️ called the company as they never called and was reassured by XPO customer service that my item was still out for delivery. Called the next morning to reschedule for a time tonight but XPO does not provide β€œsame day shipping” so now it is coming 4 days later at a time TBD due to a β€œscheduling glitch” in their system.They broke their own scheduling system due to a convenience on their end to try to drop my item off early resulting in a 4 day wait. Terrible service. How is it that companies like this stay in business? Amazon should rethink their courier contracts.Update: After 10 additional calls and 4 times rescheduling, I finally received my package. This came after I scheduled on Wednesday for a Friday drop-off that didnt come. I did not get a call from either the driver or distribution center that it wouldnt be arriving. Come to find out, the customer service representatives that Ive previously spoken to did not fill out the paperwork correctly and never actually rescheduled any additional drop-off times.

There are many things that Amazon, Fedex or UPS cant deliver ... like a 15x15 foot roll of commercial artificial turf weighting 150 lbs. So I designated XPO Last Mile in Elizabeth as my Ship-to address. After I received confirmation from the shipping company that my shipment was delivered, I went to Elizabeth to pick it up. Even before I went in the door Rashonda, who was outside on her lunch break, asked if I was there for a pick-up. She said she would help me as soon as she finished her break and she did. After confirming my identity and the location of my shipment, she sent me around to dock 17 for loading. Jason, the supervisor, and Steve, the forklift driver, could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Within a few minutes they loaded my 15 foot carpet roll onto my truck; I tied it down and was off. Who knew it could be that easy and pleasant ... especially after reading all the not-so-pleasant reviews. Id use XPO again in a heartbeat. Thank you XPO.

There should be a NO STAR OPTION or a RED STAR option to signify really bad review. No company should join in a contract with XPO logistic as they never deliver good as scheduled. They require you to schedule your delivery only to not seem to be organized enough to follow through. Their one manager Lisa seems to always be in meetings so dont expect the return call to you their customer when you have an issue that needs to be addressed. Those meetings must not be productive as nothing seems to be changing. Get more trucks or dont contract with companies when you can complete a delivery. Dont lie to your customers. train your representative how to properly schedule deliveries and speak to your customers. If theres a glitch in your system hire a developer or a computer technician to fix those problems. Get it together read your horrible reviews and do something about it. Thankfully my manufacturer has switched back to Brauns, never again for XPO logictics.

Terrible place for truck drivers who arrived for pick up. This place is trying to ship what they actually dont have. They will hold the driver for a looong time, till the load comes to them. And the deal is, there is no detention fee on this load.So I recommend not to waist your time, and find anything better.

This is an absolutely terrible company. They didnt show up when they said they would. Customer service was unhelpful and run you around like clowns in the circus. Completely incapable of delivering items. I have been rescheduled twice so far and still my item is not delivered. If i could give negative stars i would.

Great personell to work with. I didnt have an empty trailer ready and had to wait till they opened in the evening to get on downloaded. Restaurants with Central American cuisine within walking distance.....nice urban neighborhood.

I was expecting a 52 Milwaukee workbench to be delivered on October 31st. The bench was delivered today without any notice on October 25 and the driver decided that it was a good idea to place this big piece in between our two garages blocking them. Since I was leaving to a meeting. I had to rush to get the piece taken apart add the wheels and pushed inside the garage. This is the second time I had an issue with this company.... Way to go for customer service...

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I took the day off to wait for a delivery being handled by XPO. The driver called and said he couldnt find the address - thats because he was in Manhattan and we live in New Jersey (only 20 mins from where he was, but still). He said there was no way he could deliver them the same day and wed need to reschedule. Annoyed, I call the dispatcher and finally realized that debating with them wasnt going to change anything - they rescheduled the delivery for the next day and we reconfirmed the address in New Jersey. Fast forward 18 hours - I get a call from a driver who again says he cant find my location. Hes in NYC again!! Total incompetence! Again, they cant deliver and need to reschedule. This time, no one calls me back and dispatcher wont answer my calls or return them. Total idiots and terrible customer service.

The WORST delivery company ever!! Save yourself and dont do business with them. I ordered a full kitchen set from Lowes. I paid for delivery and instillation. My refrigerator showed up dented. It is a large size so I tried to be understanding as the banged up my walls. It was only after they put it in did I find the front of the unit was really dented. I called Lowes and they said it left there in perfect condition. They said they would order a new one and to use the one they installed, temporarily. In the prosses of bringing in all my item, the workman broke my large planters infront of my house, knocked over my decorative brick work, dented my hardwood floors, dented and scratched the walls paint and trim and dirtied my brand new front door removing it to get the refrigerator into the house. I spoke with Lowes and was expecting them to make it right. They informed me that they hire an outside company to deliver now and they arent responsible. They gave me the contact number for XPO Logistics and gave me the name of the person who would help me. Melissa Brown promised to take care of all the damage and apologized. After a few months of getting estimates for all the damage, I wish I could have gotten them sooner but unfortunately I travel for work and getting all of them was a challenge, she assured me that I would be reimbursed. I have received NOTHING from XPO. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to speak with Melissa Brown or anyone at XPO. E-mail and voicemail messages go unanswered by them. They dont even answer the phone anymore, right into voicemail then nothing. Ill be filing in small claims court and going back to Lowes. Its sad that no one stands behild their work anymore.

This has got to be the worst delivery service on planet earth. My furniture arrived at their warehouse January 9th. No one called to schedule a delivery, however, after I called, they set up and a delivery on the following Monday. Stayed home, no delivery, no calls.Rescheduled for Wednesday, same thing. No delivery, no calls. Then on Friday, I received one piece, the other magically missing.No explanations. No knowledgeable personnel to communicate with. No supervisors ever advailable.I am so certain that my furniture was sold backdoor. These people are scammers. Why are they used by companies, beats me. One day, companies are going to wake up and see the damage done to them by these rip-offs.My only consolation as they told me is to have my item replaced. Of course, but that means another 6 weeks I have to wait for delivery and once again at the mercy of thieves.

Said they were shipping my merchandise at 3:15 and they delayed the order by another 2-3 hours. Still waiting no one has heard from the driver yet. Ive been disconnected from customer service 4/5 times now because they use crappy VOIP phone systems with cheap service. absolutely unsure as to why LOWES would use a company like this to ship out to their customers.

The worst people I ever saw in my life my appointment was 6 PM going to Michigan in the next day I have to deliver between 6 AM to 9 AM and Thursday I got a stuck Fromm 4:00 PM till next Thursday 2 o’clock just for getting loaded the guy in the warehouse he say it’s your pick up time six that doesn’t mean you have to give the load at six you have to arrive at six I don’t know please correct me if I’m wrong I’ve been doing this business for six years and this is a first time for me to hear that anyway for truck drivers make sure if you’re going to come to XPO you guys have to call and see if the products it’s already in the warehouse because they don’t have the product to ship it to Michigan I don’t know how they post a load and this says the load is ready to go and they don’t have the product shame on you XPO shame on you XPO

DO NOT USE THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!!IKEA partnered with some third party sub service.Information about the delivery is not available, you dont get any updates about who took your stuff, their rating or ethics. When you beg to get a number they share a toll free number that never answers! We had to email them and then get a different number. When we finally got them they hung up twice, then claimed the driver was stuck and couldnt call us to reschedule. We canceled a days work to be lied to and jerked around.IKEAs customer service was even worse!!! They refused to issue a refund until they will get their stuff back from their awful delivery service! So your money will be held up for another 10-14 days!!!!!! WHAT A RIP OFF!!!

After confirming TWICE about the delivery with their automated system, there was a mix up and my mattress was not delivered after my brother took a day off work to sit and wait at my apartment for nothing. WOW im glad im not the only one having a problem with this company!!! I was schedule to get my kids bedroom furniture delivery on 12/8/17, got a call the night before to confirm it. At 11 AM on 12/8 someone called to let me know they has lost my furniture. How can you lose something soo big?!?! I have been calling ever day, because no one calls you back, to see if they found it, finally yesterday after a few more call i got a call saying they found everything. The order is still on hold with no date for delivery and they are telling me the the earliest will be next week! I asked for a manager to call me but per the other reviews I guess Lisa / MaryAnn will never call. In the mean time i have a kid sleeping on the floor since last Thursday night because i gave his old bed away to make space for his new furniture. I will write a little to JC Penny to let them know how good the company is!!!!

We got delivery and installation, and I would be hesitant to recommend it. The company Ikea uses, XPO Last Mile, is terrible. They sent 2 guys with a truck. Both were supposed to be building and installing our cabinets, but they had to take turns sitting with the truck because, surprise, there is no easy street parking in NYC. This is not news.Because management doesnt allow time in the schedule for the possibility that they wont find parking, the workers were extremely rushed and over scheduled. They were already late for their next job when they were only half way through our installation, and the company kept calling them and pressuring them to work faster.They also did not have a ladder! How were they planning to hang cabinets 8 feet up on the wall without one? They never would have been able to reach if we didnt happen to have a ladder for them to use.Being rushed, they cut corners and did a messy job. Besta cabinets hang in suspensions rails. They connect together for added strength and to make sure they line up properly. They would not have used then if we didnt insist on it.They scratched on dark cabinet with a screwdriver. They threw out lots of finishing parts that cover up holes. They also threw it the little bumpers that prevent the cabinet doors from being loud when you shut them. When confronted about the missing parts, they lied and said they had already been thrown down the trash chute in out building. Our super said that they had left with all of their trash o a cart, so at the tone we asked about the missing pieces, we should have been able to go down to their truck to retrieve them.They also damaged a shelf and didnt say anything, even though they had unwrapped it.Overall shoddy and extremely mismanaged. They should lose their contract with Ikea.

On two separate occasions, your delivery teams arrived over 3 hours late, did not call with an eta and showed up not uniformed. During the first delivery they were in such a rush they did not realize they had the wrong item. They took out my old washer and ruined it so we had to go 2 weeks without a washing machine. I will not be buying from Sears as long as XPO is their last mile.
