My daughter was devastated that she had dropped her iPhone 7+ shattering her screen. It looked unrepairable. After calling several repair businesses, I visited iGeek Repair in Elizabeth. In addition to replacing the screen, I was interested in repairing the charging port. The technician helping me determined that the port was fine and it was most likely the charging cord. In 20 min my daughters phone was good as new.I am impressed with the friendliness and integrity of iGeek Repair. I appreciated the honest answers to my questions and the low pressure atmosphere. I have and will continue to recommend their services to my family and friends.

I would highly recommend bringing your laptop here if you are having problems and live in the area. The guy who helped me even helped me set up a few extra things to make my experience using my device at home even better (when he couldve easily let me just walk out the door without the extra adjustments and still made the same amount of money). The prices are fair and also much lower than many other places which will charge you $100 flat just to look at your device. Its good quality work for a fair price so theyve gained a loyal customer.

Incredible service! I got a printed estimate about cost of the reparation. The technician said 40 minutes and he came back in 20 with my laptop repaired and he saved me 30 dollars from the original estimate as the part didnt need to be replaced. I can recommend them, they have very good manners and for a small business they are more professional than many big companies I know. I am returning this next Saturday to buy a phone with them, there are some good offers.

I had a problem with my screen and for a very reasonable $80 my screen was replaced in under an hour. I recently got my iPhone screen repaired and payed a reasonable price for both a case and screen protector. The employee told me once the new screen is cracked that it’s unreplaceable, I payed the price for both a tampered glass “screen protector” and case and was only given the case because hey were out of protective screens. I left empty handed and suffered a minor fall that cracked my screen and I tried going back under the warranty to hopefully explain that I wasn’t given everything I payed for and maybe they can replace the screen again. I went to the store when it opened this morning and I see the store inside looked as though someone was inside and as I’m calling the store # i get told a family emergency was at hand. I feel as though as a customer they should’ve given me the protector then instead of offering it for free after I call to see if the warranty will replace the screen. Decent service although I wouldn’t recommend anyone committing to this store long term. Very unhelpful and stressful.

Absolutely the best customer service! I had called around several places and got pretty pricey quotes especially from Apple. Eddy was able to give me a quote over the phone and was surprisingly about $30 less then the mall and $50 less then the Apple Store. I got there close to 6:00pm and he was nice enough to fix my screen while I waited. He also offers a 6 month warranty on his work and I got a free screen protector. I even decided to take a broken laptop I didnt use anymore to sell it forward because his prices are that reasonable. Absolutely would recommend for all your electronic repair needs!!!

It was just awful to ask for technical assistance for my mobile phone service and the very expensive prices were outrageous.I fixed my iPhone 7. And now it is not working at all. I took it to Apple store And they said you installed a copy screen to my phone. Screen is not original. What is more I lost all my information. I will see you in a court!

I love this place. I was having problems with my ipad I left it with a worker named Jay who was extra polite. He told me come back in 2 hours and he would take care of it. I went back a few hours later and he was a man of his word. Not only did he fix it but no charge YES you heard right no charge he said as it was a small fix no problem just come back to say the least i was totaly shocked and i guranteed him not only would I be back in the future to do business. Very bad repairman and irresponsible The man gave me a Chinese screen and it started to get dark little by little and when I went to complain he made excuses and said to drop it .. that if that were the case the screen would have broken but no, my screen was getting dark
