After 2 other not so great places, I found the right one. Very knowledgeable and they took the time to truly fix the problem. Plus, they were nice! And the price was fair.

Came in for a battery replacement and it ended up frying my phone. Tried to claim a refund but they would not allow it. The technician was very rude and displayed poor customer service. Not very professional as they attack everyone who makes a 1 star review. Replies are very childish and do not help the customer at all. They clearly don’t know anything about phones. Should be ashamed of themselves showing their poor talents to us customers.

If youre going to a shop, anticipating to find a solution for your problem, then this is NOT the place to go. This place is the definition of unprofessionalism. Let alone my in store experience, the fact that this store responds to each and every 1 star review by insulting the customer exemplifies the flaws within this shop.Clearly, every time this shop receives a 1 star review, theyre just going to be accusing you of writing a fake review as some poor guy named Mandeep. He was probably just another guy like us who came here to have his problem resolved but ended up walking away with even more issues in his phone. Yet again, this shop has portrayed just how much it lacks professionalism. What professional comes up with the same excuse for every 1 star review and tries to discredit your honest review?

My iPhone fell in the water and had all my kids photos I never backed up I went to a couple of spots they looked at it for a little bit and turned me away and said there was nothing they could do I went over here they said to leave it and gonna have the motherboard techs take a look at it they told me it was going to take some time and some phones are successful some are not it’s like going under operation. After 2 weeks they got me my phone back up and running but they were very honest with me and told me even though it’s fixed for now it’s good to backup my stuff and transfer it to another device and these problems sometimes do return and didn’t try to sell me a device either they first asked if I have any old device at home that I can transfer to I went home looked didnt find they gave me another phone at a good price but so far so good thanks guys you saved me.

I have gotten my phone fixed 6 times in the last 8 months and paid 5 of those times because of their poor quality screens and today I went cause I woke up and my phone was unresponsive and this time around I had my receipt but they still charged me saying I applied to much pressure which was utter nonsense. If you care about your phone do not come here.Edit: It was a faulty screen like last time once when I got it fixed it was cause of ghost touches and the only reason I came there is cause you are the guys who do it the cheapest, guess I now know why.

I am very disappointed with the poor quality service i was given for the free trial for internet connection so that it is not worth a time to download this app because it doesn’t work out for a free app and i can’t even get a chance to download it again i just deleted it so i just deleted the app and now i download ur internet connection and twitch connection so i just got a call 📞 and he said he’s going on twitch i and he’s going on twitch now he’s going to have the girls get a gift card to get them in the internet

Don’t get your iphone fixed here… I had my screen and battery replaced… the screen now has a purple shade to it and the battery randomly shuts off and is incapable of charging in a single try. Have taken it back 3 times, they said they don’t see anything wrong with it. Basically $200 down the toilet.

I went in this store ALMOST A MONTH AGO May 18-19 to get my phone fix iPhone 11 and I haven’t received my refund back for the phone they couldn’t fix acted like they were the only place that can fix motherboards issue assured I could possibly get it fixed and when it comes down to it they couldn’t fix it after keeping it for a week and giving me so much excuses and now a month later still nothing ! I will be calling better business bureau on angel if I don’t hear anything back about my refund! I met y’all halfway on a decision you still having tried to be not a inch of professional with somebody who spend 645$ in your store! For a phone ppl can barley hear me on anyway !I left a voicemail June 14 and been contacting y’all variously you guys are horrible! Refund ppl money back with more urgency! I hope nobody never spend no money with you ! Terrible services. Cant even fix a phone right. They use terribly cheap materials for their repairs and the price doesnt justify their terrible work. Customer support is just as bad. They dont care for customers who cause them any extra work. Look at the reviews that left 1 star. They literally argue with them like a little child. I dont get how theyre still in business. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.Edit: see what I mean? They responded again like an absolute child. Accusing me of fake reviews and being someone else. Just another reason to avoid this business.

These guys saved my tail. I got scammed and mistakenly bought a locked iPhone. Everywhere else I called told me I was out of luck and the phone was worthless. I called them and felt comfortable as Angel worked out some crazy master unlock sim for me that got my phone to work. Im going to hold him accountable that this unlock will work and update the review if it doesnt but for now hes truly an Angel. Best iPhone store ever.

Tech Mania is the way of the future, I go to them for all my phone needs, software, phones, hardware, tech, and phone plans. I got tired of big phone companies robbing me with hidden fees at the end of the month. They showed me alternate ways to get the same phone services for a fraction of the prices I was paying. I get all my new released phones from them, they can repair anything that u can think of and they also have used options for the low. I recommend everyone just visit the store and just ask some questions, you’ll be surprised at what u learn.
