This place has gotten more and more unprofessional as time passes. Just this morning I went in for an oil change and Im patiently waiting my turn when one of the supervisors is directing cars into the open oil change areas. He tells me to wait and I do. Im there for about 15 minutes and theres an open slot and again he tells me to wait and not pull in. Another car comes by and he allows her to pull right in. When I got out of my car because Im feeling very disrespected he starts yelling at me. I told him Ive been sitting here you told me to wait and he said I didnt see anything you can wait longer otherwise no oil change. And I said Im not gonna sit here and be disrespected. I said Ive been waiting here and you took someone else ahead of me for no reason and now youre cursing at me and he said I dont care. Do not use this business they are vile

Great place. I went in for an express lube. The experience was in line with my expectations. Go in. Get the job done. Get out. It was that easy. The place is clean. The staff is courteous. And what they do, they do very well. What more can you ask for?

Ok for quick cleaning but they never get between the seats and always miss the center console last visit here. Sick of feeling weird when asking the guy to clean what he missed

Have been going to this car wash often and find that they do a good job of cleaning the car. Its especially nice when youre in the area for the evening car wash, which is a couple of dollars less. The staff are very nice, would definitely recommend this place for good service.

I paid $45 dollars for a car wash with paint protection and it didn’t protect anything, went back got the $21 dollar car wash had to pay $1 for each rug/mat to be cleaned, they did not wipe nothing down on the inside, my front window was still dirty I had to go to the dollar store to get windex to clean it my self. I won’t be going here anymore. For the prices they are charging I shouldn’t be able to find nothing still in my carpet when my car is never really dirty, my rugs look like they vacuumed it once and didn’t care if all crumbs was removed.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I usually don’t come here for interior cleaning, but since I haven’t used them for that purpose in a very long time, I figured perhaps they improved and I would try once again. I pretty much utilize their late-night outside wash only. Anyone who comes here has to come with their own towels because they leave a lot of water on the vehicle. They didn’t even clean my interior well, with the exception of the mats. I didn’t notice much of an improvement with the vacuuming from when I entered. It was really disrespectful after I paid for the service. So I had to circle around to have them do it again, yet not satisfied, but what can you do. I won’t be coming here again that’s for sure. I paid almost $30 for what. I could have done a better job in my driveway. But I paid for convenience so I can go on with my day. Anyway, I really don’t like to leave bad reviews, and know when I do, it is after several let downs, but it is time for this one, rightfully earned. Perhaps the owner will read and get better management.

Great service by the mechanic they are very attentive to the customer. Unfortunately I cant say the same for cashiers. A simple good morning or thanks can make a big difference. Car Wash not good at all. I have to fix all my carpet inside the car. Also I have to remind them to shine the wheels. Car wasnt dry properly as well. Im posting this because is not the first time. Next time I will have pictures.

This establishment always has fast service sometimes rushing vehicles through too fast and missing some areas of your vehicle but if you show them the details they will definitely do it again for free and get it right. The service is still good but before the pandemic they were super.

The absolute best car washes during the day, but at night its cash only and exterior only. During the day they get the interior windows as well.

Love it cleaned my car great and the kids loved to see it go through and with the lights. Its not just for the adults its kinda for the kids too stayed there for a while for the kids just so they can see the cars they were so happy

DONT COME HERE!Very expensive. I paid $80 for simple sintetetic oil changed. I found an old receipt from another place and the same service with wash included cost $42. This place used to be so much better. Your windows are never cleaned properly, if you watch them they just rub the rag back and forth 2 times and thats it. The vacuuming guys do the worst job of them all. Perhaps its because of the volume of cars they get, that they work too fast and dont really care. I understand I will not get a perfectly clean car, but this is horrible.

An inefficient operation. You have to get out of your car to go pay inside and you cannot be in the drivers seat of your own car as it goes through the car wash. The queue for interior cleaning (done before the wash) and exterior wash is the same, so wait forever. And unlike all other car washes, the prices here do NOT include taxes. The cleaning is sub standard and communication is unpleasant.

They wash the outside of the car good but not the inside. They also try to trick you with a oil change. I never heard of a oil change for $100.. smdh

Usually i would do my own oil change very simple job, the get a free carwash with oil change definitely got me interested to give the m a try, however after a check engine light came up and i checked the levels it was obviously overfilled by over a quart, i took the car back to make a claim the manager jairo was totally unprofessional and try to down play the fact that they totally messed up a pretty simple job and said there was no way the check engine light cud had came up because of it, after putting his reader it gave a code for an O2 censor so he try to tell me the censor was bad but he decided it to do oil chage and leave it at the proper level but never did he accepted or apologized for the mistake on their behalf and kept blaming it on my censor being bad and the car being and older model which has nothing to do with the fact they messed up at again a pretty simple job. After properly leven and on my way to my mechanic to give the guy the benefit of the doubt and have my mechanic see what the check engine light was about the light disappeared after turning the car off and starting it again at his shop. The mechanic explained that the censor was triggered because there was to much oil in the engine not leaving enough room for proper level of oxygen and over time running a car with too much oil can damage the engine and affect performance. I went back to the carwash/lube place to explain this to jairo the manager and show him how there was no more check engine light, he still never apologized or accepted the fact they messed up a pretty simple job, i mean all they do is cange oil and i understand there is room for human error but totally unprofessional and rude he refused to give a copy of recipt although they keep good records of cars they service and just said that you know this is a big company with ensurance and lawyers if your engine goes bad theyll cover it, and that it would have been better of for him that way. Bottom line is they had one job totally unprofessional and dont buy into the free wash its pretty much included in the total charge.

I just moved to elizabeth and was relieved when I found this place. When Parking inside the shop for oil change - the mechanic says “$60 for oil change” (not welcoming). I never paid more than $35 for an oil change in fifteen years. I asked for the $39.95 special and he said “No, $60”. It was a strange and awkward experience. I will never go back nor recommend.

The car washing system is pretty good. I dont know what wax they use but the wax is Superb. You will love the wax on your car. BUT, the rinse system is not good. When your car comes out it still has soap dripping from the sides. Also the guys that dry your car are super lazy and will tell you your car is ready with water and soap still dripping from it. This is a common everyday thing with these guys. When you pop your trunk to get a rag and finish THEIR job, they look at you with an attitude while they go back to sit down and finish eating and drinking. The oil change section does an amazing job. Nothing more to be said. You wont be disappointed. The detail shop will blow your mind. Your vehicle will look better than the day you purchased your car. The guys that dry your car are lazy and should be replaced.

Great place for an oil change, quick and reasonably priced. The car wash is good except that they dont do a good job drying your vehicle. Its always left with soap and wet spots, even when no one is there (early morning) and most of the workers are standing around talking, joking and doing nothing.

Busy with a line around the building, but they are quick. Guys here are a little bit pushy and rude. Not worth a tip, but for the $7 basic night wash, and being the only place open late, its not too bad. Come here all the time. Not a bad spot.

Just relocated back to Jersey and suggested my partner take his car to the car wash that I used many times before I moved out of state. We chose package #3 to ensure they cleaned outside and the inside. Im more disappointed at my own review since the experience was nothing compared to my previous ones. When they finished drying the car we proceeded to enter the car and I see a large stain on the passenger door. I pointed this to the employee who had just finished drying our car and to my surprise his response was shrugging his shoulders as if saying to me I dont give a hoot, ignored me and continued drying the other car. My partner came out and he started bickering with us about how he was not responsible for how the cars come out of the machine and I agree hes not responsible, but while he was drying the car he purposely passed over the horrible stain left on the door and only suggested to pass the car thru the washer again when we said we were going back inside to complain. As a side note, while I was observing him drying our car, he was on the phone and trying to dry the car with one hand..leaving his co-worker to do all the drying by himself..needless to say, my partner and I will never go back.

These guys are very scratchy they wear a mechanic uniform but it still doesnt seem like they know what theyre doing I dont know If they changed the oil filter, or if they checked the coolant like they said and they were pretty expensive.

If I could give ZERO stars to this car wash company, I would. It was my first time at that car wash and the employees were very rude and they did not clean thoroughly. When they were finished, I went back inside my car and the gear shift cup holder area was still dusty, the radio was still dusty, and the dashboard was still dusty. I also had front carpet covers in the driver side and passenger side that were also not clean. The vacuuming process seemed rushed. Totally not worth your money!

The younger girl at the register is probably one of the nastiest people I’ve ever met. I’ve been coming here for years and she is the main reason why I stopped. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE!

Recently, we had to clean the car after a road trip, we thought it might be a good idea to visit this place since we had to clean our car. We have a talk with the manager after we saw that the job wasn’t well done, and he said they will clean it “better”.I don’t really recommend visit this car wash to be honest, make sure to check al options for car washes, make sure to skip this one 🤷🏽‍♀️.

The car wash is cool. The oil change is expensive and most of the staff have attitudes. I guess they dont realize that good customer service goes along way. I go there when I HAVE to. Otherwise, its definitely not my first choice .

Had my truck detailed. Pretty good job was done but as I looked in the cracks and crevices of the front seat I discovered crumbs🤔. Other than that I guess it was worth the 140.00 I paid. Will add photos later.

Great place to go to for a quick oil change. Every oil change you get they give you a free car wash. Oil change is about $40 and they complete the work very quickly (usually in like 15 minutes). I am usually in and out in 30 minutes with an oil change and a car wash for $40. Very reasonably priced and trustworthy work.

Worst experience ever. Water strains everywhere, didn’t vacuum correctly. I went up to the register to tell them that they didn’t do it correctly and that I wanted to speak to the manager and they laughed. I spoke to the manager and he told me that if I wanted my car vacuumed right I shouldve payed for the VIP special. People there are extremely unprofessional and don’t do what’s PAYED for right. Never going there ever again.

Great car wash but terrible customer service experience. Signs are not visible stating that its cash only. And none of the vacuums work. Then when you ask for your $2 back they state that you have to come back in the morning when the office is open. Very frustrating and the look on the person in charge was the opposite of helpful

For $8, which is their cheapest option they made my car Sparkle from top to bottom. They even hand wiped it dry so theres no runoff water stains even the insides of the doors. Possibly the best car wash I have ever been to considering price and quality. You can also choose to have your car completely detailed vacuumed cleaned inside and out for just another few dollars. Unbelievably positive experience.

I do not recommend this place. I got two scratches on my car from their machines and a half done interior clean along with the wipe down when my car came out. The wash no matter what package is half done. Very disappointed.

I thought it was amazing I pay the 39$ full service they cleaned it amazing everything he spent a long time going spot by spot of the car. It is shinny and beautiful plus they even vacuum the back part of the car and put something so your wheels look absolutely awesome.😉😉😉 I loved it and I’m definitely coming back

Worse vacuum. I specifically went for that too (no rugs) and got a $20 package. As soon as I looked down to my right I see all the dirt I needed cleaned. I circled around and was told it was an extra $6 for deep vacuum. I agreed. Afterward well..guess who still has dirt and crumbs...I hardly leave negative reviews..praise the positive! But I have never been so aggravated and disappointed.

When I lived in NJ this was my go to car wash - they are 24 hours which honestly can come in handy. They do high volumes of cars but my services was always consistent and quick. They have a very useful shopping section that rivals any convenience store - prices are fair.

They do a pretty good job here they brush most of your vehicle before it even goes through the carwash which is something theyve always done. It will be honest several years ago they did do a much better job but in the interest of transparency it has gotten significantly more busy there. the only place that seems to be lacking now is how they drive the truck so you may end up with some water spots but it will be clean and vacuumed well

They dont really clean your car good. Ive been there multiple times and every time, the cup holders look uncleaned and I still find leaves by the mats.

This car wash is excellent. They use good quality chemicals and have the chassis wash option which is good for removing salt. Its a little expensive though. The only issue I have is with the guys at the end. They dont do a good job cleaning windows or wiping down the car. For 23 dollars they should be doing a much better job.
