Highly recommend Supershine Car Wash. Great service, a lot of attention to detail and good value for the work they do. I will not take my SUV else where. Give them a shot, you will not regret it.

First time I write a review but this deserve it. The worst service DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY . I paid an “ultimate wash”, the charged me 2 dollars extra BC it’s an SUV. $27.83 . This price paid for a regular wash car of $7.00 because all the details listed are LIES. When I got back into my car it was with all the same gums paper that I left it and the “high pressure wash” Offered in the package was not preformed leaving all dirt over the paint and the manager solution was just vacuum it again. I told him that I wasn’t happy with the service and he didn’t even care. Will never get back there or recommend it.

I have only gone to this spot once, but im glad that I did. This automatic wash doesnt allow you to sit in the car during the process, so be prepared for that. At first I thought the menu was a bit pricey but at the end of the wash I understood why. These guys took care of my car, vaccumed the interior to an alarming extent, shined the tires nicely, wiped the mirrors and windows; they made my car brand new again, and right when I only wanted a simple wash to get off pollen. The wash lasted a good week, with maybe two rainy days included. Will definitely be going back. Also, they offer a detailing service that I thought was a bit expensive as well, but if they keep treating my car this well, Ill get the same results with 2 normal washes.

A terrible job. They left soap on my car while drying it, then when I asked the lady for the cloth to dry it myself she looked at me as if I had a disease or something and walked away from me. The last time I visited here, they left a spray bottle of something on my back seats. Ill never visit them again and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Best experience ever at a Carwash! Let me first say that the owners are EXCELLENT! Upon my arrivalarrival, I was greeted with a smile by the workers who were also very pleasant. I figured this was going to go good. They were very meticulous when it came to cleaning my vehicle. I then approached the register to pay and wait. The son of the owner is bomb and has a GREAT attitude. He was even jamming to Ozuna😂..... After a fist bump because hes so cool, I told him it was my first time and I pray they didnt let me down. He assured me that this will be the best carwash Ive ever had and he wasnt lying. He and his dad even came out to check my vehicle. Man o man what great owners we have here. Finally people that really care about receiving your money and giving QUALITY SERVICE. This is now my vehicles carwash home. My long search is finally over! Once inside theres carpets, cleaning products, accessories, and snacks, hot and cold drinks. Theyre all priced very reasonably! $.05 Jolly Ranchers anyone? Eric was an incredible, hands on, manager. My car was crazy dirty and in desperate need of a wash. Went to Supershine today and they did an amazing job! Left my car completely spotless and the staff was really great. I’ve been to other ones around town and you can tell they work very hard. I was overall very impressed with their service. Definitely will be going back every time!

Its like they got no idea whats going on in their own place. I called ahead to ask about price and services, they tell me one thing, then arrived there and the guy tells me a different price, then look at my receipt and its a different price. I asked if the wheel product was included they said yes, then I see they did not put it on, the guy looks at the receipt and says its not included -___- what a circus. Wont come back.

Just horrible . . My car wasn’t even clean. Still had dirt in the back, in the front and on both front doors. Spoke to a manager and he said he couldn’t do nothing about it. I would not recommend them even though the workers are very respectful.

Tight parking once you enter you cant leave. Prices on high side. They give limousine company discount. Overall they do a good job. I would return.

Just pay for the highest wash. You definitely get your money’s worth! For about $40, you basically get your car fully detailed and they do a phenomenal job. I couldn’t be more happier. Would recommend to anyone. Really nice staff too.

They messed up my tired and told me my car was old. It would had happened at any car wash. I left the place with no air on my tired ( no air whatsoever) never had a problem in any other car wash. Don’t recommend they do not take any responsibility for anything that happens to your car. If I could rate 0 I would.

We got the $9.99 special which involves a quick wash, dry and vacuum. We had just come from the beach with the baby, so we thought wed try it out. They have a bunch of other options in other price ranges that are more labor-intensive for cleaning your car.My one wish is that they could have tacked the sap on the windshield of the car, but maybe theyd take more time if we paid for it. Not a bad deal for $10.

I wanted to tell you something what happen with Supershine Car Wash in Elizabeth NJ today, I went to the car wash and spoke manager and I told them about the carpet in car which lot of wet from shampoo, I ask them for a more dry vac off any wet so they give me shampoo so They told me have to another pay for shampoo and dry again but too much money to spend another details so the worker (one who attitude and rude) told me to come in Monday or any day so I came there on Wednesday and the manager argue with me and cost me another $55 dollar for a special price so this is not professional that manager argue with me. He is owner (Ray) of this business. It is not great. . I want to make you happy for the customer service. I never coming back again

I like to Uber as a side hustle and last night I picked up a couple from Jersey City to Hackensack Hospital long story short she gave birth to their daughter in my car.... 6mins away from the hospital but didn’t make it lol Backseat was well Bloody Mary if you want to call it that..... First timer to this establishment and must say I’m very pleased!!!! No Blood at all on the backseat of my car I will definitely be coming back!!!

Always had a good experience coming here until today. Left the place with 2 fine scratches on my drivers side mirror and the interior was still dirty. Their quality of work has downgraded so much. Never coming back again.

They did a great job with the weather tech mats, the exterior of the car and the wheels but the interior was so so. $22 for the Ultimate and I still had to clean a bunch of stuff myself. Ill happily return for their $8 exterior only special

Today I had a great experience at this car wash. I had misplaced a couple of hundreds in my car and when the staff at this place were cleaning my car, they found the money and gave it back to me. I got a Deluxe Detail on my 2004 Ford Mustang and the I absolutely LOVE the service they provided. Larry and Sam personally took care of me and ensure I was satisfied with my experience. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family without any hesitation!

Don’t ever go here. They are sloppy and irresponsible I paid for a 30 dollar car wash and they didn’t even clean the door jamb(even though they say they do) and they lost my Jeep heavy duty expensive mats and tried to give me cheap plastic mats. Instead of being reasonable he tried telling me that I’m a liar....he reviews the cameras with me and saw that they took Jeep mats out of my car and still called me a liar and told me that he couldn’t tell that they were Jeep mats, even though I could clearly tell from the video. Horrible, irresponsible, and terrible customer service.Update... it gets even better the person that ended up with my Mats returned them, so the owners son calls me to insult me and tell me to come pick up my “10 year old crusty mats” great customer service, that’s the kind of service your customers want.

Always do a good job inside and out

I will start by saying I was referred here by a good friend of mine stating it was a great place. Now my story is that I drive about 20miles to get there for them to tell me they are not doing Tims today I have to call to confirm that they were doing and then the Gentlemanstay there if I wanted then I could pay 250 versus 170 that was going on the phone I think its horrible practice to lie to customer. I will not do business or recommend anyone to this place

I happened to be in the area, waiting to pick up my mother from the airport and googled this car wash. By far the best attention to detail, and friendliness ive experienced...better than some major corporations in fact. Family-owned, family run, met the father and the two sons working and where as friendly as can be. You know how you hate to have those streak marks of water when you drive away from the car wash? They actually came up with the idea of using an air hose to clear all the gaps and crevices in your car so you dont get that. I asked for attention to the rims for dust, and their guys spent at least 10 minutes doing it perfectly. They got the sun block stains out of my leather seats, they even vacuumed my daughters car seat clean. I live in Jersey City, but Ill tell you the next time I need to get my car washed, Im driving 25 minutes to go get it washed by that family and their employees. What wonderful people, they take pride in what they do.
