What a AWFUL office here. i called on behalf on one of their clients where he even mentioned the horrible experience they had at this office. very unprofessional. Leticia thinks she better than someone. shes very rude and nasty. doesnt know how to talk to people but from what i see in the reviews its not the first time she has this problem. i dont suggest anyone to get insurance from this company since she doesnt know what shes doing or even know how to treat people apparently. wasnt even trying to offer a solution for the client said she was too busy for her customer. i see they pick and choose who they want to help. They were charging $1000 extra for a homeowners when he saved $1000 switching to State Farm.

I have two cars full coverage insurance with progressive, I come here to renew it, I asked the from lady if she can take care off when she get time, she was mad with someone at phone and I paid for… Her answer to me was and rude I got no timeIs 3pm on TuesdayI will call progressive insurance to pay them and report it.

After searching for many months for a cheaper insurance I came across a commercial for Freeway Insurance and decided to give them a call for an estimate. With little expectations since all companies prices were more expensive then my carrier at the time NJ Manufacturer, I lost hope then I spoke with Aileen who provided a quote and to my surprise she found me a cheaper carrier with higher coverage withTravelers both have been a life saver. Going on 1 year with them and Aileen is so great all around as for the other girls there too. Im always taken care of and have no worries when it comes to my insurance cause these ladies are always attentive, and follow up when need be whether a late payment or company follow up. They told me about electronic payments and since then I am at ease. Definitely reccomend everyone to reach out you wont be disappointed so with that i say thank you thank you girls.

Telemarketing. My phone has been called 10 times today. When I called this insurance company to ask the to stop the robocalls the old lady that answered was rude, refused to help and hung up on me. Find another reputable company to do business with
